the driver didn't wait for me and drove away. I didn't get my order. is this some kind of joke?

had my lads football birthday party and needed the pizzas (5 of them and chips) at a specific time. i'd ordered for collection and as I arrived they were boxing them up right on cue! hot and tasty (I had some) as expected with Dominoes. would use again for pre orders for sure.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and delivery is always quick. When the central website stopped working the staff here were quick to help complete the order over the phone without delay.

I ordered a large tandoori hot with extra mozzarella cheese and Rahul & his team did a bang up job. My pizza 🍕 was topped with plenty of ingredients with a generous serving of cheese all hot & steamy like the pizza gods intended it to be. Thank you for a very tasty experience 👌🏽

Placed an order for collection, this was ready to collect in 15 min very good, good quality ingredients nice and fresh, absolutely spotless inside nice & clean , will definitely use again & would highly recommend .

I think this place is decent, pizza is good... Occasionally they have been late with an order or missed something. Hence 4 starts but in general it's really nice.

Cold pizza, ordered 4 toppings. But there was barely any mixed peppers, spot the Jalepones very disappointing

It's been a while since we had a pizza off them and it will be the last 2 large pizzas and a couple of sides £29.99 the sides ok the pizzas well I think they forgot to put the cheese on and the sauce on the base ..the base it self was just soft dough not sure if it was actually cooked as like I said couldn't see any cheese so can't tell if it had melted...sorry pizza hut everytime for us.

Massively overpriced for minimal cheese and toppings. This pizza had patches empty of cheese! It was essentially a red base with a few, sparse toppings. The staff are generally fine but clearly uninterested in delivering a good customer experience. Upon collection, one of the servers said “is this your pizza?” and pointed to a closed box sat behind the counter. How would I know? You tell me, it’s hidden in a box behind the counter you fool. The only positive is how quickly it was cooked, all of 10-15 mins for collection. In essence, Domino’s is a huge rip off. The true value for food doesn’t even come close to what is charged. While the sauce is nice, that’s all it is - dough and sauce.

Over priced massively, give you more of the cheaper toppings than anything else and staff don't even want to know anything you have to say once took your order... A little friendly chat doesn't go a miss but this was a bad experience

the sauce on the pizza tasted like strawberry, the onion was dry peppers put in one place. I have the impression that she is not fresh. no thanks.

Ordered a pizza, unfortunately it wasn’t ready when I arrived, although being told by the app it was ready to collect. I believe they hadn’t received the order on their side, which I understand it happens. They made the order with no fuss and apologised profusely, and gave a complimentary side for an apology. Have ordered here multiple times before and had no problems until todays hiccup, but it was sorted professionally, will definitely continue to order here.

Honestly awful place to order from. Food came cold and the toppings were just falling off. If I could give it a 1 star ratting I would. I called to explain about the poor quality of my food and I was basically called a liar. The lady on the phone had poor customer service and kept speaking over me. Telling me “I work here I know what I’m doing” if you know what you’re doing you wouldn’t be so rude when getting a complaint about the food. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We were pretty loyal customers. We definitely won't be after today though...the bbq chicken hasn't even seen bbq sauce from apart 🙄 and it definitely wasn't fresh!!! Because my stomach is messed up and I'm really sick now!!

Went for a medium, £10 collection, as advertised and picked chicken feast, exactly as it said on the tin, decent pizza, 10 minute wait and job done.

Worst domino's I've been to. They made the wrong pizza and I just asked for the right one. I explained what I wanted as accurately as I could. They made it wrong again. I will never go there again.

I picked mine up to make sure they were pipping hot. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. Like a well oiled drum.

4 items missing from an £80 order, stone cold. Extremely disappointed.

Appalling. Ordered take out for a film night with our daughter. When rang ( repeatedly) to find out where our order was 75 minutes after it was supposed to be with us nobody answered. Same after 90 minutes. daughter left upset and disappointed after take away pizza supposedly being part of a treat evening. almost £30 wasted. At this point still awaiting delivery and assuming that won't arrive. Avoid. Won't be using this company again I strongly advise that you don't either. Clearly don't care about customers or customer service.

Enjoyed the pizzas but the prices seem very high

3 star for the cookies if I only brought cookies I would of gave them a 5 star however I also brought a 6.99 personal pizza which comes with only 2 toppings I thought was ok and I asked for stuffed crust which I then said no to because they wanted £3 for it which is ridiculous it's not far of same price as the pizza! I ended up going and collecting my order in the end as to have it delivered the prices are just stupid if you want 1 pizza it's about £20!! And the pizza is not even fantastic there is alot of takeaways that do pizzas for £9.99 and taste alot better than dominos.. Won't be going back to dominos for a pizza thats for sure 100% over priced and over rated if anything I will go back for the cookies they are delicious.

