Honestly dominos are really and miss depends which brand you go to. But as a regular to this store we have never had a bad pizza yet. Theyre always made fresh and nice. Never soggy or greasy.

Grabbed the lunchtime deal when passing today. Pretty good value for a small pizza and some chicken strips. Nice friendly staff and the food was good 👍

I ordered wings an hour an 20 minutes ago, the app still says “whoop whoop your food is being prepared”. They’ve not answered the phone once , genuinely couldn’t be worse service

Recommend to use the app, lunch time meal deal is cheaper than a gregs easy access and piping hot

I order dominoes regularly as food is tasty and it’s convenient as I work late however delivery is always late/a long time. On a particular night I waited 3 hours and tried to contact the store multiple times. Everytime I order dips are never sent which if they were free I can’t complain but they’re not and it spoils the meal with no dips. I have had occasions where food just never arrived and have not been refunded just told to ring store and they will send them out with the next driver but again spoils the meal. I don’t mind paying there prices as long as they deliver a good service and the products actually ordered.

Arrive to order pizzas to be told you have to use app! Download app but can't find what we wanted. Asked for help and none given, walked out with our being served! Very poor service!

Quite possible the worst Dominos in the U.K. Served up a cold manky dirty old pizza that wasn’t even cut properly. Couldn’t get through to the store to complain. Got sent a survey, we filled it in, they asked for a ton of info that we supplied for them to write back to say as it wasn’t raised in 24 hours my complaint was not valid. These guys are jokers, for £40 spent on food we just expected much better. This store is a disgrace, don’t waste your money. Bunch of nobbyheads.

Ordered £35 worth of food including the new creme egg cookies and what a joke. The half and half pizza was just thrown together and mixed up, hardly any toppings - the creme egg cookies had basically exploded everywhere which was very disappointing as these tiny little things were £7!!! Driver was very friendly but that's where the experience gets worse. I shrugged it off and thought, well stupid me, wasted money on rubbish again, but then Dominos sends out a survey to ask how it went. I fill in the survey and it asks me if I called the store, I answered no and then the survey asked me if I wanted to raise this issue, I said yes. Customer service got back to me, asked for a ton of information and then told me that because I hadn't called the store I could go lump it. We don't get any phone signal where we live, literally at all, and as a former Dominos employee I know how disruptive calling the store would be. So yeah, won't be ordering from them again. Easy enough to make a pizza at home anyway and it tastes way better than this generic rubbish.

Ordered from here last night to evenwood order came without garlic sauce at all which ruined my meal and the pizza tasted like it had been rushed I pay good money and at least expect decent food

Just took a delivery. Pizza great as normal. Ordered some loaded fries as a side. The cheese was burnt. Wish I could upload a pic. Surprised the supervisor allowed it to leave the store.

Staff were lovely and food was delicious 😋

Ordered just little over 12am and it came just over a hour after which is expected and understandable, did miss a few items but I rang up and the guy who answered the phone personally delivered them himself, If you see this I just want to say thank you so much, your customer service is fantastic, highly recommend this dominos!!!🥹🫰🏻

The food is the standard stuff you would be expecting to receive. Didn't have what I wanted but plenty of great tasting alternatives

Added on extra cheese and I'm sure they put less than the normal amount on. It was so bland, the top of the pizza kept coming off. Had about 4 pieces of chicken on it baring in mind it was a large. Worst dominos I've bought from.

Food ready for takeaway in 15mins. Collection swift. Staff polite , friendly and helpful. Food hot and well made.

Ordered pizza and chips for collection, collected within the time stated, the order was ready when I arrived, had a 5 minute drive to my friends, the chips were cold and like cardboard and the worst pizza I've had, won't be ordering again .

Staff were a bit too uptight like you were asking for the world. Toppings were scarce some things non existent but good pizza base

Messed up my order by missing out items (not surprised I had to shout over the loud music whilst ordering). Overcharged me and did not even offer alternatives.

Disgusting service. No refund or alternative offered and a child's sleep over etc totally spoilt

delivery has took over a hour as well as last time i ordered from here, not happy at all!

App needs t waiting times up dating as a 9minute wait for collection was 25. On arrival for pic up was told 5 minutes as just going in oven then 10 minutes later was just starting to make pizza.

Ordered food at about 12:30 and didn’t arrive till 1:40 they forgot items off my order I called , they “sent” me the rest of my order at 1:45 and said it would be here by 2:15 and it’s not 2:45 and still haven’t got the order asked for a refund on what they missed out and I didn’t even get that absolutely disgraceful services!! And to add this is 2:45am!!! Adding to my review! I’ve just received a pizza that was freezing and had a long black hair in it(I’m blonde)! Offered to send me another pizza so now I’m waiting for my pizza while eating cold nachos and cookies !

Been going here for months on most weekends after going to the gym and nothing to complain about, workers there spot on always helping with deals, pizzas always spot on.

