Very disappointed with purchased cookie-filled waffle. the waffle barely filled with cookie dough, a stark contrast to it previously generously spread throughout the waffle Despite contacting store, the response, unsatisfactory

Placed an order for 5 sundaes and every single one was wrong and 2 of them were half empty. I ordered the HOT chocolate fudge sundae which was actually a COLD stale chocolate cake, it had no sauce, the ice cream was meant to be chocolate but I got the plainest ice cream they had. Tried to call them to discuss the matter but they don’t ever pick up the phone.

Would have been good if milkshake wasn’t spilt over food whilst being delivered.

Food was 10/10 food come quick and revelry driver was pleasant.

Currently waited 20 mins and still waiting

Jacket potatoes were cold beans were cold the crepe was hard if they took time would been nice but very rushed

honestly the chocolate toothpaste is the best! not alot around like this in bedford also the mix box donuts are American style absolutely mouth watering will be ordering again for sure

The waffle and crepe were cold and crepe was hard it tasted like paper!! Not good at all. Chucked it in the bin. First and last time ordering from here.

Doughnuts rock hard, sadly completely inedible. Arrived 1hr45mins after order placed so not great for delivery either

My cornflakes tart was half eaten and in a mess. Never ordering again and the food came after 1 hour and it was cold

Not sure what happened this time, I've ordered before but the sundae had no topping, hardly any ice-cream and what ice-cream it had tasted like powder. Hopefully it's a one off as I would like to continue to order from here as the desserts are usually very good.!

Crepes are my favourite dessert I have but first time choosing from here the crepe was thick and tasted uncooked for the price I paid for it, it was not worth it at all. kids did not like the cookie dough they got 3 really small cookies with chocolate on top we have seen better. Overall disappointed as ordered first time from here.

The desserts where flavorful and perfectly cooked; quality of the tea was great, I no longer need to go Luton for tea and desserts! To top it off the staff where very helpful and polite.

Cookie dough cold/hard and milk cake sitting in watery cream so made it soggy for the price not worth the wait. But the gentleman on the phone very kind

I had a waffle and it was so light and fluffy! The place had good vibes and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

I visited the shop with my friend midweek , not only does the desert BANG. But the service and lovely atmosphere was top tire . The family run business and all the boys were so welcoming . I had a kinder bueno waffle and milkshake , both were amazing . I will definitely be back and would recommend a visit very soon . Plus very aesthetically pleasing with the flower wall which can be seen from the street , supper cute!

Me and the family stumbled across this dessert parlour one evening after the cinema. As it looked quite lively we thought we’d give it a go and I’m so glad we did. We ordered the white chocolate chip cookie dough… WOW… in my hubby’s words it was “ridiculous”. The kids had Oreo crepes and crepe royale. All three of these desserts were out of this world and to top it all off the service was amazing. The staff were so friendly and attentive towards the children. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing desserts and well worth the visit. Family friendly and the kids loved it. Found our new dessert place.

Was a very hot day so gave us complementary slushies where others would focus on profitability. We also tried forest berry sorbet which is arguably the best I’ve tried. Great customer service and very friendly.

We ordered a strawberry milkshake from here which my friend said was very good! We also had a Biscoffe waffle and brownies which were very nice - I will be back for more soon for sure. 👌 The staff are also very friendly and the place was clean unlike another desert place I went before this.

Horrendous desserts and service. Took 2 hours for the order to arrive. When it did the waffle was completely burnt front and back and tasted awful. Tried to call restaurant but they ignore the phone

I've ordered 3 times from this place the 2nd and 3rd time they got my order wrong, the 2nd time they reluctantly sent out my order but it definitely had no effort put into it, the 3rd time however they got it wrong again only this time they offered to send me another order out BUT DID NOT and repeatedly refused to answer the phone to me, the shop workers were also quite rude upon the initial phone call where they said they would resend the order out.... Will never go back here again strongly advise others to find a better desert shop than here 😒

I love this place but I got one problem when I call no one answers 2 I think there timetables are wrong because on Google it says there open at 5-11 on Mondays but i still love the place
