Domino's Pizza - Nottingham - Stapleford in Broxtowe

Completely useless. Wife ordered a pizza, driver made it all the way to the house, sat in their car, then left. Apparently "took a picture of the front door", yet didn't try knocking, which you would figure a person employed TO DELIVER PIZZAS, might actually do. Person on the phone at the shop lied through his teeth, claimed to have not only phoned twice, but actually spoke to my wife. "Its all on the call logs, we've got it recorded!" Stick to making mediocre pizzas, don't think your Bollywood career will be taking off anytime soon. Refused to refund the order, rude and obnoxious from the very start of the phone call. Apparently we have nothing better to do than spend money on pizza, to simply have it bought to the car park, and sent back to the shop. I'm no philanthropist or owt, but if I was gonna send food here and there, I'd go tesco and pick something up for a food bank. But no! We lie! Eventually, pizza has to be remade, and sent out. So 20 minutes stood in the cold waiting for it to turn up, as the tracking had been marked as delivered, and the shop would just hang up on you if you phoned up asking. Would've been nice to sit in the warm house on a cold December evening, but already having been amazed by the ineptitude of people being able to do simple tasks like pressing a doorbell, and pizza turns up at last. The fact I've got to give 1 star goes to the second delivery driver. Friendly, apologetic, and seemingly not surprised. So kind of get the feeling we're not the first people it's happened to. Feel bad for the guy. Nothing worse than being a decent, friendly, hard working person having your reputation ruined by rude, obnoxious, deceitful, lazy co-workers. Go somewhere else, don't bother risking it.

The pizza was good domino's quality, the staff is nice

My daughter ordered vegan pizza and the staff put meat on her pizza. Contacted the manager who won't even refund herfor the pizza. Terrible customer service. A shame to society that people that work in the food industry just don't care. You really don't know what you could be eating.

I'm going through a rough patch and the food was suppose to make me feel better but infact it's made me want to die sooner

Poor. Gave me a Pizza I didn’t want then threatened me when I went to reject the pizza. It’s really made my anxiety go through the roof. AVOID.

Avoid! Sends the wrong order (a vegan pizza with chicken on?) then will ignore you completely when you try to complain.

This place deserves no stars at all, there service is absolutely terrible the staff do not have a clue what is going off and when you complain they don’t know what to do and don’t get back to you at all I would definitely avoid here at all cost especially if vegan as you will be served chicken on your vegan person and they couldn’t care less about it honestly go to papa johns

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered a vegan pizza from here and it looked fine until I randomly had a mouthful of chicken and non-vegan cheese. The dairy cheese was also placed underneath the piece of chicken which I find oddly suspicious. I’ve never eaten meat my whole life and I was of course very upset. I have since complained on the domino’s website three times and they’ve not bothered to refund my order or contact me back successfully. The first complaint they asked me to reply to the email with photos but they sent that email from a no reply email which makes zero sense. The second time they said they’d call me back after speaking with Stapleford store and it’s been almost week and I’ve heard nothing. Wasn’t happy with the store obviously but even more appalled at dominos customer service team.

Where do I start! Placed an order for it to take over and hour and a half to arrive stone cold. Even the driver agreed saying it shouldn’t have been sent. To putting a complaint in simply asking for my money back, to getting 3 phone calls cut off by the manager and still no response. Customer service is just as bad as they seem to think the food didn’t get sent back until I told them to check with the driver! And after 4 weeks there is still no resolve. How can they get away with this?

Where do I start? I rang an order through for collection for someone to collect as she hates ordering on the phone and the app didn’t allow the option of cash on collection. When I was ordering, I didn’t get a please, thank you or kiss my backside, not even a thank you when the order was placed, he just put the phone down. Went to collect and got the same treatment, slid the pizza across the counter and got told PAY, PAY! Again no please nothing. Domino’s if you are going to employ people like him, you need to do some upskilling and train them in manners!!

Ordering pizza over the phone shouldn't have been as difficult as it was. Then when I went to pick it up staff discount wasn't honoured as I didn't work for that store when it's national discount. Very disappointed

Been calling since opening stapleford I call twice food out of this world pizzas any where esle are so un reliable in taste or quality or value for money I hate how operate on card only and a lot of people off as cash some times only opinion I like to change policy as a option cash as well I don't used on banking and I know people personally cards and a lot perfure cash if can consider two options back a gain in the future understand moving with the times as well kind regards David

Staff rude, didn’t even acknowledge I was there, started serving someone else, even though my food was waiting and sat on the side. By the time I got it, food was going cold. Was not happy.

Can't get the order right, don't answer the phone either, pop a Chicago town pizza in the oven instead, much better.

Collected a pizza, got home and the base was practically raw! Rang up and they wouldn’t send another pizza and said we would have to either go and collect again or pay a delivery fee! Ridiculous customer service and a waste of money.

