Interesting. It was my first time to taste this kind of food, the Dosa, out of curiosity. But the foods here are amazing. Staff are accomodating and helpful as well.

Great food and friendly people. Tried their Dosa ,kothu porotta and Gopi Manchurian along with the curries Everything taste good 👍 Their vada is super tasty as well . 🎩 off to the chef behind the scene 😘

Amazing food served here. We tried dosa, rice, naan and biriyani, all of which were cooked to perfection just like how you get in India or even better. You could know how much dedication was put into making them, because all food was presented well and tasted great. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were courteous. Have no hesitation in recommending Dosa Park Botley.

Disappointing. Bland, watery curries. Lamb in my rogan Josh was a bit chewy. Would’ve been okay for half the price.

Worst experience ever. We ordered veg biriyani and were given chicken in it. As a religious person we follow strict vegetarian diet and being given food so carelessly is not acceptable. This kind of irresponsible behaviour from the restaurant is not supposed to be tolerated. This is cross contamination and hurting religious sentiments of the people. I would not at all recommend people for this restaurant. Not trustworthy.

Have been a couple of times with family and friends and had great food both times. Quiet and well decorated with a unique menu not usually found at your typical Indian place.

We were really looking forward to trying Dosa Park since it opened in Botley and unfortunately we were left very disappointed. I placed an order for delivery at 5.50pm, and got a confirmation text saying it would take 45 minutes. At 7pm, no sign of the food. After phoning I was told it would take 5 minutes. 2 more phone calls later, the food finally arrived at 7.20. In our order, the popadoms were stale and smashed to pieces in the bag. The vegetable samosas looked undercooked, like they’d been thrown in the oven for a few minutes from the freezer. Sad to say this is the worst Indian I’ve ever had. The staff don’t seem to care. I won’t be returning.

Dosa park Botley offers really lovely food, excellent service and is great value for money! Can recommend and worth a trip out to Botley, as having tried both Dosa park stores, we enjoyed this visit much more!

So glad to have such a great restaurant in the local area. Their dishes such as Dosas, Idlis and Utappam are reliably good and on par with their other branch. The service is welcoming and efficient. Relatively newly opened so it looks clean and well maintained so just hope they continue to do so. The parking facilities help to make it a convenient choice.

food was terrible , missing item (curry) and the food that arrived was tasteless everything was runny , how can currys and dips be like liquid with no consistency. never will eat here again.

The thali was delicious and very large - enough for the largest of appetites!

Best restaurant in Botley If you are looking for a nice local Indian restaurant, Dosa Park (Botley) is without a doubt the best option to choose from. There is quite a lot of choice on the menu and the portions are, literally, perfect. Food presentation is fantastic. Prices are reasonable. And the service is absolutely brilliant. We have visited Dosa Park twice. Today, we were served by Zeeshan. He was amazing and we really enjoyed our meal. We look forward to our next visit.

Literally home away from home. It's quite hard to find good Desi food in Oxford but this is one of those places doing a really good job at serving some very flavourful dishes. Also the hospitality is insanely good - a very helpful and caring bunch of people in the team. Kudos!

Bad wait staff and wait time - pick up due for 6:30 didn’t give us the food till 7 and they couldn’t have cared less - just not good service

I have visited the Botley restaurant and the Park End Street restaurant several times now, before I leave I am already looking forward to my next dosa! The food is always delicious and the portions are generous. But more than this, the staff are always excellent, they go above and beyond to accommodate you. It is also unpretentious and the prices are reasonable. It is a gem of a restaurant, and while the restaurant may not have the decor of some of the fancier chains to draw you in, don't let that deter you from their excellent food and great service.

The Kadai Chicken was not awful, but not good in any particular way. The Dhal Curry was awful: sickly, flavourless mush, like school food, disguised with spice.

Went on a reasonably quiet Sat evening. The restaurant itself is nice and good location. We sat down and ordered food which came quite quickly. The chat trio was a bit disappointing and had lots of whole spices hidden so ruined the bites of food. The masala dosa was good but the kids butter chicken was flavourless. Lastly we ordered some gulab jamun take away that we ate when we got home but they were obviously very old and were rock hard. The real issue though was the service. There were two wait staff and we had to keep flagging them several times for service. We asked for the bill and some take away boxes for the leftovers about three times and then just had to go to the desk to pay and left. Compared to the other branch this place was very disappointing.

Once had bugs in our poppadoms and didn't receive any compensation, only an offer of new ones. Another time servers purposely ignored us for more than an hour, only after going up to them did they tell us they'd messed up the order and we'd have to wait longer. Servers obviously not given enough time to wash their uniforms between shifts either. The food and price is great, but the rest is exceptionally poor.

