NOT recommended. If you are happy to wait for your food for Two and half hours, then have a go. ------------------------ We ordered a takeaway even before busy time - about 4pm. But It arrived in an hour, and got a call from the shop they said it's 'the wrong order' don't accept it and do re-order with extra treat. So we had to reorder and still wait for another hour and more. Ruined all saturday evening schedule. Without any foods for OVER TWO HOURS ???? I understand some mistakes always happen, but They should do the reorder delivery ASAP, not another hour. Do I ask too much ? + extra treat for 2 and half hours waiting was a side of dumpling. It is much better to receive my food on time without it.

Was excited to find somewhere to get a healthy takeaway. Chose a rice bowl and chicken noodles. 2 meals and 2 drinks were £30 so not the cheapest takeaway. Initially liked the food, but the heat built despite choosing the mildest one on the menu. Couldnt finish the food as was just too hot for us both. Sadly won't be returning as just too hot for us.

I absolutely love their salmon bowl; it has an excellent mix of flavors and tastes amazing. The delivery is usually quick, and the food arrives very hot. For just an additional £3, you can upgrade to a large portion, which is fantastic. If you're looking for something healthy yet savory, definitely order from them.

Have just visited here and it's a fantastic place to grab something to eat. Never had Korean food before so was really pleased with this experience.

Delicious as always. Had the special of the day (Tuesday) so was a good price. Would love an option of just regular brown rice for days I want to be extra healthy but flavours are amazing. Also had the pancakes as it was pancake day, looks forward to trying the waffles another time. Very friendly staff too.

I came in on Wednesday and i ordered buldak fire ssambap, Dylan served me and was very welcoming. The food was cooked to perfection. Would reccommend.

One of my favourite places to eat in Nottingham. The perfect takeaway if you are looking for a balanced meal. The staff are friendly and happy to customize my order which is always so appreciated! Special shout out to Shivam who goes the extra mile to ensure my order is spot on. Great food options and the food is always so tasty.

3rd time I have been. Other 2 times the lunch was filling and flavoursome. Appears now to be dealing a portion of shrinkflation. 2 of us munched our way through £17+ worth of very short wrap and scantly filled Bao Bun in 2 minutes. Won't be a 4th time.

One of the best Korean food we had in Nottingham. Speed of service was rapid. It will be my go to restaurant now.

Me and my partner visited for a birthday lunch, and were served by Jasmine, who gave us the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. She was attentive, knowledgable about the menu, and kind. She went above and beyond for our visit, and made us feel really valued, which is rare in hospitality staff nowadays. If I could give her customer service 10 stars I would, but 5/5 stars will have to do. The food was expertly prepared and so flavoursome, we’ll definitely be returning.

Ordered tofu bulgogi from here. It was literally inedible. My tofu was burned to black, it was tough and dry, and all the toppings were missing. It is genuinely the worst meal I've ever ordered from anywhere. Straight in the bin. Don't bother with this restaurant.

Under the recommendation of my friend, I ordered a Buldak Fire Bowl 🔥 plus two lattes for myself and my partner. We shared a large bowl and the lattes - they are so healthy and filling. You definitely get your moneys worth.

Great food and customer service. Ordered the Bao and bottle deal and it was great got chicken and yum Bao with gochujang sauce along side a nice refreshing firefly peach and green tea thankyou for the great service and food.

Terrible experience didn’t even get to try the food, rude obnoxious staff didn’t even acknowledge me waiting. I got a one finger salute off a miserable looking kid who went back to prepping some food, joke of a place 4 staff on only person to walk in and didn’t even attempt to take my order so went to sexy mama instead and actually got treated like a human being 👍👍 all I wanted was something to eat at an eatery?!?! Which was clearly far to much to ask never again xxx

I’ve never eaten Korean food before, and it was delicious - healthy, yet filling and tasty, Lucy served us and went out of her way to advise and let me taste an ingredient I wasn’t sure of before I ordered it. I didn’t need it (!) but decided to have a waffle too; and that came beautifully presented and packed with fruit. The only downsides for me were the limited drink selection (no coffee) and the small dine-in area. I will make this a regular venue for a healthy lunch.

I'd heard about this place but never been in... I'm so annoyed at myself for not going sooner! The bowl I had was delicious and Lucy our server was so helpful. She gave us some tempeh to try before we ordered our bowl and swapped one of the sauces for me as I'm not a peanut fan. I can't wait to come back again and try more bowls and the pancakes and smoothie bowl - my Mum had the waffles which looked amazing 😍

I went to grounded kitchen west Bridgeford. I went in on Thursday the 29th June and ordered a chicken gochujang and quencher was great and the service was great with the help of Dillon helping me to decide what would be best for flavour and spice. Thank you will Definitely be recommending.

