my go to pizza place for pizza nights, they never disappoint and the service from staff is always great. the taste of the pizza as well as the price are all perfect, whether i’m dining in or taking away they always meet my expectations and will be my first pick whenever i want pizza. one of the best domino’s branch in the area.

We always order pizza from Domino's this branch and always get freshly baked pizza. Staff always make sure and clean the surface when they make vegetarian pizza. .

Buying every week a lunch deal for my daughter which is £5.99 only for a mini pizza 7", 500ml drink bottle and a side, which can be potato wedges or mini garlic bread pizza. Enough for one person and it's a delicious hot meal. Deal only available between 11am and 4pm.

No doubt the pizza was as it should be with dominos but the hygiene was very poor. They shouldn’t keep the kitchen open if they can maintain the standard. At 2 instance I saw employees touching the bin with their bare hands instead using the peddle.

Very rude staff, unfortunately I couldn't get the guys name. Never coming back to this store

ordered food last night and got the most burnt cookies i've ever seen... and they app is not responding so i couldnt even contact the store about it

Ordered from domino’s west Croydon I regularly order ever month I will treat myself looked at the tracker showed driver going into ilea car park for five minutes the delivery time went from two minutes to 11 minutes rang store they where clueless expressed worry my pizza would turn up cold got told if it was call back finally turned up it was Luke warm rang up store and complained to say I was shocked at the gentleman who answered phones attitude is understatement he called me liar and said all I wanted was refund and food was fine it took 44 minutes to get my order when original time on app was 15-20 shocking service driver was rude as well my advice order from a different branch or avoid completely

Ordered a small pepperoni pizza, garlic bread and a coke yesterday. Delivery was prompt and the gent who delivered was lovely. But omg, the pizza itself? RANK!! It was greasy, undercooked, soaked in oil. It made me wanna vom, I had to chuck it. Didn’t even eat it! Ended up ordering from DELIVEROO soon after. It may have been a one off, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ordered a pizza and found some hard plastic thing in with the toppings. This happened 18th May 2022 and its now 10th August 2022 and not a single email or message from them. Go Pizza hut!

Taste of domino's was not here. I expect more and have to blast. But I fail. I can't touch and feel my favorite pizza. I didn't expect from this store. Really mood off. Try to make some staff with good passion and give the best quality Pizza if u think it was not good don't deliver to customer. Make again to impress customer that's important here. Customers always need for your business. Each and every customers pay and buy here not free so mind that and deliver a better one....

Decent food and quick delivery but please tell the staff to actually slice the pizza properly. It nearly always needs redone at home cause there isn’t proper slices.

I've ordered Pizza from here about 3 times now and its always the same. POOR DELIVERY BOYS WITH BAD ATTITUDES (the delivery boy basically threw the 1/2 order at me and when I said there was more his response "wat you talking about bruv, thats what you ordered.... Stupid people." & walks away. POOR PIZZA (I got a Pepperoni thin and crispy and there were about 8 Pepperonis on 4 slices of pizza out of the entire box, and barely any cheese as if they were too lazy to replace the cheese on the line. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when you go into shop I stood on there about 10 mins one nightbeing completely ignored and there wasnt much going on, they were just restocking the shop for the morning shift soo they couldnt be bothered to deal with me even though the shop didnt close for another 2hrs.

Best dominos I've had always hot and cooked right

I visited here before the pandemic and it was great place to just have a break from work. Good price for the pizza and great quality. Good service.

Would not go again. The worst pizza ever. The garlic bread had bits of meat inside, being vegetarian this caused a massive problem. Two pizzas, garlic bread and potatoes wedges in the bin.. what a waste. Went our local after.

Ordered 2 pizzas and both were well underdone and there was no burger sauce on my burger pizza so called to return. After probably 100 dominos in my lifetime, this was my first time returning a pizza. What came next was a disgrace. Please look at the pictures. Both underdone and burger sauce was appalingly placed on the pizza. Rude also.

