Domino's Pizza - Reading - Christchurch Road in Reading

Generally are good but this particular time was very poor service. Phoned at 17:06 on a Tuesday. Guy said come in 10 mins. The shop was empty and there were not orders on the screen. Front staff desk need better training and had to go get the other staff who were all out the back because she couldn’t find the order. When they came, the manager said I ordered a medium and I had ordered a large. I record all my phone calls and have evidence. He was fine then charged me for a large and said he’s sorry but it’ll be an extra 4 mins. I was still waiting in the shop at 17:40. A 40 minute wait for a pizza I was told would take 10 minutes. I would understand if this was a Friday or Saturday night but a dead Tuesday, that’s poor service.

Daljeet was really rude he does not know what customer service is. Please train your staff Toppings were missing on a couple of slices, for god sake teach your staff on make line these 2 are basics.

I ordered by phone few times and i go there after the time they say and more than 3 time they don’t even start the order….!

Food was delivered and a maggot was found in the wedges. Tried to contact me to retrieve the sample but it’s a complete waste of time as I had thrown the food out due to health and safety. I have pictures and have reported this to the customer care team. I haven’t received a refund

Awful service, ordered a pizza to my work place, The app said delivered but I didn’t have the pizza. I called up and asked where it was and the guy at the shop said “ let me ring the driver “ left me on hold for 6 minutes to which I hung up and called back and he answered the phone thinking it was a different customer. I called him out and he stuttered saying the driver is outside. No driver outside, driver rang 5 minutes later I went out and he refused to give me the pizza as he thought I wasn’t the person that answered the phone yet I’m stood outside my work on a Saturday afternoon obviously waiting for food. Zero communication and zero customer service

Had a pizza from this establishment, one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten. It tasted disgusting. It was dry hardly any toppings and tasted bland and over salted. would never order from domino’s again if this is the standard.

Main Boss man delivery guy always providing me the best services, pizza bangs with the freshness and the taste which just makes the pizza tasty and succulent.

Do not order from this poorly operated Dominos. Order will take Hours, the driver will stop at several other places on the way. The food is poor quality and clearly ingredients out of date. Literally the worst domino's i have tried. Will be also issuing a complaint to Domino's corporate

Have to commend this place as the best Dominos outlet I’ve experienced in Reading. The food is delivered speedily and the quality is always high. Also, the delivery drivers are always friendly and polite.

I ate a whole medium size pizza with tomato and cheese. It was so delicious!

Gone downhill like most Dominos. Was hard to tell where the cardboard pizza box ended and the pizza base started.

We waited 2hrs for delivery, the person on the phone tried to tell us the driver couldn't reach us which wasn't true since we were waiting outside for the order the entire time and the driver said he forgot the order and would come back... The food was yummy but really not a lot. On the website it says a large pizza is for 3-5 people and as 3 people we each had three standard sized pieces... Like, good food but overall a disappointing experience.

Didn't take long for pizza to be done. Staff were very attentive and gave extra dip. Thanks for the meal.

The staff members ignored us when standing by the tills to order or ask for something. Waited literally 4 mins. Staff members made eye contact with us during that time but didn’t even say we will be you in a minute or something like that. So dissatisfied with the service. A woman with glasses was very rude to my partner when asked for napkins. Sounded like we were interrupting her pizza making.. and said don’t have napkins, anything else? So rude If it wasn’t cos we adore the pizzas here.. we will never come back!!!!! Look after your customers!

Never make the pizza as ordered and never deliver on time, the app shows it's been delivered 20 minutes before it arrives. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid! Lower earley is the one to order from.

Consistently order from here as its our local dominoes. Always good food and excellent service and on the very few occasions there's been a mistake they've been quick to correct it. New delivery driver (Ishaq?) was absolutely lovely and super friendly and also gave me an extra free garlic pizza side which was a lovely surprise

A regular customer at this store every couple of weeks and for the last year I've visited, the food is consistently excellent. I always order the same pizza but there's never an issue with toppings or temperature when I come to collect. Upon collection, a couple of the staff who serve the pizza always have a smile on their face, which is definitely appreciated as a customer. On one particular occasion, for work purposes I needed paper receipts on previous orders I made several weeks earlier and although I didn't expect them to be able to provide this, they happily printed off several receipts for me, which was greatly appreciated. Will continue to order here knowing the service is excellent. Safety standards are also well adhered to during the pandemic.

Absolutely terrible customer service. A delivery company that makes you go outside 8 months pregnant with a 1 year old upstairs and then has no manners. Utter disgrace. Their app doesn't work properly with delivery updates and they don't answer the phone. The pizza then arrives cold. This has happened on multiple occasions. Pure rubbish

Discussing place waited over an hour for a delivery only to be met with a very aggressive person once it did turn up. Will be making a formal complaint to Dominos let's hope they dont rely on their franchise

I ordered takeaway pizzas from here. I ordered the tandoori hot and the amount of chicken on this pizza was minimal. There was barely any toppings on the pizza and it says that the pizza is supposed to be hot but it tasted like normal cheese and tomato pizza. I didn't pay extra to get a cheese and tomato pizza!!! I was devastated by the purchase I had made and I do not want to buy at this place ever again.

Avoid this place at all costs especially if you want delivery. The drivers are completely rude, with come to your door and call you to come outside to them. Twice this has happened to us now, the 2nd time the driver claimed to have came and knocked and called us which is absolute lies, called the shop and the manager turns and calls us liars!? We have already paid you online by credit card! Why would we not answer the door for our food you morons!?? Seriously rude and a very bad advert for Dominos brand. The driver through the box at us when he finally arrived and walked off cussing. Nice hey

Bought a pizza with 4 ingredients 1 of them they put only 2 pieces of bacon. Other than was pineapple they put corn. Totally disappointed.

Been here a few times and never had a problem other than there being long wait times. However, last time I went to pick up a collection and they charged me more than I had ordered and they gave me the wrong toppings on the pizza too. Horrible service, when I asked to query it with the manager I was told that I was wrong instead.

The delivery driver Usman made me go downstairs with my one month old baby in my arms because he couldn’t be bothered to come upstairs stating is against the company policy to go inside buildings. He was rude shouting at me that I can carry the pizza myself upstairs while holding my baby in the other arm. I will never order again in this shop unfortunately... Your poor rating might be because of this poor attitude and complete lack of customer service... Thanks!

Pizza was good and there was good service

We ordered £500 worth of pizzas for my kids birthday party. We received over 16 pizzas completely squashed as the staff decided to fit over 40 pizzas on the back seat of 1 Nissan Micra. ( can you be anymore stupid). We had to go and buy more food last minute for my kids birthday party as DOMINOS messed ir up. We have complained and keep getting flogged of. They don't take any responsibility for there actions no matter how thick they are They never answer there phone. What a joke

Surprisingly good pizza, but we ate in and it didn't have time to go soggy on the way to being delivered. Unlike some Domino's branches, this one has a nice sitting area and the interior is well lit and the graphics on the wall are excellent. The immigrant staff are also really friendly, especially the ones from Pakistan.

Pretty decent. Your standard Domino's with the same expected service as any other. I recommend just ordering there pizza's and not there other meals.. they are disappointing and don't look anything like what they show in the menu.

It's a good, relatively fast and open-until-late pizza parlor. The prices are bearable considering what you get, and they got good combos. Definetely a go-to after a night out (before closing time).
