Domino's Pizza - Nottingham - Silverdale in Rushcliffe

We order takeaway from this dominos often and it is always excellent. They do great gluten free pizzas with a great range of toppings. The service is always polite and friendly as are the delivery drivers.

Went to collect my pizza this evening from Your Compton Acre's takeaway, I went into the takeaway with a big smile and staff just ignore me, I said I have come in to collect my pizza, said hello and the staff still ignore me, in the end I said hello again and a young lady said yes, I told her my name and went to see looked for my pizza which it was on the shelve ready to be collect. There was a lot of staff about and I felt they just could not be bothered!!! Would I go back No - would I recommend this takeaway No .

What you'd expect from a chain -good pizza, fast service. Annoying that the vegan pizza isn't available in the smaller sizes. My kid has a dairy allergy so we have to order him a medium... for the price, Not worth it when other good places close by

Food and Service was fine. But as previous times the advertising of their pizza's is very misleading. Trying to get what looks like a good deal will end up paying a lot more than anticipated.

I'm a little disappointed. There was a mix-up in my order and the wrong food was delivered. I am vegetarian and bit into an item that was supposed to be just "cheese", not pepperoni. As you can gather, it was more than just cheese. I didn't expect anything. At least an apology. However, it ended with an email saying, "There was no evidence of a mistake, so there is nothing we can do on this occasion." 3 days later. Tip, always check your food.

Will charge £21 for a “buy on get one free” but they have no menu showing 1 pizza for £21 - they are £12. Then when you ask for your money back hey can’t refund you in store. Have to call an 0800 number.

We live near Domino's in Compton Acres. The delivery driver nearly ran me and my 8 month baby over while we was walking tonight past Domino's. He had no lights on and no indicators 👏👏👏👏

We use to like pizza from this Domino's oder at list one's a week, but today I most say we had a very bad experience hairs on the pizza and on the chicken horrible exercise 😤😠🤬

Always collect my pizza from here on my way home from work. Had an issue with one of my pizzas recently, had the wrong crust. The manager was lovely and friendly when I contacted them. Offered me a full refund or replacement pizza when I wanted. Thanks Dominos.

Had a problem with our delivery. Rang them and they sent a replacement pizza and complimentary garlic bread straight out to us. Best tasting pizza in Nottingham. 👏👏

Absolutely lovely hot fresh pizza! I can’t believe how good it was. So much I rang the manager to say thank you 😊

Easy to get to, plenty of parking in the retail area car park (including disabled right outside if needed), helpful staff and didn't have to wait too long. Food was nice, and the deal meant we got sides too. They are following C19 safe procedures, and have a glass fronted desk so you can see the pizzas being made. I always like to get pizza here when I'm in the area :)

I've had lots of Dominos in my time. Some branches are pretty naff. This one isn't. Food always arrives promptly, dough is well-cooked and cheese / toppings are generous.

Took over an hour for my food to reach me, when it did finally get here it was cold. I called the store to express my concern, and was told by the store manager I was going to be blocked! Complained to Dominos directly and got a standard response 'we can only apologise' wont be using again! Rude manager, poor service! Terrible experience!!

Food great as always, however had to wait outside even though food was ready for collection as the maximum number were inside he shop took approx 10 mins. Collection process needs to be reviewed in these times.

Delivery is slow and customer service isn’t great.

An absolute shambles of a dominoes. Rude staff and shocking customer service. Ordered over £50s worth of pizza at 22:00 and then had to spend the evening chasing the order until midnight to be then told it isn't coming and to ring back in the morning for a refund. Now having to spend my own personal time to go through the process of a refund I was at least expecting an understanding member of staff to assist in the refund issue but this was not the case. Having had the phone put down on me several times during the process and being told "I wasn't entitled for any discounts or money off for sure " I was shocked to realise I was speaking to the store manager! His rude and arrogant management of working obviously trickle down into this dominoes and and should be completely avoided !

A big thank you to all the staff at the silverdale dominos (Compton acres, nottingham) for the pizzas you kindly gave to the Post Office staff Keyworth, they kept us going and were delicious what a lovely treat. Thank you All at Keyworth Post Office.

Already left a review on Domino's but the most recent order (and the one previous to this one was also fantastic) was simply amazing. We ordered at 4.45pm and the food got here at 5pm (latest 5.03pm) , steaming hot, fresh, completely correct with regards to customisation and really, really delicious. The driver was friendly, nice and quick and we would recommend this pizza outlet to anybody who likes good pizza. We've ordered from this store a few times and every time it is so worth it, we've stopped ordering other takeouts altogether, especially given the current lockdown, where we've found that quality level has gotten worse with just-eat, uberEats and other food deliveries we have gotten. 14/10

Terrible service, last three orders have been late. Was offered a free pizza next time I ordered. When I rang to claim they claimed they never said I could have one. Horrendous

I have never ordered a pizza from Dominos before,and will never do so again,£23.00 for a lump of soggy dough and meat ,that looked disgusting,nothing like meat,12 bits of potatoes,it and the price disgusting.!!!!!

I order at least once or twice a month from this Dominos and appreciate the staff so much especially the drivers who deliver my order. They are so polite and always chatty when they come to my door but you have to get your order from their bag?? Last night the driver actually gave me my order & I didn’t have get it out the bag my self & just wish I got his name as my daughter finds him handsome 😉 & looks forward to him delivering our food. I do want to praise him for how friendly and thoughtful he is and his bosses should know. You all are lovely and I’ll continue to order from this Dominos.