Pizza is a bit dry, not much cheese on it. Staff seemed sad and tired. It tastes ok, but there's a lot better options available around in other pizza places, where you can get a quality good size pizza with plenty of cheese on it. Will not buy again here.

Used this domino pizza for a long time the service now has gone down hill and staff rude.

It is edibable but not like before. Too much feels dusting on pizza.

The first take away I’ve purchased since lockdown and decided to download the dominos app and purchase from the deal section. I got 50% of pizza voucher on the app which took a tenner of the order. I ordered meatfielder with barbecue base, large popcorn chicken and garlic pizza. Within 15-20 minutes my ordered arrived. Very fast delivery service and really enjoyed my meal as I ain’t had it in a long time! If you want your food within minutes I recommend downloading the app. It also comes with a tracker which tells you the progress of the pizza making and when your order is out for delivery. Delivery driver was nice too.

Domino's is a standard and brand

Ordered a pizza to my work place, where the name of the shop shows on the order. Pizza never turned up. So called them up and according to the driver they asked neighbouring businesses for the person who ordered by name. When they couldn't find the person in question they left. We have a large colourful sign outside the building with business name on. We called and the lady on the phone (west croydon Dominos, Thu 4th Jun) was rude and said they would only deliver the cold pizzas they had driven around for ages instead of making our order. Incompetence from their driver and bad attitude from staff. Worst part is that they have delivered here before. BAD BUSINESS.

I've tried several different Dominos branches across the South East and what we have had from this Dominos has been the best! Really well made, you get what you ask for (bugbear of mine when you ask for extra cheese and there is hardly any on the pizza). My only downside is they don't deliver to Coulsdon. I really hope they change this at some point!!! Have ordered numerous pizzas from Dominos, Purley and they never fail to impress. My two teenage son's absolutely love them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Was very happy with the service. She looked harried off her feet yet still delivered excellent service with a bright smile. She took my order efficiently and kept to the promise of when it would be ready because I was in a rush to get to Croydon University Hospital not too far away from the shop. The pizza was excellent and I was a bit sad the ice cream on offer was too dear for me as I would have loved to add a couple of cups to my order. The establishment was clean, the pizza was good, the service was excellent. Didn't get to taste any of the side orders buy would definitely buy from there again when visiting at the Hospital or when I feel the need for pizza for the night.

Went there and no deal during operational hours for walk in or delivery in the later evening hours..... Then asked a simple request and not even that could have been followed through.

The place offers 50% discounts to NHS employees. The food is okay.

Consistently hot food, arriving in under 20 minutes every time. We occasionally order from other chains (AVOID PAPA JOHNS) and always end up regretting it. <3 dominos.

Delivery time and pizzas are good. When asking for deals that are available online (with store selected) staff explain casually (whilst lying to you) that the deals don't apply. A more expensive deal is subsequently offered... Order from Pizza GOGO who are meters away: get the advertised price, quick service and better pizza at a better price. Not rocket science. Sorry Domino's.....

Don't think I've ever had a disappointing delivery from these guys. Yes, maybe a missing ice cream which was delivered almost immediately but not life threatening 😉.. in comparison with P Hut close by which I have never had a good delivery and have given up trying. The don't do deliverys to even when it's missing half hour to close, and their closing hours are completely wrong. Very rude and not attententive when picking up calls you litelery have to shout at them, cause they look like they are not interested into selling their product.

Really bad, every time we have ordered it's arrived and had something wrong with it. Either wrong topping or wrong pizza or missing extras. Phoned to complain and the manager couldn't care less, terrible xuatomer service. Won't be ordering from here again.

Progressively getting worse. Since they opened they have started charging for changing toppings, putting less toppings on pizzas etc. Collection deals can still be an OK price

Ordered a large New Yorker and was almost only tomato sauce (only few slices of pepperoni and few mushrooms).

8£ for a pizza of 10 cm. It is a joke? No! Not the cheapest. But the quality is there the 10cm was good
