Excellent!! I've never ordered from Dominos before and it arrived so fast!!! I got a 50% off deal. I had a gluten free pepperoni passion. Yummy!!! Driver lovely and friendly. Will be ordering again.

Staff behind counter eating pizza and ignoring me

Extremely disappointed!! Food arrived without the sauce that I specifically rang up to pay for they then said they'd have to send another driver with the sauce I then opened our food to see a dry garlic bread with literally one piece had cheese on an tomato base sauce was barely existent, not fit for a customer an nothing like it's supposed to be. Having to wait for a 3rd driver to send fresh garlic bread and heat our food in the microwave. Poor.

Got two pizzas burn one so had to do it again why other pizza sat there going cold . As for spice meal didn't get it .. but did give us cookies for having to wait .40 mins

Paid a family deal at the counter. When order was placed, didn’t realize there are two classic side orders included in the deal. While waiting there for the order, noticed the deal and asked can the side be added. However the girl at the counter refused to add because the pizza is already in the oven. Don’t understand why that would impact a side order unless it needs to be baked with the pizza. So ended up paying for the whole meal deal but only received one side. Very disappointed with their service.

Ordered online and picked up my order. Was ready for collection as per time provided.

Simply the best pizza in Manchester.

Absolutely diabolical. Food delivered elsewhere then collected and brought to correct address. Put on hold numerous times total of nearly half a hour over 3 calls. Told we could have a refund to then be told we could have a free pizza next time instead. Staff are trying but manager is a disgrace very rude and condescending. There won’t be a next time. Customer service disgraceful !

Over cooked pizza with a big hole in my pizza

Delivery and staff are always good, always plenty of toppings too with fresh hot food. Only letdown is pretty much every pizza i’ve had is undercooked and could be eaten with a straw Edit: is this meant to be cooked?

Don't bother if you have cash it's no good here only got the queen on it we work for it but can't f in spend it how sad never again

Ordered pizzas and garlic bread online for my son and his girlfriend to celebrate his 16th and it was ready within a few minutes of the requested time, fresh, hot and tasty. Plenty of toppings on the pizzas - went down a treat!

Decided to order a pizza last night from domino's first time in over a year.. Arrived on time but when I started to eat it realised it was cold so decided to ring and complain.. The guy who answered was very rude and just said what do you want us to do? No apology etc eventually he suggested sending another pizza.. When I said this happened the last time I ordered over a year ago he started to laugh over the phone! I will never order another pizza ever from this domino's. Pizza

Parking outside for couple of cars. Pizzas are very powdery. Wait can be lengthy if queue in shop.

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. Ordered here for the first time 4 months ago. The delivery driver left the food outside the flat complex on the floor. The next day we walked into store to complain, the member of staff said 'There was no f**king proof' that he did this yet we had a reciept and my girlfriend filmed our outside descovery on her phone. - We stupidly ordered food here the following week, they then failed to answer the call after a full hour went by without delivery yet it said it had been delivered on the app. We walked round to see where our food was, we were greeted by the rudest, most idiotic member of staff I have ever met. The same rude person who swore the previous week. They had forgot to deliver our food. We got a refund. Food - Always late or never delivered. Staff - All deserve to be sacked. They have no respect. Kitchen - From the view from the counter, disgracefully dirty.

I used to order here a lot about a year ago with no problems. Now it's absolutely disgraceful. Staff are very rude and twice I've recently tried to place an order only to be abruptly told there's a TWO HOUR wait!! Never ordering again...

Used to be no problem but some of the staff have left and been replaced my rude members of staff. Over the past year every order ive had delivered has been stone cold and very very late. I tend to just pick up from a different store(civic) now as atleast then my food is hot and im treated nicely

Would give no stars if I could I tried to order a delivery and when I gave the girl my home phone number she said that's not a proper number when told that it was she called me a liar I said call me back which she agreed to do after several minutes she had not called back so I rang again she said I forgot. Fantastic best dominos iv had EVER tasted fresh even the doh, really not a fan of the dominos tomato sauce it’s so salty rather have bbq. Still this place has what no other dominos does and that’s deliver fresh taste in every bite! It’s as good as my fave place papa johns the quality and freshness is all there. Thanks guys keep it up

Last time i order from there.had the delivery guy shouting upto my flat window to come down for my pizza.when i did get it.1 pizza was all squashed to 1 side of box.the other had the pot of gorlic sauce was all over the pizza.never again.

