Always good pizza from Here. Could do with cutting into more even slices though as some are tiny and some are huge 😂 Pizza always hot

Did my order on-line 60 min wait so after 60 min wait got told be at least another hour should not take orders if can not cope no matter what so they cancelled it just like that 😡discussing

Realizó un pedido con la aplicación, el tiempo de recolección establecido de 1830. Ingresó en 1825 y tenía pizza en casa en 1830. La comida estaba fría, rancia y completamente incomible, tuve que hacer otros arreglos a un costo adicional. Cuando llamé la atención de Dominos, simplemente no les importó. Me culpó y se negó a hacer nada al respecto.

Pedimos una pizza sin gluten para mi esposa, que era muy servicial para empezar y dijo que llevaría aproximadamente 45 minutos para entregar. Tiempo de orden 19:40 en los llamamos de vuelta 21:20 como todavía no había pizza, dieron una excusa tenían en caja la pizza enviado el mal y para la entrega, pero nunca nos contactó a pesar de haber tomado nuestro número de teléfono. Cuando me llamó a las 21:20 dijeron ah estamos sólo hacer un fresco de uno y lo enviará en cuanto esté listo. No es lo suficientemente bueno cómo logran fuerte el error es sin gluten, que es una base totalmente diferente al resto de las pizzas que venden. En última llamada dijo que se tome de 5 a 10 días para devolvernos el dinero. La orden fue puesto sobre el teléfono, se puede hacer un reembolso al instante. Se utilizan de nuevo nunca lo que es una pena, ya que no hay muchos lugares que venden sin gluten pizzas gratis.

Yo he utilizado Dominos desde que abrió sus puertas y que nunca deja de ofrecer. El personal es curioso si se están recopilando y si tener una entrega son rápido y susceptible. El producto es coherente y mientras Domínio do es no es el mejor valor de la calidad es, con la posibilidad de adaptarse, cambiar y añadir a. Nunca una mala entrega o colección, así que yo le pondría un 5 para el servicio y la calidad.

Peter took our order over the phone and he was a top bloke! Great customer service - Peter needs some form of bonus or promotion he really does! We love Peter.

Be sure to check your pizza before you accept it. On this occasion the production line staff don't know the difference between tuna ( which I ordered) and chicken tikka nor obviously understand the consequences of what using the wrong ingredients can do. That mistake could have been severe if not fatal to some. Clearly standards have dropped The person answering my call back was apparently the manager, was't very apologetic , and i'll be surprised if anything get done about it internally, but they did replace the offending pizza with the correct one I ordered and it was fantastic .

poor service went in to place an order to collect , with a card for when they where late , went in to order the winter deal thing yet the card they provided me could not be used with this on the card its dosnt say this , they didn't even try and help they just said sorry u cant use it there is nothing we can do , I thought when u serve food u should do it with a smile this is what they lack
