It's OK, it's an independent so was told they didn't accept vouchers or discounts (through my work app) so paid full price. You get what you get with pizza it's close to Pizza Hut (a few doors away), so when I went, it was trying to work out which one had the best deal at the time. The man was nice, but no interaction whilst we waited. It took about 15 minutes for our pizzas

Sorry to say, but the Service was extremely Poor. Went to place the Order, however the Girls (Staff) were busy talking amongst themselves, then I had to get their attention, in order to get Served! Upon purchasing their Cookie, which I was incredibly disappointed with the Quantity, in respect to the Price. 'Daylight Robbery ', which is how I felt.. Will I go there again. No. Not that Branch on Timberley Lane. Maybe at another Branch. 1st and worst experience at Domino's. Perhaps I'll try another Branch, who are more 'Customer Focused '.

Terrible service rude employees can’t even communicate properly refused to answer when j asked to speak to the manager and couldn’t get an order right for 2 margaritas and a pepperoni pizza. Manager categorising pizza as proper and non proper. Sign said pizza for 9.99 but charged 12 pound. Because of this our food is cold. NOT COMING HERE AGAIN!

Mediocre pizza at a premium price. Pizza was ok but doesn't justify the extra cost over other local independent pizza shops. Delivery was quick and everything was hot and well cooked.

Over a decade ago, domino's was the best place to order from. Now, what has happened? I order from them again after a long time. The pizza is poorly done, way overpriced for an extra large and it barely qualified to even a medium size. Not only that, it was presented atrociously and had air pockets in it. When I issued for a refund I was told they couldn't get me one because it could "still be consumed" bad service and bad attitude. Deserves to go on the hall of shame of places that used to be good but are now appalling.

Pizza is well worth it while it's half price wouldn't buy it at full price as its just not worth the price

Phoned to try get a medium half n half pizza, cost was extraordinarily expensive, compared to other places, £21+ for a medium sized pizza delivered then it came and was just loads of tomato paste on, which overpowered everything else, very poor quality for the price aswell. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone really.

Ordered in store after work and when we got home one of the pizza's wasn't right. Won't order from there again. They also didn't like the fact we knew it was buy 1 get 1 free.

One of their drivers very nearly ran me off the road.

I have ordered from this Dominos twice and both times it has been disappointing. The first time we received 2 wrong pizzas (1 of which was for a vegan friend) and had to wait over an hour for them to send the correct ones after calling in to let them know. The second time one pizza was missing. Both times the manager on the phone was incredibly rude and never even said sorry. Shocking customer service, definitely won't be ordering a third time.

Best pizzas in the area, if a bit too expensive for what they are.

hi young lad deliverd my food to day and was verry friendly and helpful

We ordered a thin crust pizza and we didn't expected to be that thin. So we came back and told the manager about it, she kindly explained that the thin crust comes separate and looks like a tortilla wrap but if we want a thinner crust we should order "extra thin" crust in the future. She offered us a free sample and we are super satisfied with the customer service.

My daughter and her boyfriend ordered today and the meatballs tasted odd ,now they’re both sick absolutely disgraceful they would serve this .

Omg my pizza was delivered cold and 2 out of 3 had toppings stuck to the top of the box. Think they was dropped what a mess. I reconmend collection.

When called the worker didn't even answer and i was forced to hang up.

After nearly a 2 hour wait and then receiving our pizza it was freezing cold,had sauces missing from order tried ringing to complain but no answer.!..So basically it was a friday night takeaway disaster that ended up half eaten and the rest ended up in the bin.

We ordered a pizza and 4 sides, the whole order was literally freezing cold, after spending £31 we called the restaurant to complain, they said they would replace our whole order absolutely free next time we called, called a few weeks later to attempt to make use of our £31 we had spent, to be told that we were only allowed a medium pizza and one side, when I heard this I said no that's ridiculous, the apparent manager told me that the other manager was on holiday and he didnt have the power to override it, no help whatsoever, quite rude and not very customer friendly, we use this place more of less twice a week from 2 different addresses..... we will never use them again!! Pizza hut it is... costs a little more but at least the food is consumable

Delivery staff are rude and refuse to read delilivery notes and swear when you ask them to. Store lies about deliveries being out like they don't exist forcing me to lodge a complaint higher up. Don't order from here, there's far cheaper and better quality food and service elsewhere locally.

