Domino's Pizza - London - Twickenham in Richmond upon Thames

i ordered a half nd half at 7pm. 8pm rolls around, no pizza. i called, and a staff member promised me the pizza AND free wedges. it’s 9:30 and nothing has arrived. i’m starving and angry and i want a refund

Staff helped me through my collection name mishap and were super nice about it, speedy as well!

Just bought a mighty meat for collection and did not check it before leaving the store, then when I opened the box it was not cooked properly, very disappointing.

Ordered Texas BBQ with classic crust, it arrived with flat and crispy base. When I called the store I was told that ALL Dominos stores now only do flat and crispy as ‘that’s what everyone wants’. This seems like just a bizarre excuse for making the order incorrectly. There is also an issue with food from here constantly being undercooked which is a huge hygiene risk.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of this Dominos. DO NOT ORDER. We ordered a veggie pizza, drink and cookies. Both pizza and cookies came under cooked and when I complained, some guy called back and went on and on rather listening to the issue. He kept fighting on the phone and was not even ready to understand. He was rude and mannerless. Absolutely shocked by the behaviour. Clearly no more Dominos for us!!!

Useless, forgot the dips for the meal, drover said he would be 5 minutes, 20 minutes later and after 2 phone calls to the lady on the phone who said she was going to chase up on the driver, she offered me a refund as she didn’t know how long he would be. Now no dip and cold Pizza. Cheers Guys👍🏼

I keep giving this store chance after chance. Let down yet again. The food is very much hit and miss here. More miss. I go to Teddington or Whitton now. So much better. AVOID TWICKENHAM DOMINOS RE your reply; I won’t be filling out any forms. There are plenty of other Dominos and other pizza places around. I have given Twickenham Dominos far too many chances in the past.

Delivery was stated at 45 minutes. Fair enough; a cold Friday night. Fifty minutes, came and went and no movement on the order. Called through and was told I would need to wait a further 40 minutes as 'very busy and there is a shortage of delivery drivers'. I offered to pick up order and was assured that I could get a delivery refund. Turned up 10 mins later to find around 5 delivery guys standing next to their bikes, not exactly rushed off their feet, chatting away while inside, our pizza, sitting on a shelf with other orders. Asked to have refund on delivery, was told, sorry no, but I could have some extra garlic sauce instead! Pointed out that I had been assured by a member of their team ten mins prior, that I was entitled to have a refund. This was denied but the young woman seemed unsurprised as this is clealry an arrangement that is in place with management e.g. encourage customers to collect their order and assure them that they will get a refund. But when you arrive, you are offered a a sachet of garlic sauce! Pizza was salty, doughy and cold as was not fresh out of the oven. We have learnt our lesson and will not to be using this company again.

Over two hours to have two pizzas delivered. Hung up on us when we rang to ask. We are regular customers (weekly). Unbelievable.

Order cancelled as was taking more than 3 times expected delivery time and then lied to by staff when called to enquire about delivery. Shocking. Happy to wait but not to be lied to.

Quick delivery but awful pizza. It didn’t even look appetising. The box was falling apart due to the grease and dough was raw in the middle.

Food very good and staff ok but the only problem is the payment by card only and like me i only carry cash so it was a good my friend had his card

Terrible delivery recently..when I called to ask for a refund, the response was don't worry...we will place a credit on the account under your phone number ...so next time you call it will show up....when I did call...the chap denied I even ordered yet alone honour any refund for a dilapidated pizza that was delivered... Do not use this place...use Pappa John's in isleworth Instead..!

Can they remove reviews? I think mine was removed from here aswell. I unfortunately have alot of mishaps and trouble with food chain branches, independent shops not so much.

Atrocious customer service, manager who couldn't care less/ passes the buck to junior staff after 3 hours delay in receiving an order!. THIS REALLY GIVES DOMINO'S A BAD NAME. HEAD OFFICE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COWBOY PIZZA OUTFIT. I am switching to Papa Johns and will be actively encouraging all my friends to do the same. If only I could give a ZERO star.