Some good deals and quick service via click and collect however for the price the amount of topping is pitiful. Not a fan of the no cash, card only policy this policy has no place in the UK.

They don’t cut the pizzas properly, ever. Delivery missed items. Visited the store to be greeted with the staff playing drum and bass excessively loud, staff members walking around eating pizza whilst preparing food. This place needs shutting down. And the end result - an uncut, greasy undercooked pizza. This is the worst dominos in existence and they give the company a bad name.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited an hour and half to be told our order was on way. When rang 30 min later told they didn’t ever receive our order. Happened twice!!!!

Barbecue sauce on the pizza was too strong in taste otherwise was ok

Being an ex Domino’s store manager, very disappointed that they want to charge for extra sauce. Also wasn’t happy that the team member was trying to put his finger through the screen as he was entering the order, definitely wasn’t a pleasant individual.

Just ordered they have taken money from my bank and said that it hasn’t gone through when I rang they said it’s a common problem that I will have to wait 7 days for my money back will not order again

Staff was non supportive, non attentive, had to bring it to their attention that my food was ready and was getting cold. My order on the phone was taken incorrectly and when I went to the store to pick up, no one admitted their fault and I was told it's too late to change it. Will not recommend it.

Pizzas are amazing staff are very friendly

ordered from them for delivery and got a phone call saying they don't have a driver and I would have to collect it or get it refunded, no apology or anything. Going to dispute it with PayPal if I don't see the refund process start by the end of today and I recommend everyone does the same.

This place is getting ridiculous twice we ordered both times disappointed too expensive not even hot wedges weren't cooked properly still cold in the middle if you want to order from dominos use bishop or durham it's always hot and cooked properly

Order from here every 2 weeks or so now – they've gotten a lot better since they opened. Orders on a weekend are always spot on. Mid-week is hit or miss.

Just ordered from here tonight,food was hot when delivered and extremely tasty,will definitely be coming back,thank you for a fantastic pizza dominos at thinford,it was delicious.

might as well not be open 24 hours. I ordered food at 1am and received it at 5am, called in twice to see what was going on, it sounded like there was only 2 people working: one cooking, one driving. need more staff during these hours

We got a dine for two, and it could easily feed three, absolutely stuffed and for only £20. It came within 30 minutes of ordering, on a Saturday night as well, and the delivery driver Kevin was really canny. Unfortunately I mistakenly ordered the vegan pizza not the vegetarian pizza so wasn't as nice as usual.

Yummy. Just had the most delicious pizza. Cooked to perfection. So tasty. Great delivery man. Totally recommend. Prices amazing too.

Excellent service from this branch of Domino's. The young lady taking the order even went through all of the available offers to ensure the cheapest price paid.

Nice friendly staff. It was very busy when we went I'm, but the pizza's were just as we ordered. I would definitely recommend this place for a decent pizza.

Disgusting I made an order they took my money from my account but no order came this was on the 11th of feb I’m still waiting for my money back I’m furious n I will never ever order from here again!!!

Apparently it’s a 24 hour pizza shop. Until you order online, they tell you it’ll be an hour. An hour comes and goes and no food… so you ring them and they finally find your order only to tell you it’s going to be 1-2 hours because they’re low on drivers. We got offered a refund which I accepted and asked for my order to be cancelled. No more than 5 minutes later the food turned up!

Evolution went backwards in this place. Absolutely no concept of food hygiene or good management. Good manners are non existent, you’d have better luck searching for civilisation on mars. The “trainer” has a god-complex and acts like he’s found the cure for cancer every time he makes a pizza. The “shift manager” is the human equivalent of a spelk. Good luck eating your “veggie” pizza when these people haven’t washed their greasy paws in hours and have been man handling meat of all kinds... 🤮 How somebody has not contacted the Black Plague from this location is a miracle of almost biblical proportions. You would be safer heading into the radioactive woods of Chernobyl and cooking some road kill over the reactor. God speed. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Disgusting finding not one white hair but two white hairs but it’s simply not acceptable to finding them in a good store they took their time with refunds I rung them four days after. To be told they have not even bothered with giving me a refund

I'm a trucker from South Wales I use Domino's all over the country this franchise by far is the most worst customer service I've ever had saying that I couldn't order any food because I'm not in an address this is never been the case the person on the phone just didn't clearly want to take the order and do anything after 11:30 I definitely won't be ordering Domino's at this franchise ever again

Had 2 orders cancelled from this place and both times was told 3 - 5 working days. Neither refund every arrived and even the dominos customer care team dont bother replying to emails. Alsmost £50 litteraly stolen at this point with no answers or accountability

Website stated 30 mins delivery time, Food hadn't arrived for over an hour I rang up to be told it hadn't even started to cook. Worst service

Ordered at 1am in the morning for a small amount of food, rang dominoes 10+ times and each time I was told the order was on the way, at around 3am I told the person on the phone to ring when the deliver driver is out delivering it and was rang back 10 mins later saying it’s on its way, after 1 hour I rang back to be told that they don’t have the number for the driver and it’s not possible to reach him and see what’s happing with the delivery, still no sign of the pizza, attitude over the phone was appalling and didn’t care at all I had been waiting 3 hours for my food I ordered, don’t order from here you’ll be just as disappointed as me…

Shocking, never get the order correct. Ever....Spoke to the staff in the store and was told the correct pizza would be delivered in 15mins. Over an hour went by with no sign of the pizza, gave them a ring to check where the pizza was told my address had been lost!!! Pizza eventually arrived at my door stone cold and stale. I'd rather eat out my bin than give Domino's money.

