Domino's Pizza - Liverpool - Crosby in Sefton

I placed our order online, then rang them direct as I needed a gluten free base, but with Vegan cheese (due to wheat and dairy intolerance - NOT Allergy) online there was no option to change the cheese. I was put on hold whilst the girl on the phone spoke to the manager, she was courteous. I was then told this couldn't be done. I have ordered before from here and it has not been an issue before. I cancelled the whole order over the phone. Then went there in person to try and order and was told again they couldn't put Vegan cheese on gluten free base, with no explanation! Asked when my refund would be given and was told 3-5working days!!! Disgusting service! Won't be using them again

We always go for order & pickup as we live nearby and its cheaper Can never go wrong with dominoes Tastes amazing & always get the mighty meaty feast

Got my order wrong when I walked in and ordered. Pizza was under cooked, ordered the Creme Egg cookies and just got the normal cookies. So expensive and so poor quality.

Ordered two pizzas, only came to house with one pizza, rang up to see where the other one was they said they would send it out. Sent the pizza out with burger sauce on it I didn’t ask for terrible service

Ghastly undercooked flacid pizza and the same with the undercooked chips... Really horrible... The staff just are not bothered mushy nasty yuk.

that's the last time I will ever let you rob me again. Absolute rashions on the cheese and all pizzas was burnt

Fantastic pizza , home delivery but rang the restaurant to ask to leave pizzas in that bit longer to which they obliged and they taste fantastic, not too sloppy like other pizzerias.... we'll done Crosby Domino !!

I have been ordering from Domino's Crosby for years, but tonight's Pizzas definitely light on topping & £4 for small portion of limp, soggy fries, Don't bother. Will give it another try in a couple of weeks, Hopefully improved

Food was good but certainly the pizzas we got were a bit light on topping. I wasn't impressed with the male who obviously hadn't shaved for a few days scratching his face and then using his bare hands to make the shape of the pizza and then stick his hands in the pots of toppings to put on the pizza. Its a good job I wasn't allergic to anything as his hands handling different ingredients could of contaminated all the foods

It was domino's. Very good pizza and service. Never outstanding and still overpriced but every now and again worth it as its better than other local pizza places.

This has to be by far the worst ran Dominoes in the country, we have had delivery’s come with the wrong pizzas and then no sign of replacements, when you chase they say nobody told them. Collections ordered and then waiting in the shop for 40mins to find out some pizzas are sat there while others aren’t even made. We have even had a pizza come with NO cheese on it! Place is a joke and not what you need when you have hungry kids.

Very lovely place i accidentally messed up my pizza and a lovely lad im pretty sure was called Kyle helped me and made me a new one 100% will order from here again great customer service.

Awful waited over an hour then the driver gave my order to another home had to wait another hour for them to bring the wrong order delivery staff don't have a clue what's going on won't order from here again

Fist time collecting in crosby store but certainly won't be the last the food was do nice and the young lad that served us his name was either James or Jamie was so lovely and polite and attentative

Stupid covid rules making drivers wear masks outside, also not giving the pizza over but handled it to go in the bag clowns

Hey its Domino's. That's it. You've never had a bad Domino's. You know this to be true. This was cool. We turned up to the shop and ordered there and then. I watched our Pizzas being made. My Daughter 'oooo'ed and aaahhh'ed' as the Pizzas were flung and shaped. It's brilliant. Yeah, never had a bad Domino's. It's just not possible. Top Work People.

Ordered and paid online went to pick up as told 15 mins got there told another 10 mins went back in to be told it had not been ordered the money had gone out of my account very unhelpful will not order from them again going to pizza 2000 at the end of the road cheaper and better sorry Domino's but get your act together am sure am not the only one

The last 4 times iv ordered from the crosby liverpool dominoes. It has arrived with a lot of sauce and hardly any cheese or toppings, same with the garlic bread. It's not cheap so would expect quality. Time to go elsewhere as its very disappointing.

Food is always good. Prices can be a bit expensive but there are normally deals on which make it OK.

Get what you pay for, great pizza, great service.

Standard Domino's fare reasonably quickly depending upon what time you go there - friendly polite staff and reasonably priced produce - very good

Had a Pizza that tasted quite underdone, the store gave us a replacement and better done pizza and 4 free cookies. Underdone pizza two days later, told it wasn't made any different, sent us a replacement underdone pizza, partner ended up ill after eating some :/ okay service, then awful service.

Food is great. But online service? End up phoning. Website too much and confusing.

It's a Domino's same as any other. Fast service and reasonable quality pizza. Make sure to never pay full price, there's always a deal on. Worst case it's 50% off with collection!

Nice pizza buy without a deal it's expensive

Very busy shop but staff helpful and efficient parking can be a worry with wardens hovering about the vicinity

Ordered from this place several times over the past year or so and never had any problems, always prompt deliveries and never any issues with orders. Food is amazing as expected and there are good deals available pretty often to lower the price. :)

ordered food and it had be undercooked and had a human hair in the cheese yuck!

Got the worst pizzas I've ever seen through any establishment. Less than just poor quality control, but just a complete lack of care or respect to send such poor states to a customer as the pizzas we recieved. They were exchanged quickly without fuss, but the bad taste they left marred the name if dominoes. It's so sad, I've obsessed about dominoes around the country and I've never seen such a disregard for a customers happiness.

Place has gone down hill last few months

the pizzas never look appealing and usually take ages to get it to you aswell and god help you if you change the toppings. i had a problem with a pizza once and phoned in with it and the manager hung up on me!!! pizzas are still tasty tho but then again thats down to the machines in the factory not the idiots that throw them together. hands down the worst dominos ive ever ordered from.
