Just out of here. Food exquisite, lad (didn’t catch his name) behind the counter provided excellent service, and made me feel warm and welcome. Will definitely recommend for food quality and service in the future

Handy place for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema, reasonable prices and decent food, the chips/fries in particular were very good.

Fisrt time visit. Blown away by the fresh and tasty menu. Excellent food cooked and served by great people who clearly take great pride in their work. Other fast food comes a poor second. Will be back soon for another delve into the menu. A great experience. Shout to Samuel for a warm welcome and special service. Cheers guys Top team

Good food, self-service, in a shopping complex so restricted with what I can score for atmosphere and the front benches do tend to feel a bit drafty. Slightly more than I'd normally pay for a kebab. But it's a good option for a tasty treat while out shopping.

Loaded Chicken Fries fill you up enough! Chicken could be bit more juicier as bit dry but overall nice and polite service and clean sit in!

First time going here and first impressions were lovely. Warm and friendly environment. The staff are lovely and well mannered and the food is good value for money. I will definitely be coming back here again! Would 100% recommend you try. Has a good variety of foods including vegatarian.

First time visitor and it was great, Thiago V guided me through the menu and and the food was quick to the table and piping hot. Would recommend and will be back. Good sized portions as well. Tried the peri shawarma fries (pic below) and the mixed wrap. One would’ve been enough but couldn’t make my mind up between then 😂

Food was good, though presentation needs a bit of work...suggestion in place of sliders offer full burger portions instead. Chicken tenders are tasty. Prices could be lower but that's personal opinion.

Food was really good and filling. Wrap was a little burnt and paper was stuck but nothing i couldnt fix. Just a shame it felt like the staff couldnt be bothered to work or even be pleasant with you. Girl who served us had the worst attitude ive ever seen. She continued to draw us looked from in the kitchen to our seats :/. Met one of the higher ups and he was the nicest guy and apologised on behalf of the store. Need some new staff asap….

Shawarma and Doner wraps were really good but the Sliders and Chicken fillets weren’t up to the standards.

Tried the new sliders on the menu and chicken shawarma. Everything was delicious, staff were really friendly and helpful in telling us what was included with each item.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I came out with the hours for lunch but still managed to serve me the food I wanted. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. Student discount of 15 percent offered. Restaurant was very clean. Seating area is nice.

Brilliant 👏 place for a shawarma🥙, the price was more than fair and affordable given how big the shawarma kebab was and I liked the crinkle crispy 🍟 fries too, I will defo be back and I am a weirdo who only likes plain things I can't stand lettuce etc and the staff couldn't have been any friendlier and accomodating too, also its halal, i know thats important for some people😋 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me it was honestly delicious 😋

I have never been to the Doner Shack before so wasn’t sure what to order, the staff were excellent in explaining everything. The quality of the food was a great standard and full of flavour. I’d definitely try the Doner Shack again when I return to Glasgow.

This place is fab! went a while back and really enjoyed it so took my family for a meal yesterday, I had put in an order through using the screens but decided to delete the loaded fries from the order and just get a doner kebab, when the food came there was loaded fries and no kebab so i had spoken to the worker who served the food who showed me the receipt and it turned out i had deleted the kebab instead of the fries, the worker then made me a kebab and told me to keep the fries, i offered to pay for the kebab multiple times but the worker insisted i have the kebab for free, 100% will be back (i didn’t get his name unfortunately)

First time eating here today food came fast I got a cheesey donner and was absolutely beautiful was packed salad was lovely and sauce was also Wife got spicy Chips and 2 Tender! Chips were lovely had a nice crunch and spice and the tenders were just that tender and the batter on them was a nice crunch and delicious would recommend!

Great spicy chicken kebab, very nice lemon n pepper fries which can make me sober n fresh. Salad is so so as the cucumber in the salad cup is not fresh enough.

So yeah first time here since it’s relaunch and new menu options & yeah sorry but it’s failed to meet expectations. I browsed the menu for an option and there is enough to choose from however the pricing, premium prices for these types of food items. Actual big name restaurants around this view offer far greater food at a much more reasonable pricing factor. Moving on to the actual food I bought a peri peri chicken shawarma box… I was massively let down the portion was not for for the price, it came in a large rectangular container and was 1/3 full. There was no taste of Peri Peri there’s was what looked like a fixating on the small portion of fries, it had some form Of cheese sauce, why I have no idea and the real disappointment was the shawarma… I have seen more chicken on a chicken less meat free option at the supermarket. So all in all for £10 I really expected better.

Disappointing experience from a previously outstanding spot, Delivered via UberEats in a speedy time however the food arrived wrong respective to the dietary requirements so half the order had to be binned with no alternative, Previously made the same order which was made spot-on, delicious and very filling, Shame todays order wasn't a repeat.

Not to my liking. Also had to use a daft screen to order rather than talk face to face with staff. Negative points in that regard

Room for improvement; it took a long time to get our order, the sliders were deceptively and disappointingly small (like each burger is literally 2 mouthfuls), the soft drinks (cans of cola) were served at room temperature. However, the lemon/pepper fries were very good and the staff were pleasant. The doner kebab was good too.

Ordered chicken shawrma in a wrap. Bread totally dry. No napkins. Small donut £1.99, very very dissappointing taste. Why getting into food industry if cannot compete quality wise. Never again

Doner meat was cold and hard! Bread was stale! Disgusting We went early afternoon on Monday and think the meat wasn’t fresh! Wouldn’t recommend

Worthy competition for German Doner kebab. I ordered the Doner Teller which was tasty and enjoyable. Will order from these guys again as GDK is too far and these are the perfect substitute

Good mixture of everything, tasty sauces!! Portion is big for me as I couldn’t finish it in one go. Nice for a quick bite!

The place is a disappointment, dry tasteless meat both shawarma and doner. The portions were not too big despite the extra meat and the bitter salad which completely spoiled everything. The average kebab shop on the nearest street provides more taste sensations than this place.

This shop is super slow. From pay to get food takes over 30 minutes on a quiet day. Cannot imagine how long it will take on their busy days. Maybe they don’t have busy days due to their slow speed. Really slow for a fast food restaurant.
