Domino's Pizza - Wolverhampton - Coseley in Dudley

Food delivered but pizza burnt and doughballs had no cheese inside so dry and tasteless, the pizza base used to have a glaze over crust and was really tasty now its like bland cardboard and not worth the price and the loaded fries for 5.99 are a joke! No more than a handful of fries for 5.99?? Poor poor value for money

A good dominos pizza outlet. Dine in, delivery and collection available. Late night options too. Clean. Staff are average to happy. Drinks and all lit up nicely. Parking is pretty standard too. Overall never got an order wrong and quite modern. 👌

Made a collection, didn't wait long for it

Ordered a pizza in the shop and twisted dow balls on the side an they never gave me the Dow balls when I got home I realised an they said they would put it on system that they owe me then. Then when I rang up today they said there’s nothing on the system so I cannot have them which I find out of order

Never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always top notch and don't need to wait very long. Stuffed crust is superb. I usually collect from here, and the staff seem to know me now.

Claims on Uber eats that they have cream egg cookies...but when you order it they call you claiming they don't have them...currently getting a refund for the cookies. Should remove items or warn you when ordering if an item is not available. Good for pizzas not great for desserts

AVOID RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF CANT TAKE A SIMPLE ORDER ALSO FOUND A HARD PLASTIC SHARD ON THE PIZZA WONT BE CONTRIBUTING TO THEIR WAGES AGAIN SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. THE YOUNG LAD TRIED TO PUT ME OFF ORDERING ANYWAY THEY DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS.

One million percent ASDA pizza, it’s so bad

AVOID! After speaking to someone helpful on the phone initially, the rest of the staff seem clueless. Once we had paid we were told that we could only have itallian plant based base, when it clearly shows on the app you can have the deep crust too. Below average pizza, hardly any cheese, total waste of money. Wish we had gone to pizza hut!

Not the best domino's at all, always stingy with the cheese even when you pay extra for the cheese topping. Needs to be more attention to detail on quality and look of pizza.

I'm not very happy with the manager and the service he wouldn't tell me he's name to make a complaint l wanted 3 large pizzas and he was trying to charge me over 50 pounds lm not very happy with the service and l will go and find out how to compain they are very rood and will reck your biznez

Get 2 pizzas, one has missed garlic sauce

Went last night (09-12-23) and yet again bbq chicken wings were cold, so sad as the rest of the pizza was very nice, 2nd time in 2 weeks this as happened.

Cannot get a simple 3 pizza order correct. Pepperoni not even being close to a Hot and Spicy. Excuse was only one on shift. Literally one job to do couldn't get that right.

This place is like any other domino's pizza restaurant. But it still new so still offer good services.

Our food always arrives hot, even though we are tricky to find. Also, very fast service and cheerful delivery drivers. Wouldn't choose another branch or pizza franchise.

App and website show different prices for same order when discount is applied. Discount codes are not applied correctly so overcharged. Charge 1.60 per extra topping but they missed a topping on my order and no discount or explanation..... Food was good but service is poor

I won't go to this place anymore since there's been a change in management. They've inflated the prices, large veg pizza for £12!! and the toppings are so small. Their English is poor and don't understand you, they lie to customers to con them into buying the expensive pizza. Dominoes in Coseley goodbye you are conning customers, hope you close down!!

Just AWFUL. The pizza never quite taste as a Domino's pizza should. This franchise is ALWAYS TIGHT WITH THEIR TOPPINGS, especially the cheese. Penn Road Domino's is levels better than Coseley. The problem is my postcode doesn't meet their catchment delivery. By default, I ordered from Coseley. If you're happy to collect, order from Penn Road it's soooooo much better, as is their Papa Johns. Save your hard earned money, choose a different Domino's franchise, these are cowboys.

shocking ordered margarita few times now add extra dominos tomato sauce great when it actually comes with it on but it hasn't the last 3 times but charges you a few quid for it . really can't be that hard for them to figure out.! when you pay dominos prices you expect it to be right!

Awful customer service. Was double charged when collecting order. Was them told to phone next day for a refund??? Was promised refund would be processed within 5 days 10 days elapsed and still no refund or correspondence. Phoned up and was scammed again by managerlike banging your head up against a brick wall trying to get any sense out of the staff and management.

Pay £2.50 for delivery and don't want to bring it up to my flat door what a joke

Ordered for the 1st time online. The online order was incorrect. I immediately called to be told their systems are not wrong so there was nothing they could do. I would have thought ordering the 1st time I would have received some better service then to be told tough luck. Pizza was expensive for something I did not order! Won't be ordering there again as staff do not give two hoots about potential long term customers.

If i was able i was give them no stars. Customer service, rubbish, delivery rubbish... they are rubbish shortly. I have ordered ,nobody knocked at the door they called and left when i called to dominos the asian rubbish man answered me being sarcastic...no way...dominos in other countries are amazing...but this is just rubbish

They used to be good, but since trying Papa John's for the first time the other day, and having a recent bad experience, I won't be going back. I had two totally messed up pizzas (2x large, with stuffed crust/double decadence) delivered, so I called them, they said they were too busy to replace them, but if I called again another day, they'd replace them, and that would have been fine. But when I called them back the following week, they said they'd give me one medium pizza, and I'd have to collect. I just don't think they believed me. Which was annoying, because I'd given them a bit of slack already. So I emailed dominos, The complaints procedure is full of friction, I had an email from the franchisee, which I couldn't respond to, the email address just didn't work. When I finally got my voucher for two replacement pizzas, I had to call several times to try and use them, they just kept saying it's an online voucher, even though the voucher specifically says TELEPHONE ONLY in big letters. Alas, I managed to finally use them, the bloke on the phone was gormless, and rude, said I'd have to pay extra for stuffed crust etc. I was literally ordering the exact same pizzas they messed up. Top tips: Papa John's is way better, order there instead. If you do have to order dominos, Always order extra cheese, because they hardly give you any, order online because the telephone service is rubbish, and be prepared for an uphil battle if anything goes wrong. It really is just much easier to order from Papa John's 🤣

