KFC Hampton Hill - High Street in Richmond upon Thames

This store is permanently closed from 24th Dec 2023, but the map open hour hasn't changed,wasted my time to go and see them closed...

I don't know what happened today because have known KFC for serving the best meals ever but have just bought a family bucket from you and I didn't get value for my money,I asked for legs and they where all spoiled am really mad,I even tried calling you but know one responds to my calls.

Gone downhill over the years used to be good the staff no longer care about the food especially when you use the kfc app for offers tried twice in 2 weeks both times regretted it chips are hard nowadays chicken is hard and just lumps of fat in some instances with nothing resembling chicken ordered 2 mini fillets this week as I thought the staff can't go wrong with them the staff servered them and did not bother even slightly toasting the buns or anything and it looked like the burgers were throw together lesson learn not to use this kfc in future maybe kfc should inspect some of it franchises annomusely

Got home and opened up the fillet burger - there was an ant crawling about loving the mayo! Wouldn't give one star if that was an option. Chips were manky too!

Mot sure what happened woth this branch, but the last few times service has been terrible. Slow. Waiting for the order to get out for about 20 min the last few times. Thinking of dropping this branch altogether and going to the other two in the area.

Very crowded. Full of teenagers where maybe only two had food but the other eight just sitting there either them. Door wasn't open to let fresh air in. Chicken was greasy. Chips were very dry. Not a great night's takeaway

Friday 15th July - 14:41 Entrance is a manual door so May cause an inconvenience for someone with mobility issues. I ordered a chicken fillet burger and a large drink. Was given a regular drink instead of a large and the burger came shortly afterwards. The burger was hot but the meat was tough, when I tried to bite off a piece of the fillet I had to hold onto the fillet and struggle to bite off the piece. I wouldn’t order it again. £6+ for a tough piece of meat and a drink….. not worth it

It's hopelessly slow and poisonous. Having boycotted this colonels for over a year I returned to see if there was any change. Its still slow, rude and hopeless EDIT 2022 - Having thought things couldnt possibly get any worse at this 'fast' food outlet, it has. Decided to order off JustEat a distance of 100m to save a 30 minute wait in the greasepit which is hampton hill KFC. The order was entirely wrong. two different burgers were identical, the chicken wings RAW (im assured for the second day running). The drink of orange juice - for which i paid a surchage - was replaced by a can of pepsi max without explaination. More to the point I have been poisoned by incorrectly cooked chicken wings. All my other recent visits have also been dire and met with a wait; even in quiet times, of 20+ minutes. Avoid, go to Twickenhan KFC.

I thought it was an exaggeration on just eat when reviews said items were missing but no these shysters omit items then don't answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank KFC Hampton hill for restoring my faith in the product, my take away was every thing it should be, after the greasy slop that was delivered from the Twickenham branch I vowed never to order again ( this will be the case with Twickenham branch) but I know now that chicken as it should be exists just up the road

Items missing that were on receipt through just eat cant even answer the phone

Terrible, once again they missed half my order and dont pick the phone up, I paid extra for certain items but didn'tget them, food was cold also, never going to there again

Never ever pick up the phone, website shows vegan burger in stock at this branch yet they never seem to have it. Owner owns multiple branches, suspect they are giving all the vegan burgers to busier stories leaving those who attend the Hampton Hill branch without.

Good, not to busy at the right times. Safe enough under the circumstances. Just the youngsters sometimes no masks

Best KFC I have had since lockdown lifted, hot and scrummy. Gravy is delicious. Staff really nice and helpful.

Ordered a Zinger Burger and other food for kids. I was looking forward to my burger. Upon opening the Box I find the bottom half of burger bun with salad, Sause and fillet but no top part of bun. I was already half way home b4 I noticed. This is the second time I have been missing items from order. I would strongly recomend checking b4 leaving store.

I have never seen any KFC staff so slow processing orders, really unprofessional attitude, it looks more like a playground than a business, missing a good manager to maintain control of the staff and services.

Typical Kentucky Fried Chicken. Very busy at peak times. Fair sized car park next door but normally full. Very little disabled parking. One of the nicer KFC restaurants. They never answer the phone so pre ordering is impossible.