Food was average and very expensive. Nearly £20 a pizza, I would expect better.

Shocking customer service. Server barely let me finish my order before telling me how much I owed him, I had to actually say after two interruptions ‘I haven’t quite finished yet’. He looked disinterested and sullen. When my pizza was ready according to the electronic device at the side of the till, the same server was laughing with his colleague and on his phone whilst I could see my order sitting there. Only when I stood straight in front of him did he bother to chuck the pizza at me without a word. Will never go here again. Other team members seemed to work with efficiency but the server’s attitude was appalling.

Ordered a veg pizza which had a meaty taste to it .. clearly it's evident they're using the same veg toppings and cheese for the meat pizza as well as the veg pizza hence the cross contamination... They may change their gloves for each pizza but putting meaty hands in to toppings and then changing gloves and using the same toppings for a veg pizza is wrong.

Never met people so mentally impaired. How hard is it to get the simplest order correct. Took an hour longer than expected and didn’t answer to any enquiries.

Order a make your own on the app, it came with the wrong toppings that we don't eat. Called up, they said that they'd give us a free pizza and it would arrive within 15. I was told to give the wrong pizza to the delivery driver. The pizza arrived over 20 minutes later. The correct pizza arrived with no apology from the driver or on the phone. No free pizza, still waiting to see if there's a refund which I doubt.

Poor service and poor quality pizzas. I ordered a chicken pizza and got less than 3 extremely tiny pieces on the entire pizza.

Gotta say i absolutely adore a Dominos pizza 😀👍🏼 i mean how can you not love a good pizza! Best of all i mainly use Dominos in the daytime because they have that wicked offer of a small 6" personal pizza for £2 until 4pm i think. Also get any TWO toppings and i go for the Ham and Pineapple!

Terrible, absolute joke. Waited an hour for delivery the one pizza was wrong so rang the store to complain. We were told that we got what we ordered so I went down to the store to give them their pizza and get a refund. No apology and we were told it wasn't their fault because we ordered online, it was domino's online fault. Pathetic, didn't even offer to replace it.

It may have only opened recently, but that's not an excuse for a poor and slow service. Ordered online for the pizza to be delivered ASAP, but after over an hours' wait there was still no update on their website. I finally called the shop to be told instantly it’s on its way.. Not asked what I ordered, when I ordered - just an immediate fob off and didn't even apologise. When the driver arrived all he said was don't blame me I'm a driver, call the shop and complain - again no apologies. Finally, pizzas were barely warm and only just acceptable. Do not recommend at all. If it's a busy time and orders are taking longer, it's common courtesy to at the very least apologise to your customers, maybe even offer something for free. UPDATE NOV 2017 - Having been ordering from this location for quite some time now, I have to admit they are a lot better now. Pizza's always arrive on time if you choose a time, or within 20-30 minutes if you choose ASAP. Pizza typically arrives hot/warm enough as well so no complaints there. The only reason for 4 stars is that the pizza's do tend to be a bit greasy. I know it's just been cooked, and it is take away pizza, bit a little less greasy would make it perfect.

I ordered a gluten free pizza as I have severe intolerance to wheat and gluten. My pizza arrived with no sticker on the box saying it was gluten free, I was violently sick 5 times from cross contamination. I had to have a day off work as I was so sick, and lost a days wages. No apology from Dominoes. Staff obviously not trained in how to prepare gluten free food. I complained and was given a £30 voucher to use in any dominoes shop. What a slap in the face, disgusting. I will never eat another dominoes pizza from this place. You have to give one star or it wont pist your complaint its a disgrace. It shud have minus stars as that is the rating I would give it.

Generic dominoes.. Not much more to say. You know what you're going to get.

This is easily the worst Dominos I have ever been to!! First of they gave us the wrong pizza, the man was standing there moving stickers off the boxes and swapping them around, no wonder they got it wrong. Phoned up to complain and had to ring 6 times to actually get through. They offered us a free pizza so we accepted this and we bought it home and ate it. The pizza was luke warm, probably the pizza we were meant to have in the first place. Now we are both really sick and have had about 2 hours sleep. I wouldn't even give it one star!! Definitely avoid this Dominos!!

Pizza wasn't warm. I order hot spice pizza with jalapeño, bus pizza wasn't hot and doesn't have jalapeño. Absolutely terrible!

Mum bought 2 pizzas from there and ended up throwing one away because she got food poisoning from the other one. Called the branch to let them know and the owner is telling her that she should have called them and a doctor when she was vomiting and also to bring the 2nd pizza in from the bin so they can have a look at it. Ordered a pizza online at 10:20pm on a Sunday night... store is supposed to close at 11pm. Realised after 30 minutes the pizza tracker hadn't moved, so called the store.... no answer! So no pizza for me and no money to order anything else... Annoyed does not even come close to describing how I feel right now!!!

Ordered two pizza's but I must say they were horrible. Base is as thin as one can get and the taste was horrible. Felt like vomiting. Never expected that the quality will be so bad. I think they are short staff and under pressure. Seen their staff members wearing Domino's badges and standing on almost all the traffic lights in west Bridgford Nottingham . They should concentrate more on the quality than the advertisement. There are other pizza shops which are far better than them. Will not recommend them at all. Never eaten a pizza like that before in my life. Base was as worst as one can get. Not even happy to even gave them one star.
