Too expensive and they now charge for delivery

Made a error in the app when ordering it duplicated my order. Went into the shop to see if I could ammend it. Shop staff were superb they happily changed it and added extras for the error. Couldn't fault the staff and we'll deserve a 5 STAR review thank you

I haven't been to dominoes in years. I was pressed for time and ended up at this one. Once again I really don't feel like I was getting value for money. I always feel like it's a hit when getting food at Dominoes. While I was there I watched the interactions with other patron's and the female before me that must have waited longer than I ...and it was a fair wait...25 minutes ..was told her food had gone off with another driver. The veggie options are dire as well. We live in an age of such abundance but when it comes to veggie options ...we are still in the 80s with basic options. I know accidents happen but still doesn't make me keen to return.

Ordered food at around 1pm still waiting, the App said 20 minutes to 30 minutes delivery? i rang and the woman was very nice on the phone and did apologies but 1 hour delivery for dominos is this the standard? very poor. Only reason it is 2 stars is because the woman was nice on the phone. Just not good enough.

I love this store, it's located just close enough to Windermere and is really popular. I visited around 1pm on 26th June, Wednesday and it was very crowded with people trying to eatin. Highly recommend this store.

Rude management, serious attitude problem. Staff always on mobiles and yelling at each other. Drivers blasting music constantly and parking in disabled bays. Manager doesnt care less. Horrific place.

I will never eat any domino's establishment ever again, after eating here. I ordered 2 pizzas last night, chronic food poisoning kicked in within 2 hours of eating. The worse food poisoning I've experienced. I will be contacting environmental health.

Total waste of £35.00. Exceptionally poor quality pizza, just a sprinkling of the more expensive toppings and not much more of the others. Horrible, tasted worse than an Aldi Value Pizza - straight in the bin. No point in contacting store - locally, very well know to be hostile and agressive - see othe comments ...

Food was half an hour late and I ordered a garlic bread but I asked for it without cheese however I got a margarita pizza instead, I rang the restaurant multiple times but got no answer. One of the only good thing was the driver was nice

Pizza came freezing cold and tried to call the store and didn’t answer after 15 minutes. Terrible service!!

Absolutely disgusting service we had a order declined which is no issues it happens however when we called the store to check we got the response “well what do you want me to do about it I don’t have your money” absolutely disgusting way to speak to someone on the phone who was not nasty at all was just wanting some advice will never come here again disgraceful behaviour especially for the price people pay!

will not be ordering from here again i love dominos only let down is fourth time in a row they've mucked the order up and then having to ring up to complain and when i want something sent out it take ages im not normally a one for leaving bad reviews but this is turning into a habit and its getting very annoying

It's OK... at the best. You can't complain about a dominoes but there is other alternatives that are better for money. Three stars it is but the cookies are banging if they aren't burnt.

Phoned my order in to collect an hour later, when I arrived to collect it I was told it was in the oven. About 15 minutes later I asked again about my order, it had disappeared and then they couldn’t find my original order. Is is the 3rd time that this has happened, I then asked for my money back so that I could leave but they tried always to get me to stay. I told them that I was already late and that the pizzas were for my grandchildren, I eventually got my money back along with a free pizza which was no good to me as it had meat on it. I tried to complain to customer services, twice and still no acknowledgement from them to sort this out.

Not a great place to collect from. Generally unwelcoming, with staff shouting at each other about the excessive hours they were working. Actually felt mildly threatening. Food wasn't available at the booked time, although the quality of the food itself was OK.

It is well beyond time you started offering a greater menu including toppings. You have had no sea food including tuna for far far too long. I used to buy your pizza every week I will start again only when you increase the offering. Papa John's have no problem providing tuna and anchovies.

Phoned this takeaway for a delivery order and spoke to someone that could hardly speak English the bill came to £129 I told them I am on your web site and it says the order is £65, ok they said we can do it for £85 we are very busy. Hung up and ordered on line £65. What is going on????

I got hair in the pizza. Very bad cheese and quality is worst . Very disappointed.

Great pizza and the shop is very COVID secure and the staff are very happy, helpful and polite. Good discounts on the website, though better discount if you collect rather than have it delivered. Ordered and collected within twenty minutes, great service. Food was lovely and hot and was really delicious. Did Dominos ever do stuffed crusts?

Perfect pizza from the hard working staff of Domino's North Shields. Im never disappointed with it. The dough has been well rested and knocked back to give a great tasting crust, with good cheese and tomatoe base I love the Margherita. My one bother is there isn't enough garlic in there garlic butter. I do believe this is head quarters and not made in store and therefore gets 4 stars.

1st ever order...food ok....waiting 20 mins in the shop whilst receiving the txt saying it was ready....woman who served me had a stinking attitude as well..

You would have to go very long way indeed to find worse customer service. Rude, combative and dismissive staff. I note other similar comments for this outlet. Nothing done then, so I guess nothing will be done this time. Plenty of other (cheaper) pizza places in and around Shields - so 'Goodbye Domino's'.

Awful service level. When they finally answer phone they suggested they were too busy and would not look at filling order for at least an hour and suggested I ring back!?!?! Have had poor service from this store three times over a period of time and won't be going back

Great food fast service the only thing that could be better is the staffs attitude towards customers. The staff don't seem friendly I waited for my pizza and when I got it I says thanks and goodbye and I got totally egnored and when I orderd my pizza they just seemed rude no eye contact and had an abrupt tone of voice. Apart from that the place is so clean and its brilliant food.

Dry crusts very little toppings can some one remind me why dominos are popular ? Pappa John's every time and even their average

Worst Dominos I've ever had... literally horrible... they got the order wrong twice!!!! And also the pizza came wet and mushy first time and second time it came cold... will never order from here again. Absolute idiots run this place

A bit pricey, but the food is worth it.

Pizza arrived quickly and cold. Big message on front of box saying 'don't forget the rocket' ....there was no rocket....ironic? Asked for garlic and herb dip....was delivered BBQ.....not impressed!
