Good kebabs. Different to your local standard kebab shops. It’s a Shame the staff are always miserable. It is free to smile you know!!

Food was cold and too over priced

I really enjoyed the food especially the lamb ribs and the staffs are very kind and friendly I recommend everyone to come here great music in the background nice and calming which very hygienic and fresh food when ever I come as I said I recommend this shop to everyone

I have been twice at this shop and I liked lamb ribs as I asked for salad or sauce the guy refuses to give and ask me to pay extra money for it. I won’t recommend anyone

I was regular customer of this shop and bloody when i asked for chilli he ask me to pay extra. usually I used to get salad plus chilli with lamb ribs or lamb sish but that person doesn't know how to handle customers. And also it's not hygienic i will never recommend this place to anyone.

Food is decent but the customer service from the grumpy man at the front was unacceptable! He is rude and shouts at customers. He is very reluctant to talk and gets angry quick.

There wasn't anything wrong with this kebab - the portions were fine, the ingredients were decent quality, and it was properly cooked (coming with no 'cost' the next morning). I just didn't like it. Their kebab, veg, and sauce all had unique flavours that weren't to my taste. It also took ~20m to get but that was more to do with everyone in front of me being a complete idiot that had seemingly never ordered a kebab before, rather than any fault of the restaurant.

Oh my God that's the most disgusting place I have ever been in counter didn't look like been cleaned like ever three people touching food while eating themselves with there fingers

Standard kebab is provided, not much different from what you can get in other shops.

I'm using Doner Master from few years and bring many friends there, since last 2 months one of the workers made me think bad about this restaurant, he's not nice he's got problem with what salad i want and making stupid faces when im thinking. I'll not ment who's that but I'm telling you i will never come back.

I ordered from uber and you sent me spoiled food, it smelled very bad and ayran was expired and moldy inside

They are definitely not doner kebabs. As a Turk, I couldn't eat chicken doner... there was no sauce at all. Yancılar and ayran were nice, but I would never recommend the döner. You can try other products.

Coming from Daventry in a 40ft wagon so very limited to park, tryed to order food so I was in an out.. the guy on the phone had a rubbish can't be asked kind of attitude with me and told me I couldn't make a phone order... Fair enough I didn't get to try your food but I won't be coming again with that sort of attitude

Best place to get an authentic fresh donor. In my opinion, this place is the best donor place in Leicester.

I had ordered the Chicken Doner and it was absolutely fantastic! I had it fries and sauce and it was cooked really well. The atmosphere was good and the staff were friendly. Definitely will come back again!

Hmmm Wat can I say.. The food is good.. Staff are polite enough.. but the customers and over all general shop needs an overhaul.. Has sliding door on the front and outside toilets which is a first in a very long time.. Pray u don't have to go more the a "number 1" if you know wat I mean.. Ladies don't bother.. Anyway the food is lovely and if your brave enough have it to eat in.. I would return but not on my own.. Sorry to say..not the shops fault..parking is on street if u can find any.. Am I think I got over charged too.. Don't expect a receipt

Below average experience. The prices are higher than other places and quantity is lower than em. The chicken doner and chips barely had any chicken. It was like sprinkled chicken. The lamb doner and chips was like rubber. It was too difficult to chew. Not at all recommended. There are much better doner spots in town.

I’m a big fan of doner kebab and I regularly travel from Birmingham to other cities to try the best kebab shops in whichever city I visit. I came across doner master after a friend recommended it and boy was I pleased he did. The lamb doner is absolutely divine and it’s not the same as your average chip shop kebab dripping in grease. The doner kebab they serve is 100% lamb which is why you can taste the quality. I usually order doner meat on naan bread with salad and sauce separate. The chilli sauce is absolutely stunning. The lamb kofte is very tasty too. An absolute must try if you like authentic turkish kebabs!

I have very mixed opinions over this kebab place as food was very good and taste very nice the staff were friendly and service was very fast.However the hygiene wasn’t really there you can see that the meat was stored correctly and it was all separate which was a very nice touch but is what I see that they only have like one tongue so contamination between the salad did happen and I actually did get like a few onions even though I didn’t ask for onions they also only have one tong so all the tong touches all the other salad. You can also see that the handle of the tong is within the salad(lettuce). Would I go here again? Yes if the hygiene of the restaurant was better.

Where do I start? Well to kick this review off il speak about the cardboard textured burnt pieces of dry meat. Flavourless and tasteless, yeah I know Turks eat bland food but to give me abix full of Amazon spare packaging is just pathetic. The Turkish salad wasn't even turkish salad but just plain salad, I'm no turn but a genuine Turkish salad uses parsly and not coriander. The chips were stale too, chicken Donner was just bits of shredded cardboard. Good know what all these other people are on about this place was rubbish.... Then again most these people probably find salt and pepper spicy. Overall 2/10 2 is for the driver he came quick

I ordered a doner wrap mix and the young guy who attended me put very little beef meat and the cold chicken all already cut from before, to my surprise I told him to put lettuce, onion and green pepper, I could hardly see the onion and just a mini pepper, a disaster this boy needs to learn, I always come here because they always do great but this time horrible

Worst place you can ever got to… İ was there yestoday got 2 doner burger with chips and a medium doner,my medium doner was without a bread and ive asked for chilli sauce the lady who workes there was like we dont give chilli sauce, Soo i was like you give chilli sauce for takeaway but not when you eat in.they had no customer service at all will never go there anymore.change your staff and be more professional.

