I ordered a 4 pizzas, one of which was a half and half being Texas BBQ and Margarita, however when I arrived home, the pizza was completely Texas BBQ, had to go back to the establishment, for them to remake the pizza, came home to the rest of our now cold order, and the complete incompetence of their staff could not get it right, due to this, I had to call up and all they could offer me was 1 free pizza after ruining 4 pizzas and 3 hours of my evening Disgraceful service overall, will not be returning, Pizza Hut is way better!

Just had a delivery no cheese on pizza or the garlic bread. ! Hardly no topping and cold. Will not use them again !!!!

4th time I have ordered thinking things would have changed, clearly not, dominos is going down hill, as always pizza drenched in sauce and hardly no cheese. Never again would I buy dominos, delivery drivers are the worse and cannot read delivery addresses correctly!

3 times in a row I’ve ordered from this store and 3 times in a row they’ve got my order wrong …… They don’t pick up the phone so you have to go through their website which then takes almost a week to get sorted…. First thing customer service asks? Did you call the store….

Some of the veggies topping didn't seem fresh to me.

Terrible customer service. I rang on Sunday and wanted to order a buy one get one free collection. I could hardly hear the lady when she answered the phone, I told her what I wanted and she did not understand and had to go and ask someone and then when I told her it was a buy one get one free she told me they could not take my order over the phone and I had to order it online and that they did not take cash payments. I told her not to worry and I ordered it over the phone with the Domino's in Hemel town centre who were very helpful and take cash or card payments.

I've ordered from this dominos 3 times on take away. 2 times my order has had an issue. The first time I had an issue with another customer taking my order. No issues the 2nd time. The 3rd time I had my order taken by a delivery driver. I overheard in the shop that it was delivered, as the customer who ordered complained they had got my pizza. I'm not sure how you send a pizza out incorrectly, as all stickers, by domino's promise, have the name and toppings on the side. Just make sure that you get the right pizza and you're fine.

The manager on shift today is extremely rude and unhelpful! We ordered a pizza after school and work as promised treat for our children! The app took our money but said our order could not be processed, so of course I rang the store to try and resolve this as clearly a glitch with their app. I was told that I will just have to wait for my money to come back into my account. No time line of when and then I was told to just phone head office. Whilst I appreciate they can't do much about the app, I don't appreciate the sarcastic rude tone. I then tried to phone back to ask if they had a number for customer services and clearly my number was being screened as 3 calls were left to go to voicemail. Won't be ordering from the Maylands store again.

Went to collect a pizza today, restaurant hands put enough cheese on it, aswell as this one of the pieces of pepper was the Stalk which is usually removed. Called them to explain they suggested I bring the pizza back for a new one. Second pizza made still not enough cheese according to the manager this is how domino’s ask for the pizzas to be made??? Manager has a take it or leave it attitude to customers. Avoid.

The first picture was a pizza I orders from dominos that had been chucked around and had slid off the double decadence base, I got angry after spending £59 on pizza I had to complain and when dominos sent me another pizza that was perfect I had to show the difference. The second picture was my replacement pizza. Why couldn't it just be made this way in the first place. Dominos you redeemed yourself and thankyou to the manager in that depot that was nice and understanding. Thanks.

Deals advertised are miss leading, I'm aware that is sent put centrally via head office but it was very confusing. Staff member assisted and commented that it is confusing. Spent more than I intended and order was incorrect.

As an essential worker situated in the hotel above reading the closure time of 2 pm I decided to go back and get a pizza at 11 pm, to be told that the place was shut!!!!!!!!! With no other terms!! Ordered from here tonight. Not too happy with the quality of the food that I collected. Had a BBQ base pizza and the BBQ was everywhere but the middle of the pizza. The crusts were caked in bbq to the point where I stopped eating because I was just eating douses of sauce as it wasn't spread properly. Also there was little to none cheese on my pizza. Not happy. Will be ordering from the on in the town centre as it's always been ok from there.

Worst service !! Lady with glasses got caught sneezing!! Waited for small pizza for 43 mins in the mean time no sorry and entire team was too busy serving other orders. No apologies no courtesy and at last asked for a dip, guy says sorry we do not have it. Either charge and give it or say sorry. Was treated so so low. Don’t bother... better local pizza places that Name and brand.

Average pizza, not up to the usual standard.

Pizza with thin crust half and half - awesome as always, not only tastes great (best Pizza in Hemel, honestly) but you can also share and still have your favourite pizza. Speaking to the till guy could have been better customer experience hence 4 stars...