Ordered for flyby so they should bring it out to the car. Waited 10 mins no pizza so went in to collect it. By the time I drove 10 mins home it was barely warm. 1 girl in the shop by herself, whilst there was about 4 or 5 outside smoking she was running around on her own. Was very disappointing because they are usually good.

Tasty and hot pizza. Arrived less than 30 minutes from the time of order. Asked for extra cheesy and the pizza was on extra cheese loved it. Tasted a bit salty but still it was good. I thought i should wait for more time but the delivery was fast. 5 star in all way.

Average quality. Pleasant enough. We ate in - had to ask them to clean the table, which was covered in an unpleasant, unidentifiable sticky substance - clearly hadn't been wiped down after previous customers. Not really acceptable during a pandemic.

They do over priced pizza and if you do collection you will be ignored for 5 mins because the staff can't be bothered to hand over your food and would rather talk to each other.

Disappointed I have a wheat and gluten intolerance and they don't do a gluten free pizza at this take away they do it at every other dominoes take away so why not this one ☹☹☹

I wont ever use Dominoes again!!! Ordered online and when it came it was not what I had ordered. I rang the premises and after the spanish inquisition they said they would send another out. After 1x hour of waiting I rang premises again and spoke with Ben who has no customer service skills whatsoever and he said they were not going to send another Pizza as it was my mistake. If this was a mistake made by a local village pizza takeaway then it would have been dealt with......Dominoes gets a big NO from me.

Terrible service, went to collect a pizza on a Saturday night. Got the order totally wrong. I said no problem and waited in car for correct order. 20mins later I went back in and it was again, the wrong order. Asked for a refund as I didn’t want to waste anymore of my night, was told they don’t do them in the store. Supervisor came over and gave me a refund.

Tasteless awful pizza was not cooked properly, limp and soggy it's the first one I have ever had and am pleased it was free because I wouldn't have waisted my money on it will never have one again dont see why people spend money on overrated over priced pizza will stick to sicilianos you get a great pizza there for half the price would of gave it 0 but won't let you post

Delivery spot on. Pizza wasn’t cooked thoroughly tho, a bit doughy. As for chicken feast? Hardly any chicken on it. Potato wedges never seem to be cooked enough, they’re hard and cold in the middle. Disappointed with the food.

HOORAY!!! our pizza order from dominoes spennymoor was actually correct tonight, past orders have been wrong, all I wanted was a plain garlic bread, staff couldn't seem to manage to get it right??? After noticing the mistake after delivery I rang to complain, both times replacement garlic bread took up to two hrs to arrive, we had eaten our tea by that point, I spoke to staff about this and also the manager who assured me there would be something on our account as way of compensation, when I rang tonight to order I found out there was nothing at all about the on the account, I'm very disappointed On a positive note, the pizzas were lovely Sharon and graeme toons Ordered tea tonight, 28 Aug, big mistake, again after a long discussion with staff when ordering re-no cheese on garlic bread, it arrived with Cheese again!!!! My god, what is the problem???? Returned it with delivery person, who was going to speak to senior staff and call me, waited for a while, no call, I rang and spoke to staff, no joy, service in general and customer service is disgraceful!!!, excuse after excuse, I wud not recommend anyone using this take away, we certainly won't be, ive have been told to ring manager tomorrow, I have spoken to her twice in the past nothing has changed, still don't seem to be able to make a plain garlic bread!!! 29 Aug, spoke to Ellis, manager, very efficient, refund for last night's food order, thank u, appreciated Called tonight for pizza tea, I actually wrote my order down as well as verbally telling staff about no cheese on my pizza or garlic bread they still can't seem to get the order correct, thus time garlic bread came, no cheese but pizza was loaded with cheese, that's the finish, never going again, absolutely useless!!!!!

Better and 50 procent cheaper is online make order( from the car park) and collect. Cups for drink is not given. Staff looking later how all family eat pizza with kids and drinking coke from 1.5 l bottle.

Very clean inside, pizza was good. Plenty of parking space and quite a lot more seating than usual in most of these shops.

Card machine not working, ignorant staff kept saying my bank was reclining even though the receipt said no connection. Only after other peoples card also didn't work did there realize. Would not recommend.