I’ve ordered pizza two weeks ago but haven’t received it. Called restaurant few times, apparently driver made mistake and delivered our order under wrong address so I’ve asked for refund and haven’t got it. Been told that it will take 5-7 days. Exactly 14 days later still nothing. Very disappointed and upset.

im not one to complain but had a 2 pizzas from dominoes castle brom tonight and i honestly think they forgot to put cheeese on it! n i ordered a simple CHEESE n tomatoe!! not happy

The pizza arrived burnt and the woman on the phone was really rude when I called about it, then she hung up on me.

Bit disappointing for our first Domino's. Pizza came fairly quickly, especially for a Saturday. However first problem the driver wouldn't bring the order up to my flat, which is my front door. I don't understand what the problem is with this, if I have a young child asleep in bed means I can't collect my delivery. Anyway, when back up to my flat and checked the order noticed we had something missing. Called the driver back straight away and he just said he had no idea what I was talking about. Phoned the store was put on hold, then eventually told they'd redeliver the missed item. Item was delivered pretty quick again, however yet again when checking it it was still the wrong item. Just couldn't be bothered to phone again to say it was still wrong. However the pizza and sides we had were lovely

Most of the time this Dominos is okay and pretty speedy. Tonight for some reason the driver refused to enter the building for ‘safety reasons’ which has never been previously said before, so my partner had to go outside and collect the order. Not to mention some of our order was missing. I know it’s the weekend and it can get hectic, but seriously. Not impressed with the service

The great thing about dominoes is the pizza is the same regardless of which store you've visited. A but overpriced compared to other pizza companies that deliver. Worth signing up to marketing alerts for their special offers which are always great deals.

This place is a bit hit & miss sometimes the food is good sometimes not. Most of the staff are good & give good service, one or two need to have a refresher course on customer service. There tends to be more pizza base and sauce than cheese and toppings. Like most pizza places it's not cheap unless you go in before 4pm you'd think they'd up their game as there's another pizza place next door to them which I've also tried but out of the two dominoes is slightly better.

TERRIBLE SERVICE placed an order waited 2hrs then they kept on telling me the driver is on his way. Then finally someone told me they got the wrong address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND YOU CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND THEM.

Fast and efficient staff ..food was really tasty and reasonably priced.

No complaints about the food but the girl with the drawn on eyebrows and massive fake lashes taking the orders was so rude and sarcastic i cant believe a big company like dominos would have such a sarcastic nasty woman behind there counter also i dont like the thought of someone wearing fake lashes and all that make up touching my food its wrong

Pizza was fine it was just the chicken strippers, I don't know if it's was the ingredients within the breaded coating or the place they store the strippers but the taste was strange, like cleaning products lol. reminds me of the unfortunate incident once of when I packed a banana in the same bag as my sandwiches the bread tasted like like banana. I never did that again!! like I would never order chicken strip pets form dominos again!

Pizza great when it came. Forgot the ice cream we ordered and it took 2 phone calls to the dominos to get the ice cream delivered. The delivery driver couldn't find the address when it came to re delivering the ice cream they had forgotten. After 2 phone calls he eventually found where I lived despite the first delivery finding us perfectly.

I had gluten free crust the pizza was tiny for the price was no way 9.5 inches it was discusting worse pizza I've ever eaten it hadn't even been cut up I had to slice it myself. Dominos is definitely over rated and even more definitely VERY overpriced how can any one justify charging them prices for such terrible food.

Tried to order a pizza at 1120 pm when it stated it closed at 1130pm they would not pick up the phone to take order phoned next day to complain .then turned around to say they closed earlier well sort your website out idiots

Was very disappointed with the pizza my daughter ordered, a total waste of money, a replacement was offered and it looked the same size, she had it as she was hungry, will not use them again, not good value for the money