Walked in at 2350 to order a pizza as being tired and hungry, food is an essential way to make it to bed, as i walked in i was told "sorry, we cannot take any orders, we are closed!" Having read the opening times which are in the window, i was annoyed by this and even showed the shift manager the opening times board which also states that they deliver until 0500 (5am!), so i was not best pleased when i was told & shown that they had already done their end of day clean. The chap doing most of the talking said repeatedly that "this is not my store!". I am decidedly peeved at this, will not use this store again if this is their attitude to customer service and advertised opening times!

Always great taste. Great deals. Get it delivered if you get £15 worth of Pizzas. Lot of varieties and great taste. App as well is great. Overall good.

The team were all great and super helpful. HOWEVER as I walked in I heard who I presume is the manager shouting at a delivery driver calling him in idiot for the rest of my wait he was yelling at members of the team. I feel sorry for the people working here having to deal with that.

Not a good experience. I am in a hotel that is 3 miles from them, only 8 mins away and they said they can't deliver here as the area was covered by the Dunstable store, which is over 7 miles away. I guess that I just don't understand these places with their arbitrary rules that think a customer 3 miles away is not worth delivering to.

They know my order by heart along my name now. Lovely people and truly entertaining to watch when waiting for food late night.

Great pizzas but wedges are well over priced for what you get.

Been ordering pizza from them a couple times to my home address and the delivery driver came by a few times; looked like a foreign young boy was picking flowers from my garden not once a couple times I’ve looked at my CCTV and yes it was him will be contacting the head office.

They are usually ok but they have botched up a few times. We are vegetarian so wouldn't order non veg but what do we get??? Non veg!!!! We specifically order a veg for a reason. It was only the 1 pizza we ordered n they can't even get that right. If they don't do a vegetarian one in a specific one then say so!!! And they come across very adamant they are right!!! Won't be ordering from there again!

I will normally order online and collect my pizzas from here. Of my many visits the order has never once been incorrect. I often order a half-and-half and occasionally customise the toppings. The pizza is always warm, the toppings evenly distributed. With a free (restrictions apply) spacious car park, collection is easy and convenient..

Always gets the order wrong or has items missing. Will not be ordering again have gave it a fair chance. Pizza is greesy. Really dissapointed

Pizza and sides arrived after one hour and a half soggy and cold , bottle of Coke didn’t . Tried to call them but they didn’t answer. This is happened a few times now so I’m going to stop ordering food from here again.

Never get an order right and try and cover up they made a mistake. They dont prioritise the pizzas when they do make a mistake and take so long that anythingelse you ordered will be cold. Always check your food to make sure its correct. The manager will yell at his staff and tell them off in front of customers.

We ordered from this branch for dinner today. i put the order in at 4:50... i requested a ASAP delivery. Waited over an hour then decided to call the branch. I was told to wait 5 minutes that the delivery driver was on route. I was then called back after another 5 minutes to be told my delivery driver had been at my door for the last 15 minutes. I am 100% sure he wasnt at my door because i was sat at my window patiently waiting and salivating at the mouth. I was then called up a 3rd time by the branch who asked if i wanted a second driver to come and find my address. I politely told them to stick ...the what would now be stone cold food in the bin. I was not going to pay over the odds for cold food. Not once did a member of staff i spoke to apologise for the inconvience caused. You ruined my takeaway night

Haven't used these for a while. .. & had placed an order last night (Friday 30/06/2017) @ 20:15 with given address & phone number as normal ... delivery time 45-50mins. .. (normal).. but 1hr & 15mins the order hadn't turned up . so I had to phone to see where it was ... delivered to wrong address !!! was the quote & apparently phoned my number (NOT... as I had been in waiting)... excuse after excuses .. (not happy )... checked order for the second time & was quoted order would be on it's way...?? 22:12 it ruddy turned up & the delivery young guy quoted that it wasn't his fault to get the house numbers wrong as it was difficult !!! (wot, how).. but the other thing was that pizzaed me off was that I got no sorry from anyone within the company that night or offered a reduction on the price... would I use these again .. hmmm.

Never had a problem here. Good service, good pizza. Fun fact: this was the 2000th branch to open in Europe (you may still see some staff wearing special t-shirts).

Had a couple of bad experiences, decided to report these all in 1 go. Was just told that as I didn't report it within 24 hours they don't want to hear from me. I would have been happy with an email saying that they would look into the problem to make sure it doesn't happen again but it doesn't seem like the way to give customer service. I would avoid at all cost, I've not been back since and do not plan to.

Overpriced and "floppy" pizza. The base is often not very substantial and is very thin, the hygiene appears to be good and the service is friendly, however will not be back given the quality issues.
