Domino's Pizza - Newmarket in Forest Heath

Went in for a collection, a medium pizza 2 toppings. Placed the order told 15 minutes wait not an issue. Looked at their make screen was 2 mediums 1 Classic c+t and a create your own. 35 minutes later still didn’t have it yet watched multiple orders made before mine for delivery. Make time should be under 2 minutes and cook time in their oven at 230degrees is 6.5 minutes. They need to improve or otherwise not only with they be bottom of their score boards in the company but they will lose business fast in Newmarket.

Always had perfect pizza from Newmarket. got offered free pizza threw email. Must admit first two colleagues that I spoke to through phone were very unhelpful and said must use app to redeem free code I was offered. I don’t use internet and alway order through phone. I was put through to manager and he sorted it without question. I believe Newmarket store to be the best in the area, Always great pizza!

A great option for a gluten-free takeaway. I'm coeliac and I've had several pizzas from here with no ill effects afterwards.

Don’t order from Dominos much, but visiting Newmarket and not many other options that would work from a hotel with no cutlery. Saying that, we both remarked it was the best we’ve had, cooked perfectly, ample toppings and hot and tasty. Great delivery driver who followed instructions and called when outside (thanks, Christie!). Sounds like a well run store all round. Recommend!

The pizza was really nice as always from Dominos and the staff were fantastic.

It's Dominos, so you mainly know what to expect. As a family, we probably buy once every other week and haven't ever had any issues with the Newmarket branch. They do some great deals on the app. Although the 'pizza tracker' function doesn't usually send notifications as your order is processed. I have to keep logging in to check the status. We also use the Sawston branch, but I find their pizzas always seem slightly undercooked, and they could do with longer in the oven. I prefer the Newmarket cooking time, it's just right.

If you are a vegetarian, do not touch the his place, they handle the meat, then do the vegetarian pizzas. Totally disgusted, £32 spent, I won't be eating it. 😤 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I have not picked my food up yet so unable to mark food, but dominos is dominos. But I have just made an order for Sunday for my son birthday party and spoke to the nicest person via the phone Martin. He was so helpful that it's definitely the way forward if you ever need food for a birthday party. We had tried other pizza places and the attitude was terrible and very expensive and one quote was another dominos in cherry hinton Martin is an asset to Your team Helpful polite and customer focused. Paid for delivery never received order rang up twice only to have the phone slammed down on me third time I rang I was told the delivery had already been delivered when I questioned this I then got told it hadn't been delivered so after 3 hours of waiting I asked to have the order cancelled and asked for a refund to which I was told I wasn't getting one so my advice don't order from Newmarket domino's as they take your money but dont deliver the food

It's OK but I don't like the grains under the pizza

I’m not sure what is going on with the cheese situation. I buy from domino’s because of the amount of cheese they put on the pizza but in the last 6 months, it’s completely changed. I’m not sure if the people high up have told the employees to cut back on the cheese topping in order for people to pay extra for cheese or it’s a certain employee that is being soooo tight on the cheese. We order at least fortnightly and it’s disappointing. I’m not the one to complain (much) but it’s becoming tedious, it changes the taste of the pizza. I ordered in two other cities and they have not cut back on the cheese so I’m not sure. However, our last order we got the deal ‘a large pizza for 12.99/13.99 with a chicken side’ but they forgot the chicken side and gave us wedges instead. The employee was very polite on the phone and I understand mistakes happen (working in fast food chain stores as a teenager) He corrected the order and the chicken came 10 minutes later and he allowed us to keep the wedges. He was very friendly and professional. If the cheese situation goes back to normal I’ll happily come back to dominos but in the mean time, papa johns it is.

One of our kids wanted to taste a Domino's Pizza and was really surprised about the size and flavour. She enjoyed her middle pizza with pineapple and ham and was surprised that it was enough for her. The service was excellent and fully helpful.

I absoloutley love dominos but 95% of the time when we order, my pizza (just cheese) is burnt upon delevery and it's awful. My daughter and my partner's pizzas always look lovely and bright and yummy, but the cheese one is almost always burnt and dry! Being a pizza chain you know with a plain cheese pizza to take it out the oven slightly before the others to avoid this or put it in slightly after. I love ordering from dominos and we do it regularly. I haven't eaten a not burnt pizza from you guys in such a long time and it is such a shame as I love dominos and the pizza is amazing when it arrives how it should and not dry and covered in black burnt patches.

Ok I love Domino's more than any human alive. Fact! So with that said I know a good pizza when I eat one. This place is I've been going to is ok tbh out of ten pizza's I've only complained once as the double decadence had all socked into the bread/or hadn't put enough but they made sure It was replaced. So all in all good food and always delivered on time. Cheers guys

Really bad service, order a pizza at 9pm and was told 45 minutes for delivery. Our pizza wasn't delivered. We rang the shop over and over and no one picked up. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Booked the day before - it was busy when we arrived but table was held for us and service throughout our meal was good. Enjoyed the food and coffee was lively and hot. Friendly staff.

