Domino's Pizza - Weston Super Mare - Locking Castle in North Somerset

Can not falt it, I had to collect due to outside the delivery, but the pizza was ready as I arrived and the place was clean and presentable.

Just had a delivery cant phone to complain as numbers not even working my pizza was disgusting it had jalapeños which had obviously been elsewhere as it was only on some of the pizza the pizza tasted soapy my husbands pizza had no jalapeños but mushrooms not what he ordered...we alway get dominoes but we wont be ordering at the locking one again....absaloutely terrible...

No card machine! No cash! Keep using excuse card machine broken! It’s been broken over a month fix it!

Extremely poor service. Too many people on shift, standing around giggling like school children and ignoring customers. Only got served as the one person who was actually working and making pizzas saw me.

Always look forward to my pizza from this store, but had a takeaway on Thursday and it was disappointing worst ive ever had, was dry and hardly any cheese topping, has put me off purchasing another pizza from this store or company again

I find the staff very friendly and this service very fast! The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is that the pizzas never seemed to be cut properly!? Apart from that they taste delicious!

I was ignored when I went in and stood at the collection area. The food was ready before the app said it was.

Awful service. I waited 10 minutes with my 4 year old son last night. We did not even get an acknowledgement that we were even in the shop waiting. A member of staff was very rude when I politely asked if anyone was able to serve us. Ended up leaving and spending our money somewhere else.

The pizzas almost always good here, and the staff are friendly enough but since the new app has been released collection has been nothing but awful, as says the pizza is ready for collection and then you have to stand there for 15mins whilst chaos ensues. Just a tip here but if you have customers that are prepared to come into store and collect then they should be prioritised. Leaving 4-8 people standing there and not getting things moving is unacceptable. If someone was on the till at least giving feedback to customers rather than just letting them stand there with no explanation as to what's going on then it would make things a little more bearable. Understand you get very busy in there but just a little more care please.

Not sure what they're up to here, but the pizzas are getting worse and worse over time, to the point that the latest I bought seemed to have just tomato paste on it and little else. Pretty tasteless and expensive even on their 2 for 1 offers, you're basically getting a large amount of dough and very little in the way of topping for a lot of money, even on vegetarian pizzas. No wonder I've not bought from them for over a year. Actual shot of said pizza attached - as you can see, minimal topping. Just don't bother. Rip off.

This expierence was terrible! The staff are gormless and dont give you the pizza even when you can see it under the hot lamp for 15 minutes! Customer Service terrible, pizza was awful, the standards at this store have completely dropped!

Card only...... not impressed 😕 Why can't places take cash these days? Won't be back to Domino's...

Stopped off at Domino's to order two pizza, waited to order looking at the choice, shame not one of the employees took the time to answer a call from one of them to serve a paying customer. Waited for some time and just give up and left. Big let down from this branch, not everyone wants to order on line.

Of the places I have tried the pizzas are best. Generous toppings and nice selection. Prices are a bit steep but with the promo codes it makes it affordable.

Very easy to order online and over the phone. The pizza is always ready at the stated time and the staff are friendly.

Ordered Domino's pizza for the first time in a long while. Bit pricey for what it is however food was nice, not cold on delivery and delivered in a timely manner (about 25 mins from order) and driver was friendly on arrival

The WORST so called pizza on the planet. Try a very thin crust with fresh ingredients like the worlds best on Vikingagatan Stocholm Sweden. People have them flown in with private jet and they are the same price as yours.

Vegan options are great, but, I'm not Vegan, I'm lactose intolerant, so I need to have the vegan cheese, they refused to put anything that's non vegan on the pizza, I'm not a vegetable lover so wanted sausage and pepperoni etc.... so ordered the wifes pizza, and I'll have to stop for fish and chips on the way home so the pizza will be cold, I'm really disappointed and a bit disgusted that happened!!!

Collected pizza, struggled to the car with a heap of boxes, no assistance offered but main issue was food was cold and the wedges were hard! Was really looking forward to dinner tonight! £37 and disappointed!

Ordered food, waited for delivery... 25 minutes after it had said was out for delivery I called up to get told the driver couldn't find your house (thanks for calling me to tell me!) they said they would recook food and send a different driver. After about 1 hour 20 minutes the food arrived only for one pizza to be so overcooked it snapped as you bite into it.

Never had a bad experience here. I've always collected my order and it's always been ready to collect when they said, also the orders were always correct - unlike other pizza establishments I've tried.

Good experience with this branch.... ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, arrived within the 30 minutes stated by chap on telephone... also we had a text telling us that our pizzas were on their way!.....gorgeous, hot & tasty pizzas, really enjoyed them! 😋..... well done & keep up the good work👍

A tasty pizza .usually deliver but we have had two pizza delivery issues. EVEN ON MOTHERS DAY.now we get my husband to get the pizza

Always been a dominos fan but now changing opinion good pizza but they seem to be very shy with the cheese. My pizza hardly had any cheese on it so will be giving it a miss for a while

Not impressed with the price or quality of their takeaway pizza. We tried both standard and gluten free. Didn't test delivery as we collected them ourselves.

Some years have gone by since I used Domino's . Buying in one evening recently was a one off , I thought . The pizza was delicious and the delivery service was very quick . I cannot fault them . Nice telephone manner too . I will be using them again .

Have been using this branch for over two years now. Had a few minor probs but these were sorted with no fuss. Always had good food, and prompt delivery and friendly service. Thankyou to the hard working staff at locking castle branch, we will continue and look forward to our weekly pizza!

Always a pleasant experience coming here. The staff are friendly and attentive and good at their jobs. It helps that the food is delicious too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my takeaway pizza.

Awful restaurant with extremely bad customer service. Rang up to request a decent helping of tomato sauce on my pizza after placing my order. I recieved an extremely dry pizza which I could only describe as bread with some toppings. When I complained I spoke to a helpful chap who apologised and offered to remake my pizza to an acceptable standard and also offered a complimentary bottle of coke to which I accepted, however within five minutes of hanging up I received a call back from a jumped up little twerp of whom was the store manager informing me that they will not be doing this as they thought the pizza met their standards. Anyway to cut a long story short the quality was awful and I haven't been back since after being a loyal customer for many years. Nice job Dominos.

They don't answer the phone and try to overcharge you at the till........

First tine i ordered i picked it up myself, was lovely, made and order to have it delivered tonight and still waiting, when i rang to ask where it was i was then told "Sorry sir, it's Saturday, soon as X Factor starts we are flat out" Not really my problem and now i hate the X Factor even more !!!

Ordered at 18.50, it's now 20.16 and no sign of the pizza. Branch are not answering the phone despite trying 4 times since 7.45. Massive let down!

Regularly order delivery from here & is on time and hot.

well they 3:45 am but when you phone up it really closes at 1:30 am! wankers!!!!