Was working in the area last tuesday and a colleague recommended I visit, as it was my first time at a Grounded Kitchen establishment I did not know what to have nor what the dishes were in honesty. Staff are really friendly and really enjoyed the fire tofu. Will defo go again. Probablyy favourite asian restaurant in West Bridgford, and there's a lot of good ones to choose from. But what made it was Dylan’s customer service and knowledge on the bowls.

Had the chicken wrap was a tiny portion and had barely any source in it. Chicken was dry and it was very expensive.

Beaaautiful food. Quick, healthy and VERY tasty! As a gym loving, pregnant foodie - I can say the portion size is great. The bowls are really dense and packed. A normal bowl is perfect for lunch and a large is hard to finish for dinner. I love it here, the bowls are fresh and crunchy.

DONT EVEN BOTHER. Staff at this place must live life in slow motion. £30 spent on Deliveroo. 1 hour 15 minutes later. The food still hasn’t even left the restaurant. No wonder this place closed its doors for so long. Absolutely useless.

Nice food but portions are small for the price £14 for a small bowl of beef noodles seems excessive. My advice is don’t use deliveroo if you are having this, took an hour to arrive, total of five items ordered, two items cold, one item warm and two items didn’t arrive at all. Rang the takeaway and they apologised and said they would send some fresh arrived late (another hour)and cold… not acceptable when you have just spent over £50 on two mains and three sides…

This is the absolutely worse restaurant God ever created. You place your order. It is accepted. The "rider" goes to collect it.... then nothing happens for an hour and a half. You chase it up. The restaurant is shut. You are hungry.... I cannot imaging a worse food delivery experience. I have never ever had such diabolical service. If you use this restaurant make sure you are parked in the carpark of Mackie D or you will starve to death.

Came here for the first time after passing multiple times. The food is a fresh and healthy alternative to a lot of fast food and was perfect. Shoutout to May for being so wonderful, will definitely have to come again soon!

They had sold out on a lot of things when I went but the chicken rice bowl was delicious.

Delicious food, but the Vitalise drink was missing from my meal deal, and no one is answering the phone when I tried to ring as soon as I realised after my delivery arrived

Good vege bowls full of vegetables. I wish all takeaways are that loaded with natural goodness! Just make sure how hot you like your food. The medium one was very hot for us!

Smallest portion I ever had. Paid £14 for half a bowl of food. I used to buy from your restaurant in Leicester, but I never had any issues.

Impressive! And I am very satisfied with my meal☺️ They open at 12 but I can already smell the food at 11. We ordered the most spicy bowl in big and non spicy bowl in regular size (forget the name of the bowls). Rich ingredients, we’ve got beef, a lot of veggies, avocado, kimchi, corianders and more. Good combination with the sauces too! I would prefer a-bit more rice to mix with in the Big bowel that I upgraded. Otherwise, everything was great in general. The guys works there listened to our food preferences and gave us a lot of ideas and recommendations of what to order. Very helpful and friendly 👍🏻 Highly recommend it!

*update* ***Emailed with the relevant details on 21/12/21 but no reply from them as yet*** Have had a few meals here now, previously been fine but when we'd talked it up to my in laws and decided to get some (a busy weekend!) my brother said 'oh I didn't realise it was cold food?' Mortifying! My hub had had to wait after the predicted time as it wasn't ready so no excuse that it had been sitting there a while and we're 5 minutes away if that (and he had an insulated bag to take it in) Really disappointed, lack of consistency here and would think thrice before ordering again

Just had the Bul-Gogi chicken. It's rare to find something that tasty that also tastes good for you, no guilt here! Fancy a take away but also want to be good, this is a good bet!

Staff are really friendly and really enjoyed the Bul-Dak fire. Will defo go again. Probablyy favourite east-asian restaurant in West Bridgford, and there's a lot of good ones to choose from.

A young hard working , friendly team, let by an even harder working, determined young man, producing undeniably some of the nicest presented and tasting food i’ve eaten before. Recommend the gochuchang bowl if you can handle a bit of spice for a ridiculously flavoursome bowl. However, the bulgogi and buldak fire bowls are immensely flavoursome as well. I wish GK all the best for now and the future.

And this is by far my favourite place to eat for lunch in Nottingham! 👍🏽👍🏽Love the fire chicken so much that I went back the very next day. The girl serving us listened to our requests for making it spicy and wow she didn’t disappoint it was most delicious and most juiciest one and I will only have her making it for me from now on, although they all do a good job! This is definitely a weekly treat for me and my husband! Oh and the vanilla ice cream was Pengggg everyone must try this😉😉!! Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu!! Also great team of staff super super friendly. I wish this business all the success for the future! I Am drooling as I am writing this see you soon guys 👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️😋😋

great place for lunch, or lighter dinner. extensive menu, with clearly labelled vegan/ vegetarian options available. creative bowls with a lot of flavour. exactly as ordered! i would definitely go back to try more!