Certainly not have any good reviews! For a Tuesday night waited well over an hour and when was delivered its was just about warm and soggy! Nothing like it used to be! Hardly any tomato base and tasteless! Yet charged more money! Just a rip off now!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mia and the rest of the team. Yesterday, Cheveley Primary school PT&FA hosted a movie night for the children. We ordered over 40 pizzas on one of their busiest nights. Not only did they have them ready for us on time, but they all tasted amazing. The children (and staff) enjoyed them very much. Mia worked her magic and gave us such a good price! As a charity, this means so much. Thanks again!

The pizza from here is reliably Tasty and well cooked. The 10 pounds for any pizza pick up, I believe, makes the most sense financially. A good solid place to get good quality food from.

Absolute joke! Ordered through app had to call 35 mins later as no update. Spoke to a whatless kid who then had to ask someone else, then that person had to ask someone else. In the end was told another 45mins. This was for one large veggie pizza. How the hell do people who have no idea about anything get employed. Was told that a refund would be done in the evening. Never again. Poor at best manager and staff clueless and not bothered. Update. Dominos stated they would put things right and have refunded the order they could not actually deliver. Bravo! Great service.

Having tasted other pizzas from Cambridge Leisure Park have become more discerning. Dominos pizzas are what they are. Plentiful topping but base lacks taste. Good variety of toppings. This is a great place for youngsters who want to eat straigh away. Do expect to pay.

The good thing is the fast delivery. But ordered small pizza with burger sauce topping. Got one with no burger sauce. Called the shop and they did made me another one. But the second one had white onion instead of red🙄😅

Service was quick however when I got home to have my pizza it was flooded with pizza sauce that poured out from each slice. Rather disappointed with what I was served.

I've ordered an hour ago I have had no response from anyone I have called multiple times and no one has picked up. I have been charged for the meal but won't receive it for god knows how long.

Staff are friendly and helpful when visiting the store. Food is prepared well and I’ve never had an incorrect order from this location. Cannot comment on delivery as have never used it.

As an American, a Domino's is a Domino's. It doesn't taste exactly the same as the stuff in the states (it's all about that crust), but it's close enough and tastes about the same. Speedy service, too.

Arrived late and cold. Who ever tried cutting the pizza need a new knife.

It's a very small place, not sit down if you know what I mean , like every other dominos pizza it's as good as all other dominos , staff very polite an helpful, so if you feel like pizza night it's your place to go expect a little wait since its busy as usual....

Pizza is always fresh and hot, however customer service is bad and delivery drivers are either miserable or don't say a word to you when you open the door to them. Counter staff at the store aren't very polite and could do with learning how to deliver service with a smile!

Fairly quick pizza even though they were busy.

Ordered food over an hour ago, the app stated the food was out for delivery half hour ago and still no food. I have tried to call 20 times to find out where our food is and it either rings and rings or they answer and hang up. My husband has now had to drive to the store to find out what is going on........ If you want food delivered don’t bother ordering from here

It’s been over 1 hour and 25 minutes and I’m still waiting for my order but, it was tracked as delivered.

Food is always good but the delivery is bad, always late up to 1hour it has taken and when I phone up they say driver is on his way, even the the Tracker said it has been delivered 15minutes before hand! Never willing to help

Appalling customer service I was told my pizza would take 30 mins for delivery... 1 hr 30 mins later finally Sophie my EXTREMELY RUDE delivery girl delivered my pizza. The manager in charge was a complete joke refusing to give me her name when I asked as she gave me appalling customer service! My first driver drove straight past my house as I watched him looking lost. I called them to tell them as he didn’t ring to ask where I was. They sent him back to the shop by the time Sophie delivered it was cold! After the rude costumer service from both delivery girl & the manager & cold pizza Sophie tried to short change me... don’t bother going here they are a joke!

Missing food item to be told "we can add it to your next order", so I said bring the missing item or refund. No apology just the cold item redelivered. Terrible customer service with luke warm pizza.

Pizza always hot but roll the dice if you want it to look like a pizza. Clearly drivers need to slow down. Just had a pizza delievered and it lookied like it had been pit through a washing machine.

Just before I start My Review, I count atleast 3 of the 10 reviews for Newmarket Dolminos are from staff!!! all 5 star ofcourse... The last 3 pizzas iv had delivered from here have litteraly been cold on arrival. The cool app that tells you the pizzas progress was telling me that the pizza was out on delivery for 45 mins! I checked the pizza in front of the delivery driver anticipating another cold one!!!! His response was..'I no speak English'. We called the office, and their response was 'all deliveries are late tonight', they refused to refund and could only offer a replacement, this was 9:30 before even placing an order, we left it there..and called it the LAST rubbish dolminos!!!!

Always quick deliveries and good pizza. Only complaint I have is I cannot pay online because their website will not accept USA address for credit card billing address. I would actually order delivery more if I could charge to my credit when I don't have the cash in hand.
