Al azar entró por un café para llevar, excelente servicio muy buen café, resintonizado los siguientes dos días y spot on cada vez. Café en Londres que es bueno constantemente es muy difícil de encontrar. Me encanta este lugar x

Lovely coffee but terrible service ! . The guy making the coffee was non chalant , it’s like I bothered him and looked at me in a condescending way when I asked a question. Also the place has 0 atmosphere . Better to have take away than stay there.

Over a weekend in Battersea, we visited local bars, restaurants and coffee shops. This coffee place appeared to be a relaxed, modern place to get a serious cup of coffee. There is an array of coffee making ephemera and apparently more than one variety of bean available. Unfortunately, the experience was rather disappointing. Firstly, the lady at the counter was quite unfriendly - correcting my pronunciation of ‘almond’ and ‘croissant’ (which I don’t believe were incorrect). I would say she was brusk but really she seemed unfriendly and quite rude. We decided to sit outside - fine, our choice - but the benches are really too small to be comfortable and we are not particularly large people. The almond croissants seemed like they’d been out for a day already - this was mid morning - and were a bit squashed and too chewy. But the biggest issue for me was the coffee - it tasted good but was warm. Just made, it simply wasn’t hot enough. Compare this to Gail’s Bakery in Battersea Square - I would go there instead every time when I come again.

Doppio tiene un excelente café y el ambiente es excelente si quieres leer / relajarte o trabajar. No es un lugar muy sociable, ya que siempre es súper tranquilo, pero eso es bueno si estás ahí para concentrarte. El mostrador de pastelería siempre tiene moscas de fruta en el interior, lo cual es bastante desagradable.

Love the place and adore the young lady who serves. She has braces and must be the most stunning young woman in London, great legs and smile. Shame she is engaged

We are very impressed with the friendly staff! We were helped by a guy named Adrienne who was lovely. Coffees were delicious and the ambiance was very cozy. Will recommend!

Me and my boyfriend were regular customers of this coffee shop and always enjoyed the experience there. Last time we went in the lady behind the counter was offering everyone in the queue a loyalty card plus an extra free point for the time waiting. When we ordered our coffees and pastries she didn't offer us any card. I saw how she previously had offered the card to all the people before us in the queue so I did ask for one loyalty card. However, I didn't get any extra point as everyone else did. We were waiting the same time or even more than the rest of the people in the queue. This is not about the time waiting or not being offered a loyalty card, it's about not treating all the customers equally. Very disappointing customer service. We have no plans of coming back to this place.

This is the place for the true coffee aficionado. In what was I think once an art gallery is an L-shaped space whose windows are packed with espresso machines ranging from those for a single dormouse dispensing single pod cups to the the shining chrome of industrial strength commercial machines which would not be out of place on the busiest and swankiest of public bars. Coffee cups of all shapes and sizes, packets of ground coffee and coffee beans are stacked inside which is also a cafe where baristas dispense all the different varieties of coffee which are then served on wooden stools or benches. Cold drinks and pastries are also available.

Popped into Doppios for a quick take away coffee and hot chocolate. I’m not sure how long it’s been there but certainly not years (although can’t remember what was there before) and Battersea Park Road not the most salubrious of roads, even with the inevitable “gentrification” that’s happened over the passage of time. Fairly basic industrial like decor inside with lots of coffee and coffee making devices. There are a few places to sit but not many and although people, as we were, were going in for drinks this ostensibly is not it’s main purpose. Limited choice of pastries and cakes. Still said coffee and hot chocolate very good and I’m sure their coffee beans would be worth a try to take home if it wasn’t for our Nespresso machine...!

The coffee at Doppio is excellent and so are their brownies and other desserts and pastries I've tried. I live really near by so I go in all the time, sometimes almost every morning of the week and I don't even get as much as a smile from the staff. If I had a return customer come in as frequently to my workplace, I would at least let them know that I've noticed them and value their loyalty. It always seems like the people who work there are unhappy with their jobs, at least that's the sense I get. I hope things change soon, otherwise I'm not going in again because the last thing I want to see first thing in the morning is a long face.

Aesthetically, this Doppio branch purveys itself as an artisan coffee house. And while it contains many varieties of coffee beans & equipment to purchase, few staff on site have the remotest clue about coffee (though one in particularly does!) and really lack passion. There are two big problems. The biggest regret across a number of visits however is that the coffee is hot and very frothy, with little skill on display in making a nice flat white or the like. Command of the steam arm is very limited. The second is that this might be a nice place to spend some time and work - but the music, which is loud, is better suited to a low-grade pornography VHS (er - probably!) which does not lend itself to a mindful or enjoyable coffee experience. It is in a good location and the quality of the coffee beans is good - and as I say, there is one regular member of staff who does a very good and personable job - so for that it must be rated an average establishment. But the quality/price ratio is all wrong and so it cannot possibly be considered to be much better beyond this rating, despite its potential.

Great little coffee bar,great cakes and the service is 1st class well worth popping in with friends/family

This place screams for life long loyalty among coffee afficionados. Location warehouse style, little place to sit and stay but the coffee is devine. They sell all gimmics and their own coffee blends too...

This place has to be a hot favourite for the best coffee in Battersea. Very high quality. Not a brilliant location - but worth a visit.
