Worst pizza I’ve ever had over cooked over priced customer service nonexistent last time useing this place avoid at all costs

I go here probably once a month, on Friday I was a bit early for collection so watched as the staff were making pizza, I could not believe people with long hair and beards were not wearing hair or beard nets when preparing food, also I agree with other comments a large pizza is just more bread and no more meat/veg/sauce

I have been ordering quite few times here still not happy. Its the second time I find human hair inside and it is disgusting. Ordered a hot spicy pizza there were barely and green paper and not spicy at all. Never ordering again

Was really looking forward to my pizza, worst ever. Dry pizza with hardly any chicken or sauce topping. Will stick with my usual place next time

Staff act like the toppings are coming out of their wages. My pizza probably had about 20p of meat on it. And they forgot the burger sauce. One star is generous.

The worse experience I ever had ,treble pizza with row friese,and the fany thing when I complained he sid I cook it in the oven so he send frozen friese in the same oven of the pizza, and it's angst the higine. Am chef in Italian restaurant I know what is it Am not recommend to try it

I called the store to make a collection order when my husband is on the way to the store. However, when my husband arrived 20 mins later, he was told by the staff that they had not placed the order yet even if they knew about that order. My husband had to wait for another 10 mins for them to do it. So what's the point I made order in advance?

Went to this dominos last night, in the window they are advertising buy one pizza get one free so unasked for the large pizza for £13.99 only to be told no that only for margarita! It's £24.99 for other pizza' s i then ordered a box of wedges and once home I had about 15 wedges in the box the pizza was cold and like tearing cardboard, I think the cheese was in strike and the sauce was just a blob at the crust. So they false advertise, then serve poor quality food and ridiculous prices! Stick to pizza hut or water Orton pizza better quality and more for your money

Nice and happy guy on the count was welcoming us. Placed the order and took few minutes to have our order and the good think is that we have a screen as well with our order with an ETA attached to it, 👍 Meanwhile I open the app to make them a nice review, three photographs and the order was ready 🙀 Thank you very much guys☀️

This is about the worst company in the UK and both the supervisor and driver who served on this day deserved to be relieved of their roles. I was sick on this day when I ordered a pizza and I live in a council block. The same block where Royal Mail, Amazon and in fact other Domino's outlets deliver to my door. Driver refused to send my order to me and insisted on not getting past the council gate. It is very wrong to put untrained people in customer facing positions. I was down with diarrhea, dehydrated with no food until this pizza arrived at 19:30 and these despicable fellows denied me. They won't even refund until after 7 days. The service is horrible and the providers are rude. AVOID!! Use any other Domino's outlet and not this.

Pizza always comes freezing cold. It’s cheaper to order pizza from Pizza express for delivery!!! The drivers don’t even used the heat bags here anymore! Over priced cold cheese on toast! Avoid this place at all costs.

Just had a takeaway pepperoni. Ready in 10 minutes, excellent, and thankfully not tight with toppings like some places are.

Whats more disappointing then the pizza i had is how the so called deals are worded on the website. "Medium pizza for £9.99"......."when you buy 2 or more"...so £19.99 for 2 medium pizzas than?

Nice pizza and garlic bread but be warned as they will try and charge you way extra to make money, if we hadnt questioned the charges we would have ended up paying for a large pizza when only orderd a medium.

The prices have gone up and the pizzas have got smaller. This is not value for money anymore...

large pizza is basically a small pizza with a bunch of bread added to the sides with no toppings, like you cant be serious with this. Every time i order its a gamble if i get a normal pizza or this 10 y.o. fail. I dont like empty bread, please do something about it

Dreadful slow service. When we called to find out where our order was we were told it was out for delivery. It took a 2nd phone call to be told that it was still at the store because they had now drivers. When we went to collect the order they couldn't find our pizza. When they did it was completely cold. Pathetic excuse of a shop. Would not recommend.

Decent service. We enjoyed our evening out. Drinks were relatively expensive.

Why is a collection pizza £11.00 When down the road at the Erdington branch it is only £7.00 for the same pizza, when I say the same , they are not quite the same , the erdington branch are more generous with the toppings

Less than one star. Got the order completely wrong. Then wouldn't make any good will gesture even though I had paid nearly 12 quid for it. Awful service. Hamza the useless guy on the phone wanted my pizza back to force me to wait over 30 mins more for a replacement. Will never use again.. Have given the pizza back. Still waiting for a refund.... Oh and they forgot the dips I paid for.

Girl on counter had zero people skills, spoke in words of one syllable, and didn't have a smile in her head!! She took my order wrong, therefore I didn't get my chicken, my pizza was crispy burnt when I opened it up at home, so.ething went wrong with the payment and I was strangely asked to pay again! I asked for a receipt but this was forgotten! I know it's strange, but how many things can go wrong when just ordering a simple pizza. I haven't had pizza from anywhere for ages and this was just a decision I made whilst walking past the shop!! Needless to say I won't be returning any time soon!!!!

Got my order wrong, half the food wasn't cooked, when questioned about the food being half cooked, was told that they had no other complaints about it so they can't be undercooked

Cold food delivered late. App says food is out for delivery, and food arrives 45 minutes later - stone cold. Rang up and complained the first few times and to be fair they re-delivered hot food within 40 minutes - but who can wait 90 minutes for cold food, and 40 minutes extra for a redelivery? Finally given up on this dominos, Will be using the new Pizza Hut in future.

Really bad customer service and very ignorant people working. Also kept ending our call because the two people on the phone couldn’t understand what we were saying .

Ordered food from here last night all of us don't feel well at All, the pizzas were sloppy the wedges were hard and the garlic bread was cold. Normally dominoes is the best pizza but I will NEVER order from this dominoes again

Absolutely shocking!!! Have my nieces and nephews over and decided a little treat for tea ordered pizzas as the wait was so long the baby fell asleep so when the delivery driver rang the buzzer I asked if he would kindly deliver to my door!! As I have babies in bed and don't want to disturb them or leave them alone. Driver refused. Rang manager who didn't really sound interested and he told me the drivers don't go to front doors highter than ground floor for the drivers safety. "So basically everybody who lives in apartment/ flats are going to attack and rob the dominos delivery guy for a pizza and few cookies. Get a grip pleAse not everyone can make it out their door that's what I thought the whole point of a delivery was ?? And for your prices i would be expecting your driver to come upstairs and put my food on my table and pour me a drink whilst he's at it. Pisstakers.

Great pizzas, great service. First time I had ordered online and I noticed in the email that I'd ordered one of the pizzas wrong, I phoned them straight away and they sorted it for me, very helpful member of the team. Many thanks.

Can i ask for advice weve had terrible service at mere green dominos giving us stale unedible pizzas staff were rude and upset me when i complained . Was wondering what wylde green dominos was like thanks feeling little upset as been waiting for refund for well over a week now all i wanted to do was sort it out with staff at mere green and they slammed phone down every time i cant say on here what staff had called me but i have a phon recording

Good offers (only if you ask) service genuinely good, however depends on who picks the call, a customers service course wouldn't go a miss. food good, the usual Domino's standard.