Shocking service, called twice to check up on order and took 1 hour 50 mins in total when we live 5 minutes away (literally!) When I called the second time to ask where it was I was asked 'What do you want me to do?' DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Go to Altrincham instead!

Would give 0 stars if I could as didn't have a very good experience with delivery. This is because it took 1.5 hours for delivery when I was situated 5 minute drive from Dominos. I phoned up about 3 times and each time the employee said it was on its way which was clearly lies. Then finally when the pizza arrived it was cold and looked like it was re-heated ! There was barely any topping on it. In addition, the garlic sauce they gave me has gone bad, it had disgusting yellowish colour and smelled like rotten eggs. Avoid at all cost !

Absolutely terrible 1 hour late then decided to cancel my order themselves. Rang them they said they were on there way then I rang them again and I asked where is it they said your order has been cancelled absolute stupid staff with the IQ of a 6 year old

Took too long to deliver, cold food, never again!!!

Waited 90 minutes for order, rang place up and they said the delivery driver rang at the front door, even though I don't even have a door bell and was waiting downstairs the whole time. I questioned why they didn't call me but claimed they lost the phone number. Rubbish place, will never be ordering from again.

Pizzas shaped objects! Taste like the box and cold

We seem to have had similar problems as previous customers/reviews. They can't cope with 2 for 1 Tuesday, incredibly slow delivery, we waited over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza (in fact it never turned up.. I went to the shop) and we live just a couple of miles away, their staff are beyond rude and look like they need to wash their uniforms (kitchen staff not counter) they don't deal with customer complaints very well and the manager has absolutely no control over his staff. When I phoned to check on the pizza I was told on 3 occasions "it's on its way" The day we waited over two hours for a pizza I gave up and took a trip to the shop, the manager was in some way sort of apologetic but it didn't feel very sincere and a young female shouted from the back with a mouth full of food. The manager allowed his "staff" to be opinionated and rude to me in front of my children. Shame on such a big company for employing people like this. It is a shame because other Dominoes take-a-way's are spot on and delivery fantastic food by presentable and polite staff. Pizza Hut it is!

Quick pizza turnaround and great host

We normally use Pizza hut but decided to try Dominos for a change...1st time we got a delivery order and it came in good time and was spot on...no complaints..... so we used them again for another delivery the next time we fancied pizza and we told 30-35 mins and basically 1 hour 20 mins later it turned up.... no apology and no excuse. Very disappointed as we love there pizzas. So listen up Dominos....... get these issues sorted and keep me as a customer and I'll happily recommend you...... if you can't Bye bye 👋👋

Should have looked at these reviews before I ordered. Took over an hour n half to deliver my pizza, I'm less than half a mile away... by the time it got here it was cold and wasnt even cooked fully either. Always enjoyed an occasional dominos but will never order from here again.

My last review seems to have been deleted. Avoid this place, the service is a joke, the manager is extrenely rude and customer experience is not high up on the list of priorities. Needs extra focus to be able to carry the tag line of 'Greatness' from dominos as is currently used as part of their advertising drive.

Ive been eating from just eat for my treat days and thought id try the dominos craze. Its got nothing on a run of the mil takeaway place. Topings are none existant and you just feel llike you are eating flavoured bread!!!

Had an awful pizza from here about a year ago but I thought I'd give it one more chance. What a mistake! Pizza was an 11.5 inch with three extra toppings for nearly £14. I could have had a Chinese for the price. Topping was scarce maybe 1 mushroom, 1 piece of bacon and 4 olives. Just tasted of salt.. NEVER AGAIN..