Pizza took nearly 2 hours to come, rang a young girl and she said you can come to collect then I said yes. Ended up driving for collection and they sent the pizza out for delivery.

You can't really beat dominoes, we try diff pizza places but this is the best and never disappoints.

Absolute garbage. Slow, cold, crushed. Ordered twice to see if it was just a bad day and the second time it was slow and cold and they forgot one pizza. The worst takeaway pizza experience I've ever had.

Actually the worst dominos in the entirety of Nottingham. Not once has my order been correct from these guys and their customer service is terrible. Please, please please please please do not waste your time and order from another store. These guys are useless.

Used many times. But standard seems to be dropping. Over cooked and cold last couple of times. Also very expensive, to be disappointed

They’re occasionally late and one time they forgot to give the garlic and herb dip but the drivers are all friendly and one time when I left feedback the manager even called me to thank me

Try to use different locations for delivery, we've been waiting for 1h for 2 pizza's that on the app were out for delivery after 15 minutes, they've arrived cold couldn't eat them anymore and the lady that picked up the phone when I've asked about my order blamed on the driver...for a 3 minute drive. So I got my 2 pizza cold like an ice cube. Thanks for ruining our evening.👍

After years of ordering from here and having it delivered to my house, I have suddenly been told tonight that they have never delivered to my address. Unbelievably rude and uninformed staff. I was very irrate after being told "I can confirm that we've never delivered here dear"

Ordered from these guys today 5 Pizzas @ 11:10 for a 12:30 delivery. Turned up just after 12:30 all was bang on, Brilliant service.

Unfortunately the worst Dominoes in the whole of Nottingham. Regularly send cold Or lukewarm food. If my daughter wasn’t insistent on dominoes I would stop ordering for them completely. On this occasion we had a family gathering and figured it easier to order pizzas for everyone to share. We put through an order for 7 pizzas online. Payment was taken and the pizzas were never sent. It was over an hour and still no pizza. When we called the store we abruptly told there was no order at store and not offered a solution other than to order again online. We have been assured we will be refunded the original payment that had been taken. Terrible service

Perfect place to order from! If you like cold pizza and not to mention if you love to wait up to an hour and a half for this cold pizza then go for it!

Ordered at 8:50pm and was open at the time, then we waited. After an hour we rang but no one answered then left it till 11pm and rang. Went to another store and said they do not do any more deliveries. We r now worried that that have took our money and not bothered making our pizzas

Order was 40 minutes late even though I preordered and the pizza was cold. One star because the delivery driver was nice but didn’t enjoy my pizza.

It took longer than I thought it would but only because they were extremely busy. Food was well worth the wait though. All of it tasted excellent!

Instead of getting delivery from this domino's I purposely collect from a different branch because twice I've used this place and both times were terrible. Incorrect order, late and rude on the phone. Avoid.

Great deals on at the moment. Great tasting pizza and was freshly made. The wait was around 20mins which was fine.

pure chaos, no one had a clue what was going on. The only thing that kept me amused was the guy shuffling the completed orders on the shelf, that never seemed to be collected or delivered.

Very poor service/quality Waiting to be acknowledge to order was a struggle, pizza had clearly been stretched from they’re smallest dough leaving it wafer thin, taste was not good at all. When leaving the shop they told the next person who walked in they won’t take his order because they’re busy! Very rude and a very poor experience of dominos pizza, I will not be back

Took ages . Then went home with the strong order . Ate the pizzas we were given and they were terrible and cold.

Asked for extra cheese I didn't get extra cheese

Fairly prompt service. That's the nicest thing I can say. The pizzas are spectacularly average, especially considering the price. The sides are also very expensive and the chicken wings are soggy (rather than crispy). We asked for dips, and they failed to inform us that they come with the pizzas, so ordered extra. Overall not very happy. Do yourself a favour and get your pizza from La Piazza in Carlton Square. (only didn't go there this time because someone else was paying)

Customer service was absolutely shocking. We were ringing constantly for an hour. When someone finally answered we were spoken to very rudely. We asked to speak to a manager but what’s put on hold and hung up on twice. When we finally got onto the manager we were laughed at down the phone. We where then told that we couldn’t order and have food delivered to our address even though we live 2miles down the road. And we have always ordered from there before. Personally I don’t think I will ever be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend that everybody else does in the future. I can’t find the right words to express how upset and angry I am 🤬🤬😤😱

We try and order online and the order doesn't go through so we order on the phone but they ask for an adult so we pass the phone to an 18 yr old so an adult and they hang up the phone on us so we go in store and get rude customer service from the same guy that hung up on is ten minutes previous. Tried to order this nearly three hours ago and only just getting it If I could give it less I would.