Called domino's in Twickenham for a delivery, I was hung up on and when I rang back and asked why the person on the phone got quite annoyed at me. Customer service not great.

Good Pizza, but we never had a delivery on time.

Be careful of this lot. They never give you the best "deal" available and just tried to charge me the thick end of £40 for 3 pizzas on collection! When I queried this and pointed out that you could get the same pizzas for almost £10 less it wasn't their fault as the person telephoning the order through hadn't asked for the deal I pointed out to them and clearly displayed on every piece of advertising they have! I suspect it is a policy to make as much out of every customer as they can. Manager was sorry and apologised when I pointed out the issue. Yeah sorry you got Sussed out more like? 🤔

Very weak pizza with very few ingredients.

Oh my goodness, what a story I have to tell. Had an awful experience here once before, made an order for a pizza, dough balls, few other bits and the delivery driver "forgot" the doughballs, he smelt strongly of garlic butter that doughballs are usually brushed with, he smelt of the actual doughballs.. (he ate them?!), he specifically asked me if I wanted him to go get them and bring them back (worth only £3, people would have eaten by then, foods settled, got stuffed and not even want to imagine another bite by the time it would come and the petrol that's going to burn to go from Twickenham to Isleworth and back , why even bother?) I clearly said no. Guess what? He comes back around half an hour later, bangs at the door I ignore it, I told the man no for goodness sake what's he doing? and the banging just got more and more violent so I had to answer.... why even ask if I want it still or not if you're going to bring it regardless? Never ordered since.

Ordered two pizzas and got only one delivered. I've called the shop and the manager - Mary - asked me to eat the one delivered , if I am too hungry , as they will deliver the missed one in about 25 minutes. I would not recommend this shop not even to the people I don't like , not to my friends. Obviously, a management issue.

This was double cheese and beef hardly any cheese and burnt plus garlic bread has no cheese. If you want to waste 20 quid then go ahead this is third time they have caused me to not enjoy my meal and wait. ive left them !! for good .

Took 90 mins to deliver. Called branch they just hung up on me. Useless service with no customer care.

I ordered deal pizza + 7 chicken pieces, and 2 sides. But they forgot about chicken. We was waiting 40 minutes for chicken and it was cold. Day before I order pizza with double pepperoni but it was look like single.

Have had no luck using this Branch. When ever I order online it routes my order via this store and have never had a delivery in time and with a hot pizza. Often with something missing or incorrect. I think like other reviewers that the staff are inexperienced or have a lack incentive to improve. I'd imagine the retention of staff is Low just like the customer retention.

Do not order from here. They are liars and frauds. Food sat in store, cooked for over an hour, no delivery. Lied to, promised delivery. Nothing turned up. Phoned back 4 times. Cut off, put on hold indefinitely. Eventually manager on duty unapologetic and wouldn't recook food which had been stagnating for an eternity. Second time I've been let down by the store. NO MORE.

Had slight issue with original online order- but was resolved by incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Nicest delivery drivers we have ever had. Very happy with service and eventual food quality!

Ridiculously slow. Ordered food, 1hr later tried to ring, cant get hold of them. 90minutes later get through, 'your food is ready, we just need a driver'. A further FIFTY minutes later, ring again, 'food is going in the oven'. THREE HOURS LATER no food. Staff are useless & haven't a clue. Will NEVER use again.

Very friendly staff, best ever pizza from dominos I ate, full of ingredients and quickly delivered. Hounslow feltham isleworth dominos are nothing in campare to Twickenham store.

1.5 hours to get my order. Then only half of it arrives and the staff hung up the phone when I politely complained. They only have 1 star because I can't put less...... ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE......

I don't understand how hard it is to deliver a pizza without having to wait several lifetimes for it, it is possible they are waiting for the pizzas to evolve so they can deliver themselves, I will find out in my next lifetime and Keep you updated.
