Dough Artisan Bakehouse in Lambeth

Just went to their box park spot and the people serving were just so lovely. Was really nice to have a chat whilst they were making my coffee. They will be really grateful for your business and will cheer you up if you go there, they also make a delicious coffee! I remember I used to go to their shop before I would get a piercing and eat a donut when I was like 15 hahah!

Popped in whilst my husband was in a nearby shop to inquire if they had gluten free bread. A harassed woman (the café had one customer) snapped that they didn’t as they only had one oven. Fair enough but it might be an idea to buy in a few products so that customers needing a GF diet can eat here with friends and family.

Great variety of drinks, snack and sweets. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is amazing! I’ll be back soon for sure. Highly recommend

Fair value. Friendly staff. Great biscuits and cakes. Very helpful when I need to reserve a table. The best hot cross buns ever. It has a nice buzz and you can sit outside informally too. I think it is a Hidden Gem. They also have Gluten Free options

A great place with great decor, well presented and a good variety of different food options from panini’s, doughnuts, bakeries, pancakes and more. Some of the staff are great although some could be more cheeeful :)

Carina and the team at dough Beckenham hosted my baby shower for me! They put so much effort into making sure I was happy with everything. The whole team really looked after me and my guests, the doughnuts and drinks were amazing too! Everyone that came to the baby shower commented on how lovely it looked and how well the team had done. Thank you for an amazing celebration x

Went a couple of days ago. a very charming place with friendly staff and costumer service. the coffee was nice and so were the tarts and cakes i bought. would come back again.

We love coming to the Dough in Beckenham and plan to come to the Herne Hill's one too. It's always a good selection of different pastries, cakes, bread, including vegan and gluten free options. Our favourites are sausage roll, vegan sausage roll, cherry and almond slice, peanut butter brownie, gluten free brownie.

Very cool bakery to visit with some delicious sweet treats. Make sure you try a doughnut and hot chocolate!

Lovely bakery and lovely coffee. Plenty of great bakery options as well as coffee and food at the beckenham branch. Some great decor and good vibes.

Visited today after physio appointment for broken wrist, needed caffeine before I ventured home, have wanted to visit one of the Dough restaurants for a while…well it didn’t disappoint, lovely welcome and fantastic coffee, ended up having a lovely spinach & ricotta pie with a side salad which was yummy and also bought a sour dough loaf and 2 ciabatta to take home…staff were happy and friendly, served by Karl who was charisma personified. Will visit again and bring friends next time

I was sooo looking forward for lockdown to end so I could visit this coffee shop in Beckenham, I finally made it this week but I am afraid it was an experience I will not be repeating. Absolutely nothing special, the Frappuccinos were just ok, the savoury slices nothing special, the inside decor not at all inviting, garden seating extremely uncomfortable, wooden benches with very low tables meant we had to put the plates on our laps or risk a pain in the back from bending down to eat! plastic flowers made it look cheap, on the upside the staff was friendly and the owner very attentive. Prices OK, but because it was not a particularly enjoyable experience it seemed rather pricey.

Couldn’t find a page for the Beckenham branch but I could not give you guys a review and shoutout. Popped in today with my mum on a little shopping trip. We both had the cherry and rhubarb cake and it was absolutely fantastic! Moist, buttery and jam packed with cherries and rhubarb. The sponge was as light as a feather! Took away a beef Pattie for my fiancé and a selection of cakes, he loved everything! But honestly guys, everything looks amazing!! The chap that served us was delightful and we will definitely be returning!

Very poor quality cakes and bread. Certainly not artisan! I've tasted far better bread and patisseries in Sainsbury's etc. and which are cheaper. The so called 'brownie' was a tasteless slab of cheap shop-bought-tasting cake, certainly not a brownie. The cherry and rhubarb tart had a tiny piece of rhubarb in it and tasted shop bought. The items lying about on the counter look cheap as if a child has made them, and judging on the other experiences here, will likely taste shop bought too, not way homemade. Seems like an Alan Sugar publicity stunt with a tacky backyard serving goods that are tasteless, and certainly not baked by anyone with a good knowledge of luxury ingredients. What a shame...

This place is class, highly recommend the LUXURY sausage rolls!!!! I was served with by a member of staff named Jade, she was extremely helpful & very content!

Have been ordering from this amazing place a LOT in lockdown. Lovely sandwiches and sweets, really lovely staff. Can't wait to come in person when lockdown is over. Hope to meet Carina one day too as I watched The Apprentice a few years ago and she was a real powerhouse!