Pizza was nice but the wings tasted of stale water and they didn't bring the whole order. I called to ask for the remaining items and they sounded like they really couldn't care less and I guess the 30 minutes it took to deliver what was missing showed just how much they didn't care. No apology NOTHING. We'd finished our meal by the time they delivered the remaining of the order and to make matters worse it tasted disgusting and went straight in the bin, I dread to think what they did to it. PLEASE ORDER YOUR PIZZA FROM ANYWHERE ELSE.

Pizza arrived with no cheese. When I rang they said that’s what I’d ordered but I hadn’t. They offered no refund or replacement, unfortunately it was my sons pizza and he started crying. Mine was too spicy to share with him. Shocking rude customer service. Not worth the rip off prices. It’s also laced in MSG which I’m allergic to so my hearts pounding and I doubt I’ll sleep tonight. Won’t be using or recommending them again!

Absolutely unacceptable service 1hr 30 min for pizza to be delivered even on app said 24to36min and it come cold STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... Ridiculous service useless staff complete waste of time NEVER AGAIN I will convert to PAPA JONES or any other place stay away from them!!!!!

Awful customer service, forgot to bring some of our order and then when they bought it back they expected us to pay for it. Delivery driver was incredibly rude!

Turned my order around pretty quickly and the pizzas are good. Fantastic value for money too, we got ours on a day when you could have any large pizza for £9.99! You get better deals available for collection.

Ordered a deal that was any pizza £9.99 delivered as advertised on website, after a phone call to the store they would not honour the deal as they wanted £11.99 for minimum delivery order, false advertising at its best.

Literally not a brain cell between then, I ordered for collection and drove to the store, when you arrive be prepared to be ignored by 95% if the staff and even then a “hello how can I help” will be more of a teenagers grunt with no smile. They forget they sell some of the most expensive pizza and at £18 a pizza collected you at least expect good service. I won’t use Mapperley again.

Whole staff needs reshuffling, drivers and managers show poor customer service skills at the best of times. Deliver always takes at least an hour. Now go to Pizza Hut far better in my opinion

I will no longer be buying from Dominos. Papa Johns are far superior in every respect. Stuck on Prep for 60 minutes so phoned the store to be told not delivering because of 1cm of snow. This is fair enough but why take my card payment and have still not returned my money. Also why not let people know so they don't sit waiting for the delivery. I'll be contacting my bank to get my money back.

Would have given zero stars if possible...ordered a pizza almost 2 hrs ago and has not arrived. THEN to add insult to injury the manger I'm guessing due to the accent said he will call me back to see what's happened. Thank God it was a cash payment and not card. Papa John's for us from now on. Takes ages for them to cook pizza. It's also very expensive

The tracker marked the 'Order on it's way' in blue 10 minutes before the pizza even arrived so we got worried someone had actually picked up our pizza delivery. So we called in and they told us it's still on it's way, maybe another 5 minutes. It took over 40 minutes even though they marked it as 'Order on it's way' less than 15 minutes after placing the order. This meant it took over 25 minutes to deliver. When it arrived our pizzas were cold, the cookie was warmer than our pizzas. THE DRIVER WAS AWFUL! I was already downstairs waiting at my main entrance as the tracker had turnt blue 10 minutes before the driver arrived (saying that the order had already been delivered). The driver arrived over 40 minutes after the order was placed. Rang me but doesn't bother walking to the entrance door. He tells me to come to his car. Which he DOESN'T get out of the car to pass me my food. He continues to sit there, lowers the window on the passenger side stretches over to pass them to me 1 by 1. Stacking on my arms like I'm a waitress.

Food is always as nice as takeaway pizza comes - I feel like I need to hold my mouth open under a tap to soak all the salt up afterwards but if you can’t treat yourself to a greasy fatty pizza once in a while when can you! I’ve never had an issue with delivery times or anything from dominos and the staff are often friendly when they’re at the door.
