Dong fang garden in North East Derbyshire

A little nervous as the reviews are not greet. I had special curry & chips which was actually tasty & a good portion. Others in party had king prawn chow mein which they both enjoyed & not a morsel remained on any plate. There wasn’t a vast amount of veg in either dish, but other than that it was pretty good. We picked up not a delivery.

Regular customers for 6 years. Ordered tonight salt and pepper chicken and chips and mushroom curry. It was that inedible it went straight in the bin after an initial taste. Absolutely encrusted in salt, we’d ordered this before and it was ok. 3 of us all binned the meal. It is however how a business replies to customers, we don’t usually complain but felt on this occasion it was that awful we would call them. We were told that previous customers had complained of bland food, hence the added salt. We weren’t expecting a free meal but some goodwill offer would have been appreciated. Unfortunately they have just lost a customer of 6 years !! Disgusting food that went straight in the bin!

Worst meal I've had , always liked it from it here , orderd happy family excusi4e dish little to no meat or flavour , beef dish half a portion for full price just lots of onion , very disappointed won't be ordering again , flavourless unless you like onion, only plus I could find was it was warm.

Normalmente ordenamos de esta comida para llevar y no hemos tenido problemas, la comida es sabrosa y sabrosa. Sin embargo, el pedido que hicimos esta noche fue tan malo que tuve que escribir una reseña. Pedimos sal y pimienta que llegaron simples y tibias. Las fichas parecían haber estado sentadas por un tiempo y luego volvieron a tomar el pedido. La comida era muy sosa y sobre todo fría. Mi pareja ni siquiera podía comer la suya, estaba tan mal al gusto. Terminó solo comiendo arroz frito con huevo. Ahora entiendo que los problemas pueden suceder y, por lo tanto, decidimos llamar al take away para quejarnos sobre el pedido. Y esto para mí es donde realmente comenzó el problema. La mayoría de las comidas para llevar normalmente aceptan la responsabilidad, se disculpan y reenvían la comida. NO esta comida para llevar. La señora con la que hablé fue muy grosera, se negó a aceptar ningún tipo de responsabilidad u ofreció rectificar la situación. Ella me llamó mentirosa por teléfono! Y cuando le dije que iba a dejar una mala crítica por esto, ella respondió que respondería a la crítica y le diría a la gente que eres mentirosa. NUNCA he experimentado un servicio al cliente tan terrible. Y advierto a todos que eviten esta comida para llevar, ya que simplemente no entienden el valor del servicio al cliente y felizmente tomarán 25. 00 de ustedes y simplemente llamarlo mentiroso por teléfono si se atreve a expresar sus frustraciones por la comida de mala calidad. ¡EVITA ESTE LUGAR! !

Fue acusado 3. 50 para la entrega más 50 p de servicio para que vengan 150 yardas. El pato que tenía era como una vieja bota de cuero con piel viscosa. Horrible. El arroz con pollo frito estaba bien. En general, una pérdida de 18 impares por 2 comidas.
