Got home with my pizza. Look at this! Obviously not inspected. Worst pepperoni pizza I’ve ever purchased from Dominos.

First and last Dominos for me. Service was quite slow. Girl who served us was pleasant enough, but no real interaction with us. Sat and waited for our order, the place itself is souless.... When it came up our order was ready we went to the desk. We then waited another 3 or 4 minutes to be handed our order. We live a 2 minute drive from the branch The chips were luke warm and tasteless... The pizza edges were cooked, middle was soggy. For the prices you charge , the flavour and quality doesnt match.

I ordered food from this place thru Uber eats u can’t track anymore you have to ring store rang spoke to manager told him where I was and couldn’t leave where I was and needs to be delivered to me? I was working after 30 mins rang store was delivered to completely different area by time I got food was cold I thought this was a decent Domino’s appears not?

The nicest most helpful staff ever! I ordered in store (I notice the bad reviews are from online orders so I cannot comment). I wanted half cheese half no cheese on a pizza & the staff went above & beyond to make sure this was correct for me. No other dominos has ever had staff as helpful . And the cheapest around, £9.99 for any size pizza, half the price of Beverley!

I had ordered from this outlet many times and like their Pizza, most of the times it is home delivery but once I visited to pickup myself and liked the ambience. It's a definitely good place to hangout with family and friends.

Just loved the pizza.... I've visited Domino's many a times at different places but pizza at this branch is just deliciously prepared 😋😋

Great atmosphere and great food

I can say I don't love pizza too much. But Domino's pizza is always my first choice. 😋 The atmosphere inside the Kingswood branch is ousting. Staff friendly and always helpful. The delivery guys-polite, and smiling when you open the door to take hot 🔥 pizzas from they hand. I loved it,especially when I ordered pizzas for my hjzplumbing business. Thank you, guys, from Kingswood Hull branch ❤️

Ordered the cheeseburger pizza, delivery was really fast which is a positive but the pizza came without the burger sauce on top. Still ate the pizza, it was hot and quite nice just a shame about the lack of burger sauce.

Over 30mins waiting for my order- in car collection, nobody brings the food, i went inside to check and there was everything waiting.... no words...

Belta of a pizza with garlic dip was unreal, delivered in no time as well, great service. Definately will order as a delivery again. Driver really polite and speedy.

Absolutely shocking service delivery took 2 and half hour each time I rang the shop they told it was leaving the shop as we speak so clearly lying to customers won’t be ordering again

Waited an hour and a half to get some one else's order spoke with manager didn't really seam bothered just said we will get your order out to you..... Asked if I could have a refund if it doesn't turn up in the next 20 mins as that would make it shy of 2 hours waiting. Was told the manager couldn't issue refunds soon as i mentioned law states she could I then got a response stating on this occasion if the deliver doesn't turn up I can have a refund ..... Shocking I will not be using you again.

Best dominos in hull- food is always hot and quick delivery! For the first time ever we were missing wedges but they were delivered within 10 minutes and we got a freebie for the inconvenience, spend too much money here but it's worth it 🤣

Ordered 2 pizzas, and 2 sides at a cost of 35 pound with the deliver time to be between 20/30 mins. However, after 50 mins, I was wondering if this food would arrive at all. I rang the store, which I was informed the store was extremely busy and the food was out for delivery. After another 20 mins, so 1 hour and 10 mins after I placed the order, the food arrived. The food was stone cold, which I was extremely anger about after waiting all this time for the delivery. Not only was it cold, one of the sides was wrong! I again rang the store, to express my disappointment that the pizza and sides was cold, and that one of the sides was incorrect. All they did was apologise, and said 'if we bring it back, they could have a look at it!' I don't see what having a look at a cold pizza that took 1 hour and 10 minutes would resolve. Surely its common sense that the law of physics applys when you cook a pizza and then it doesn't get delivered for another hour it will be cold so what will having a look at it solve! And beside taking it back, I ordered a delivery because I do not drive, so taking it back in person was not a option! So I asked for another to be sent, which I was told they could not do that because they are busy! So I therefore asked for a refund which I was informed, they will see what they can do! Which I have not yet recieved! I will not be using this service again, as I was left sorely disappointed, with the money i spend, and the service I received! Avoid at all cost!!!

Excellent, quick service. They followed instructions to the letter. I unable to eat tomatoes due to health issues. So happy I can enjoy pizza without being ill from tomato sauce.

I ordered some food from here for delivery over the phone as I was in a lay-by and could not give an address. Unfortunately my order was slightly wrong. However within 5 - 10 minutes the delivery driver was back with the missing items and more!! The lady on the phone was very polite and the delivery driver was also very friendly. Food was also piping hot and the service in general was almost faultless.

Awful service. Placed an order after finishing work at 1am and received 1/4 of a portion of wedges with my order . It was almost as if someone had eaten most of them and left 5 in the box or they had fallen out in the car on the way to me. I rang up and complained and they said a fresh box of wedges would be coming. And hour after my foods been delivered, eaten and settled they still haven’t arrived. Terrible service

To be fair, it is one of the best Domino's pizza I've had for a long time. Free parking and plenty of seats inside.

Having just picked up a pizza from dominoes kingswood, I was so incensed by the absolute total disregard for basic manners from the people on the counter. Stood for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, even though there was a girl at the cash register! Looking straight at me not even a I will be with you in a minute sir ! I'm sorry but in a service industry this is not acceptable at all , a severe retraining is needed . Totally disgusted.

Great pizza thank you 😊 was well hungry and this hit the spot and only 7.99 a pizza bargin and that's all the time walk in or app. I recommend doing on app then collection always loads of parking helpful and polite staff couldn't fault them friendly welcome highly recommend.