I'm here on a regular basis in the good is fantastic, freshly cooked with lots of options for takeaway and seating inside too. Staff friendly and not pushy.

Not really impressed with this place. Ordered a mixed Doner, but the meat and bread came rolled up, (a kinda naan, not pitta) not what I asked for. And not a lot of meat or Salad compared with the usual place I use. Okay, but wouldn’t go back.

Food prices have gone up and portion sizes smaller than before the price increase!!! When you buy a large portion, you get a very small portion!

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the food. This is the second time ordering from here and honestly such a great impression. It is a busy place as there are many people ordering from them , which I guess that it is a good thing. Honestly, I think that the bad reviews are coming from drunk people who got kicked out lol. Yesterday we went to order for the first time and there were some undisciplined guys so instead of eating there, we chose to eat the food at home. Anyways, I rate the food ☺️

Very disappointed with last nights order. All the ribs were extremely burnt and turned into ashes had to throw it away and slept hungry. Just to say I am a regular and it’s always good so please have a word with the guy working last night! He is the wrong person to be on the grills he is better off just taking orders

Food looked great, reviews were looking promising … was just about to order to find out that they are seriously over charging. A lamb rib meal was £16.50 online when they are only charging £6.50 in store… no way !

Food portions have gotten smaller and the Doner meat which we used to love is much more greasy now. I also find that trying to ask the most basic questions to some of the staff gets a rude attitude and response.

Food is good tasting but it's the 3rd day i stay on toilet because of it. Not clean, and that male on the counter looks like dog and acting like one. I will never eat again from here, even if i was a regular. It happens once,twice but third time it's way too much!!! Hopefully you close this bussines because attending on humans health.

I popped in with my wife for lunch yesterday, The wife had a doner wrap, and I had a Chicken shish wrap, both was absolutely amazing, spiced to perfection and cooked fresh, very reasonably priced food and to make things even better I left my phone on the counter after paying the bill, and the staff came after me down the road to return it , this place is well worth a visit and we will most certainly will be going back, highly recommended 10/10 many thanks.

The food was really good but the behaviour from the staff was very inappropriate. There was a male staff in the counter and he doesn’t know how to treat the customers. I would never recommend this place for dine in due to this experience.

Absolutely disgusting, the meat overcooked ,measly amount, worst I have ever had , will never go back. when confronted the staff shrugged there shoulders and said, slap your face and f...c....k of No apology, no refund offer, nothing. The attitude and management is in very low position the staff who was making a kebab was very aggressive and swear a lot was thinking to call a police! Visited at 25th of July 2021

Doner Master is by far the best restaurant and takeaway service in Leicester! The service is delightful and the delivery is swift. The food is beyond excellent. The quality of ingredients. We ordered lamb shish and Turkish kebab from them. My wife and I loved them and surely will order from them again and again. We could not recommend this restaurant more. We've ordered from other takeaways in this lockdown but they are not as good as Doner Master! The lamb shish is my favorite while my wife loved the Turkish kebab. Delicious food and tasty grilled meat. Nice portions and fresh. We are newcomers in the UK. Just left Turkey a couple of months ago and I can say that the Turkish food served here is even better than that served in Turkey itself! To sum, a phenomenal experience. Awesome food and great service. Thank you again and again to these nice and friendly people. 10 out of 10.

In the hunt for the best kebab House in Leicester, I am now pretty sure that Kebab Master is the one. Good quality meat, not greasy or fatty, tender, juicy and moist. The special mixed for £35 is more than enough for 3 people. Only minor criticism is that when ordering online you can't add two of the same sauces (I would have preferred 2 lots of garlic sauce)

I am giving this place 5 stars...For service...class and excellence. Food is never compromised. It is always bang on!!! Whenever I come to leicester...I always pick up a takeaway from here...Nothing beats it yet. The staff themselves are really nice and adhere to any special requests that you make with your meal. The chicken wings from this place are to die for! Marinated so well and cooked to perfection. I wouldnt say anything bad about this place at all! The prices are very reasonable aswell and the selection of food is second to none. There is something for everyone no matter what age you are. Your tastebuds will be left tingling!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that loves meat. Succulent and tender food. Thank y'all. Peace out.

I ordered three meals for delivery from here the delivery came and was wrong all that got delivered was a burger some donner meat and three salads I rang up and told them and the man on the phone said no it can’t be missing told me I packed your stuff so I know it’s there didn’t apologise or offer to deliver the food said well next time il send u them !! Well that’s not going to happen if you didn’t get it right the first time! Annoying AF as prob one of the only place open after 10 during lockdown won’t be returning!

10 min drive for me but always worth it. I'm crazy for the Lamp ribs, my kids love the burgers. We're always stuff after.

Been to master 3 times recently they got my order wrong twice... Poor! Food nothing special so don't see why I'm going back... Poor