Wish I could rate the customer service 0 stars to be honest. The food was fine except they had run out of coleslaw but I can live with that. However, the way my sister was spoken to by the incompetent member of staff serving at the till was unacceptable. He was rude, and clearly had 0 idea what he was talking about. The store was so busy and my sister waited for almost 20 minutes to be served and then to have to have someone speak to you like that is just not nice to be honest. So basically, dont go to this KFC.

Disappointing that its advertised as open until 10pm 7 days per week so I go last night 26/8 and at 9:50 its closed with staff inside cleaning and the door locked.

Ok so I do like the food BUT one time me and my mates went there and we ordered our food and the man asked ME to do a survey NOW and I said I dont want to do it and he had my food and he begged me and I said no and then he said I'll give u large chips and I said nah it's fine and I said can I have my food and he refused to give me it until another worker luckily came over and told him to give it to me also so slow at their job

I brought a 3/4 peice boneless meals and hot wings,both portions of chips were not fresh and looked like they had been sitting there for hours..Also my hot wings were not freshly cooked.Very disappointing,i didn't check the food before i left as I've always ordered from there at least once a month and have always been happy..friends have also stated this branch is going down hill with little care for fresh food service..I am a lover of KFC but this branch really needs to stop serving food that has not been sold in the last hour and cook on order basis

Tables are dirty and covered in rubbish while the staff is nicely sitting on the kitchen counter and chatting, what they didn’t pause even when taking an order...

Must be the slowest KFC in s/w london. Dont go there if you are in a rush and want fast food

Hmmm, an odd visit, i fancied KFC, very much on a whim, its a little far for a spur of the moment thing. Wandered in at 1pm on a Sunday, no line, straight to ordering, asked for a 4 piece boneless meal, then the woman behind the desk asked me something, no idea what she said, not even sure how i would write it down even, i asked her to repeat it, still didnt understand so just said yes. She then asked if that was everything and i said yes. Paid £4.99 and she got my order, when i got home i realized the only thing in the bag was a box of 4 mini fillets, very disappointing, though they were nice and why this is a 2 star not 1 star review. Side note as well, when walking home i passed a very nice Range Rover with KFC in the licence plate, pulling out of a very nice road in Hampton Hill, apparently all Mr Sanders Money is being spend on nice cars and not staff training. Shame.

The food was cold and the chicken I wouldn't feed to pigs first time I ate there was 2 yrs ago and the food was not that great. I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt but this time the food was cold and inedible chicken was warmed up not fresh and chips were totally cold. Wont be going back there again that is for sure.

As someone who hadn't been to KFC in years, it was quite a pleasant t experience. Server was a good laugh and my girlfriend devoured the food before we'd even got home!

Find it quite shocking that the 7up machine has been broken for 3 months and the Tango is watery. Not what I expect from a fast food restaurant. Otherwise the food is always quick and the he service efficient.

Worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. It was so slow (31mins) you might be served quicker in a normal restaurant. The staff was SO rude they never apologised and they were obsessed with making sure customers didn't eat there and only take away 1/2befire good I g time. It is my closest off but I would rather go to one further away than to give them my custom. Other customers there at the time were also having a similar experience.

If you're going to eat in bring your own cleaning products as the tables are horrendous and the staff don't seem to care about cleaning them, I used about 6 baby wipes to clean the table and even got to enjoy my lunch with the dead flies on the windowsill.

Party of four arrives fifteen minutes before closing to be told they've sold out of chicken and have turned off the kitchen as they'll be closing soon!

I have dined at this outlet mant times and may it be busy lunchtime of 15 mins before close the long waiting times are simular. You are made to feel you have inconvenienced the staff by ordering food. And i was refused service due to a old £5 note last week while still legal tender because "the manager told them to give out in change to get rid and not accept.

ordered before my colleague and waited to get food. Colleague received his and they hadn't processed my order and didn't know it existed. Then what they gave me wasn't even close to my order.

What is going on with KFC , francises are letting the quality go down the toilet , Ordered 3 piece meal , no leg , 1 wing 2 breasts , dry and tasteless waist of money , what a disappointment
