Always good pizza from Here. Could do with cutting into more even slices though as some are tiny and some are huge 😂 Pizza always hot

Did my order on-line 60 min wait so after 60 min wait got told be at least another hour should not take orders if can not cope no matter what so they cancelled it just like that 😡discussing

Placed an order with the app, stated collection time of 1830. Walked in at 1825 and had pizza home by 1830. The meal was cold, stale and completely inedible - I had to make other arrangements at extra cost. When I brought this to Dominos attention, they simply didn't care. Blamed me and refused to do anything about it.

Ordered a gluten free pizza for my wife, they were very helpful to start with and said it would take approx 45mins to deliver. Time of order 19:40 phoned them back at 21:20 as still no pizza, got an excuse they had boxed up the wrong pizza and sent it out for delivery, but never contacted us despite having taken our phone number. When I phoned at 21:20 they said oh we are just making a fresh one and will send it out as soon as it is ready. Not Good enough how do they manage to box up the wrong one it's GLUTEN free, it's a totally different Base to the rest of the pizza's they sell. Told on last call back it will take 5-10 days to refund our money. The order was placed over the phone, a refund can be done instantly. Shall never use them again which is a shame as there are not many places that sell Gluten free pizzas.

I've used Dominos since it opened and it never fails to deliver. The staff are curious if you are collecting and if your having a delivery they are prompt and amenable. The product is consistent and whilst Dominio's isn't the best value the quality is, with the ability to adapt, change and add to. Never a bad delivery or collection, so I'll give them a 5 for service & quality.

Peter took our order over the phone and he was a top bloke! Great customer service - Peter needs some form of bonus or promotion he really does! We love Peter.

Be sure to check your pizza before you accept it. On this occasion the production line staff don't know the difference between tuna ( which I ordered) and chicken tikka nor obviously understand the consequences of what using the wrong ingredients can do. That mistake could have been severe if not fatal to some. Clearly standards have dropped The person answering my call back was apparently the manager, was't very apologetic , and i'll be surprised if anything get done about it internally, but they did replace the offending pizza with the correct one I ordered and it was fantastic .

poor service went in to place an order to collect , with a card for when they where late , went in to order the winter deal thing yet the card they provided me could not be used with this on the card its dosnt say this , they didn't even try and help they just said sorry u cant use it there is nothing we can do , I thought when u serve food u should do it with a smile this is what they lack