Great service and good online discounts

They are cheating on the offers end, in the menu it’s clearly evident that there’s buy one get one free on ANY size pizza but the executive there said that it’s just for the large pizza worth 20 pounds which seems to be false . He gave the lame reason that it’s been that way on their system. Where’s the customer’s transparency then?! It’s not expected from these big companies. Please don’t make your customers fool and trap into fake offers

I can honestly say this is the worst dominos branch. They used to be really good but last 3 times pizzas have been awful. Last time there was hardly any cheese and toppings on the pizza and they were luke warm. I ordered thin Italian crust and it was thick deep pan. Wedges were raw and I'm not exaggerating. Defo won't bother spending £20 again!! Chip shop pizzas are much better.

Applied for part time job here at Dominoes pizza coseley, on the 26th August, on the 28th i had an interview and had got the job due to shop being in desperate need of staff. i started on the Tuesday 1st September and worked through till the Thursday, all shifts 12 till 8 pm, arrived on time sometimes 20 minutes early and completed all tasks which needed to be done in order to complete my training and up to the standard the manager Shane wanted it at. On Saturday 29th august i had informed Shane that i would not be available the Friday 4th September as it was my birthday and the weekend after that starting the 11th September until the 13th September due to having a weekend down London for my birthday, he had agreed with the message back " it will have to be, but in future all weekends" to then Sunday 6th September setting me the rota of my shifts, Tues 4:30 till 9:30 and weds 3 till close as i only have 15 hours of my training left to then changing them both to 12- 8pm tues and weds , and the Friday and Saturday im away to then informing him once again that im away, to then have a rude reply of " like i told you yesterday, thats not good enough, you did not inform me, you told me 1 weekend thats done and gone, its not good enough work the hours or im hiring someone else". due to the comments i had decided to not to stay there and therefore writing this review, for others to know what staff can be like especially to new workers and young people and what makes this worse the manager, who could have came across more professionally.

Food came there was hardly any toppings on the pizzas. They were luke warm. Was not worth the money had a pizza from the corner shop with more toppings on.

Terrible customer service, order wrong & refused to remedy the situation. Staff & manager rude. Complained to head office. Certainly would not recommend & will not order from them again.

Don’t waste your money. The ‘hot wings’ are far from hot... just vinegary and absolutely inedible. The most disgusting wings I’ve ever ate, £6 down the drain, definitely will not be getting a Dominos again.

I have ordered from this Domino's quite a few times. I have always been happy with the pizzas in the past, however, the last two times I have ordered the pizzas have not been cooked properly and there has been visibly raw dough in parts of the crust. I am not usually one to moan at all, but it has happened twice in a row now, so not sure what is going on there. I called up the second time and told them and thankfully they did remake the pizzas and gave me a refund.

Pizzas were shocking they had a distinct lack of cheese and I have never described a pizza as being dry before in my life but I will now. Said delivered and turned up 10 minutes later. Worst domino's I've had...

Delivery took way too long although not far away had to call to chase as tracker said delivered when it wasn't, food was just warm and cheese gone congealed and wedges had gone soggy.

Now I'm a very reasonable person and offering to make my pizzas again for me was very polite of the dominos employees but I shouldn't have to ask for my pizzas to be made again especially after I've just finished a hard days work and I was hungry thought it would be a nice treat for my 67 year old nan and my family but the first pizza wasn't the best and for £17.99 I could of got a frozen pizza for that price and sides. So I asked for them to be made again and they did but someone gobbing on my pizza made me physically sick I was half way through my spicy pizza and what only I can describe as flem inbertween my cheese and tomato sauce not only that but there was hair in my pizza I'm not one to normally moan about food but I hope everyone reads this before considering to give there family pizza from this place ever again I shall be contacting hygiene standards as this sort of Pety ness is bang out of order and I would also like a refund on my pizzas and I'm going to make this public as the member of staff that done this should be sacked straight away.

They are actually good, they do not panic when there are a lot of orders, and they do it all professionally.

Order pizza from here almost every week and while I appreciate the weather , it has taken 3/4 hr from "out for delivery " to get to us . It was cold, and not a good taste. Very disappointed

We usually pick up on a monday and the food was great but its very annoying when the guy serving you is also at the same time having a conversation with someone else in the store in urdu. Its rude and unthoughtful and puts a dampener on my dominos.

Half of my order missing so called the shop. Was told that it would be brought out. An hour and 20 mins later no food... called up and was told was waiting for a driver. Asked for a refund that never came....

Could not give zero stars. Took my money and waited for over an hour for delivery and it never came. Domino's is now closed and I have no food. I will be calling in the morning for an explanation.

Bad experience, we were short on the order and no one speaks good English to sort the problem out, don't bother with this place customer service is bad trust me there are plenty of other places in the area with with a much better service and product....papa piccolo's for instance

Worst Domino's ever!!! Save your money and drive to the Dudley shop

I stood for 15 minutes waiting for a phone order to complete. Once completed the man puts the phone down and walks off to make pizza, ignoring me. Phone rings again...lady comes and goes to answer phone, completely ignoring me. Pizza was not the best, customer service disgusting. Pizza Hut next time...