My family and I ate there recently. The vegetable thalis that 2 of us had were awful. The chapatis were not fresh and seemed stale, hard and reheated. 2 of the curries seemed to be bland and tasted the same. The paneer dish was okay but portion served did not even fill the little serving pot in the thali. Other members of the family had dhosas, which had a good pancake but the filling was very bland and not seasoned properly. A very disappointing experience.

If I could add more stars I would! The food is incredible! The staff are amazing, and the service is really fast. Best South Indian food in Oxford!!

Food is phenomenal and the staff are really lovely, and very accommodating with customising dishes. The watermelon mojito is great too. We prefer the botley branch- really nice atmosphere and easy and free to park!

This is a great place. I'm here for next few months and I get kothu roti from here 2-3 times a week. They always have good portion sizes. Thank you greatly for this. Highly recommended

We ordered our Dinner from Dosa Park for an occassion at home this week and we were totally happy with everything. Right from delivery time, Quality and Quantity it has been the best vegetarian Indian food we had so far in Oxford. The food was fresh and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. Thank you so much Dosa Park for the great food and we will be coming back again for sure.

Great authentic South Indian food! We Took buffet which had wide range of veg and non vegetarian options! Wow taste and much value for money. The service and the people there were just awesome and brand new place. We will surely visit again n again…

Up until now, the best Indian food I had was in Singapore and because of proximity of quality ingredients, I did not think that I'm going to get any better unless I visit India. I was wrong! This was by far the best Indian meal I ever had. Highly recommend, the food is amazing!

went for lunch with friends. lunch buffet was expensive and not fair to charge same price for veg and nonveg customers, since there were over 6 to 8 nonveg dishes. limited on typical South indian dishes such as vada, upma, rasam,etc. coconut chutney was super watery and sambar tasted like red lentil (very weak sambar spice or veg in it) but company was good and atmosphere good, so overall mamage expectations when going there

Very disappointed with the whole experience. When booking we weren't told it was buffet food. The food was cold and with lots of empty trays. The service was non existent. They seemed more intent on getting the takeaways out than feeding the people sat in the restaurant. I will not be going back again.

Just posting a very positive review for Dosa Park. A group of us had the buffet on Saturday night, I believe it is available every Friday and Saturday. The choice was amazing, even for me as a vegetarian and Brad, was so helpful, showing us what every dish was and what was suitable for me. Great value and they will be changing the dishes regularly. The ice cream was incredible. A huge thumbs up 😊.

Very quiet atmosphere that suited me but others may not like it so much! However the shining star here is the food. Really awesome food! And drinks! I urge you to try something new if you visit.

Classic Dosa Park with some new additions and a fully accessible floor! The food is excellent at Dosa Park, really good choice of dishes and many unusual and more traditional dishes. The drinks selection is superb and they actually serve traditional Indian desserts. What's not to like since they have now made this new version fully accessible with even a disabled toilet? There are booths if your party needs a little privacy and a Sunday Buffet for those of you who like to go large. Perhaps atmospherically it's not the place for romancing the love of your life. But otherwise perfect Dosa Park style

Delicious food that reminds me of home. Authentic dosas, south Indian food. Lovely ambience with a new contemporary decor and outdoor alfresco seating. Really friendly attentive staff-brilliant service. Added bonus is the free parking just next door for two hours. Highly recommend.

First time visit to the area and chose this place for the vegetarian option for my son. Wow, fantastic, I had a chicken tikka Biriani, which was delicious, my sons was equally nice. The great thing was the accompanying veggie curry with my Biriani and my daughter's chicken tikka masala were the right size, not loads of sauce and not a lot of content. We also had very fresh poppadoms and bajis. Service was fantastic and friendly. Highly recommended. No alcohol served but that doesn't matter, the food far outweighs this minor thing!

Nothing here tastes like an authentic south Indian dish.Needs lot of improvement in flavor and taste. Maybe get some lessons from sarvana folks.

Excellent Restaurant! Went with family and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My mom is gluten free and she loved her lamb chukka and overall, they cater fabulously well to many dietary requirements with a very clear menu. Absolutely delicious authentic food cooked perfectly. Dosas are really tasty

I have ordered bucket briyani for a festival. The taste was excellent, portions were enough for at least 10 people. With the briyani they gave me: bread halwa- normally in South India during a wedding they serve it with briyani. In England, this is the first time I have received with a briyani. The taste was good but sugar was bit high for me.

Not Great. The popadoms were stale, the meals were very spicy and lacked taste and they don’t give side you side plates or tables cloths. If your looking to have a beer with your meal be aware you won’t be able to, as no beer is served. I won’t be rushing back to this restaurant until a few changes have been made.