Ordered from here a couple of times now over the last month and can honestly say the pizza is great, trying 2 different ones a time, all great tasting and cooked accordingly, and one thing I like about domino's is, no pizza is ever greasy like other takeaways can be. Always have been on time, so we are happy with the service also. We use Stapleford because for some reason long eaton isn't offering delivery? Happy to pay the delivery anyway. 😀

Pizza came on time, sadly it was undercooked, the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, the pizza was overly greasy. This isn’t my first Domino’s but potentially will be my last from this store.

They offered us a random guys pizza saying it was ours and it wasn't luckily we went back.

Stapleford Dominoes need to sort their staff and Manager out. Bad review left due to them ringing to offer me a free pizza for the inconvenience of m previous order. To be told nobody rang and said that. Yet I have the proof of complaint and incoming call from them.

A decent clean pizza place with the usual selection, price and quality of any other decent Domino's. Nothing special, nothing bad.

After several previous orders, this will be our last. Toppings were sparse and disappointing, somewhat different from previous expectations. Our order arrived incomplete with the driver initially arguing that we’d got what we’d ordered. We directed him to the order slip attached to the pizza which clearly outlined our order. They’d sent a dip instead of this which was already partially open. Although they sent three lots of wedges when we questioned our incomplete order, this isn’t recompense for shoddy service. I’d shop elsewhere now.

Wanted to order for delivery, on the app it would only let me order from Beeston where the food is always burnt. Tried calling up Stapleford to order for delivery and the person who answered didn’t even speak English. How am I supposed to order a pizza with someone who doesn’t speak English. Awful service, definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

The app was simple to navigate. Food was well cooked and arrived in good time. No complaints from the kids either.

Food arrived warm not hot, the delivery driver was a bit cheeky but the manager sorted the issue out, I might go back if I'm desperate.

Orderd Friday night at first food looked and tasted lovely but next day woke up with bad belly ache and by Saturday night I was throwing up into Sunday deffo food posining never going to have domino's again

Rearly bad customer service at the stapleford branch, just been spoken to like dirt from a so called manager! He needs to learn manners and respect for his customers. Next time Mabe he will learn some in the near future.. very poor customer service. Pizza was nice but the so called manager needs sacking!!!

Great service, and two great pizzas. We've only used them once but the app ordering set up was efficient, the staff very welcoming and the place looked spotless. We'll be ordering again soon.

Always great food and always friendly service. Manage to keep food warm even in snowy weather. Also the only delivery company that I have used that actually sticks to the social distancing rules they claim to have in place. Would highly recommend

Been here a few times I ordered the other day for delivery all the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box I reckon he must have delivered it on his pogo stick! And the second time I went in it was all undercooked and cold chucked it all in the bin waste of 30 quid don’t recommend this one use the one in Beeston 👍🏼

Ordered online with the Stapleford store, paid and money left my account. Rang the store to confirm no one answered. Rang the Beeston store, they said ring the Stapleford store. Beeston store very rude and unhelpful. Rang the Stapleford store no answer again. Rang the Beeston store back they said it has to go through the Stapleford store. I told them I’d tried and no answer, Beeston store not bothered. Not ordering from dominoes again. I need a refund so anyone know how to get my money back?

Usually great pizzas and friendly drivers but our last order arrived with no BBQ sauce and no cheese. Had 2 slices and had to throw the rest out. The cookie dough was amazing though. Sadly there is lots of choice for pizzas around so wont be returning to Dominos.

My order came 55 minutes after I've received a text message that my pizza has left for delivery within a distance of 13 minutes and as expected it barely was warm by the time i received it...

Could well be my last visit. Ordered 3 x large pizzas (13.5") one was good, one was reasonable, the third only had 7" worth of toppings.Domino's if you can't be bothered to fill the pizza don't take the order. Time to retrain your staff and show them the menu so the can see what the pizza should look like....very disappointed

Great to find missing toppings, didn't fit the description, I'll do myself and waistline a favour, and avoid pizzas.

We ordered 30 pizzas on short notice today for our office and the dominoes team were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. Fantastic customer service and updates. Everyone in the office had a smile on their face because the pizzas were tasty! Thank you again. Great job!!

We've not used there delivery service but we've collected loads of times since its opened and i must say its Better than the dominos in beeston.

Pizza took ages to come. When it arrived the delivery driver actually asked for a tip! When we said we had no cash his reply was that no one ever does, we felt so pressured my partner fished some coins out of our holiday jar. The pizza had hardly any toppings, some slices had nothing on at all! And they sent the wrong side. Won't use them again, back to long eaton store for us.

Awful customer service food gave me a bad stomach the web page re directed me to Ireland so placed an order for collection not realising till after i placed my order that i had been dericted to the wrong address then after ringing them up they failed to give me a refund! And told me to ring a number that charged me to phone them! Defeats the object of getting a refund th people on the phone at stapleford dominos hadn't got a clue what they was doing or how to help and when i tryed to explain they tryed to speak over me and wouldn't let me speak! Will never go there again!
