Domino's Pizza in Birmingham

I recently visited the Domino's Pizza shop, and I must say, it's one of the best branches I've encountered. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, making our experience truly special. The pizza, of course, was delicious, with a wide range of toppings to choose from. However, what truly sets this branch apart is the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and their warm smiles made us feel right at home. One minor drawback is the limited parking space directly in front of the shop. However, there's a convenient solution: 1) Enter through Wood End Lane, where you'll find ample parking. 2) A helpful tip for drivers heading towards the city center: take the next left after the petrol station, and 3) you can drive all the way to the back of the store on Wood End Lane. I highly recommend this Domino's Pizza shop for its outstanding service, tasty pizzas, and convenient parking solution. Four stars, without a doubt!

They received orders but never delivered then not answer phone

I've been having Domino's since April 2016 and I only ate the crust at the top. I was a fussy eater at the time. Now, they taste GOOD! I like the cheese, pepperoni, and Texas BBQ ones. 😋

Don’t order. Food arrived stone cold. Hardly any pizza toppings. Order elsewhere !! Never using these again. Really disappointed.

Ordered thin pizza as I do every week what arrived was a paper thin hard cheese less slither of a pizza. When I called to complain I’m told I’m wrong this is how it’s supposed to be funny because last week it was absolutely fine. Avoid save your money and don’t bother expecting them to care as long as they have ur money they don’t . Shocking

My first experience with Domino's left me and my kids horrified, considering the high expectations we had after deciding to give it a try. Paying nearly £40 for three pizzas, the value did not align with the cost. The advertised value didn't accurately reflect the disappointing quality received. The pizza base was like two prathas stuck together, excessively hard and lacking any enjoyable texture. There was a notable absence of flavor, making the entire eating experience bland and unappetizing. Disappointingly sparse cheese compared to other local independent pizzerias, leaving the pizza looking dry and sad. Despite my efforts to convince my kids to try Domino's, the overall experience has left us unimpressed. The disparity between the cost and the quality received makes it unlikely that I'll choose Domino's again in the future.

I love Domino's, Pizza was done within the promised time. Staff are very kind, helpful. definitely will return ❤️

Made a order for another store but though it was erdington, the lady inside....her name was sumaira and she was so helpful. Her customer service and communication skills were great and she really helped me out this day. Service with a smile and good energy. Five starts for sumaira

Sent out the wrong pizza then waited over an hour for replacement,after being in a rush to eat as iv got other stuff to do i had 2 slices so thank you for wasting my time and money

When you’re paying on the region of £30 for two pizzas you have a certain expectation when it arrives. Both pizza bases burnt unfortunately and has left both myself and my partner with a rather poor stomach ache! Almost seems as if we’ve paid for the brand name instead of quality!

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat. Opted for the lunchtime small personal pizza at £3.99 Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pizza cooked to order and tasted pretty good for what it was.

Tryed to order pizza on sunday evening and was told to order online because they are too busy. Very rude person on the phone hung up on me. Avoid this place

The worst dominos pizza branch around . Dominos head office needs to look in to this branch . Such a let down . Stay away from this store. Staff dont know how to correctly answer the phone . The girl I spoke to named Aman had no customer service skills at all , just rude and monotone .

I called to place an order and had some general questions before placing the order. I was in the middle of speaking before the lady on the phone just hung up on me out of nowhere. Was appalled by her service and how rude that was. Not impressed.

This is the best dominos branch in the whole of the UK. They are on time every time. Excellent customer service whenever something goes wrong. Cannot fault. 5* service.

15 min on the phone and still didn't place the order because they don't speak English in there. It wasn't the only time so not going back to them. Luck of professionalism.

Nice taste but needed toasting a bit longer

Not bad, kinda takes their time, and ask for a bit more in money, but it reflects back on quality.

Great service, had a little wait but Nick who I assume is the manager certainly made sure that I left as a happy customer. Fresh ingredients, excellent service, cant go wrong.

Got my order food great If your a vegan check your dip sauce is vegan as well, as mine came with the non vegan garlic and herbs only noticed when I got home

Accidently ordered to wrong address, went in store to see what we could do they had the pizza there as wasn't able to be delivered they offered to cook us up fresh pizzas even though it was my fault, Great customer service

I turned up found out that I had to download the app place a order and pay for it even though I was by the front door of Domino's and could speak to the lady, she couldn't take my order, it's all on the app. So download the app, what a palaver.

1st time to erdington and the service was first class from the guy who took my order to pick up and £6-99 bargain price will go again well fone!!!

Always very nice when we collect from there.

I ask for pepperoni and chicken. And they contaminated it with ingredients that I didn’t want. Obviously clumsy with their topping process. Quite frankly, this should not be happening. Very poor.

Can't fault the pizzas or staff but would like to know why every time a new menu leaflets from the gravelly hill north branch comes through the door,when I ring to order they say sorry don't deliver to that post code.THEN WHY KEEP DELIVERING THE MENUS TO B24.IT IS VERY ANNOYING.NO OFFENCE TO THE WYLDE GREEN BRANCH BUT FOR SOME REASON I PREFER THE PIZZAS FROM GRAVELLY HILL BRANCH.come on domino' s really.

Dominos pizza forgot 1 off my pizza the delivery guy was soo rude by time I got the Pizza the pizza was sooo sh*t wasn't even worth the money better off going to big John's there pizza is soo much better more topping on the pizza n cheaper defo wouldn't go to domions again I give it a - 20 out of 10 buy 1 get 1 free for £18.99 n a sides n drink what cost almost £30 I could get a better deal from big Johns pizza n save alot

Doesn't make sense, any pizza £6.99 either it the smallest or the largest. Not the best place to go. Specially after watching their TV show where they have contests to make the quickest pizza. Anyway Shop is always empty, staff not too welcoming or friendly. Pay £7 for a meal I'd expect better service.

Decent food messed up my order but Rectified it straight away. All in all happy

Dominoes is the best and freshest pizzeria in erdington.

Ordered pizza with large dip, again dip not delivered driver told me he would go get it and would be 5mins, 10mins later no dip phoned shop, girl I spoke to said dip was on the way with driver. 15 mins later still no driver, phoned shop again to be passed to a girl who was acting manger she said she didn't know about it or who I spoke too, but they were busy and would get dip out when driver was free, but then after sayin she didn't know anything about it said her colleague had offered me free pizza on nxt order which she had but how did she know if she didn't know anything about it! Dip eventually came 40mins after pizza was delivered which was pointless. Everytime I order from this branch there is a problem cold pizza, missing toppings or missing dip! Will not be ordering again, if you order food and pay for it you expect to get what you ordered, not to be fobbed off!

What's with the bad reviews? People always find something so minuscule to complain about jeez. Our food was delivered fresh, hot and on time. Dominos, in our opinion, have the best pizza offers and staff hands down. Will be ordering regularly from this branch!

Delivery. Food cold and the toppings stingy. Delivered on time is the best I can say!

Lovely food and friendly staff. It is a standard Dominos with the regular items on the menu and certain special offers.
