Domino's Pizza - Hatfield in Welwyn Hatfield

Tried to order from this place, not only did my food not arrive after telling me it was delivered on the app, when I tried to phone the Hatfield dominos for information, he hung up on me twice and was extremely rude both times. Not only have I waited £25 but I haven’t even been refunded or contacted by the dominos.

One of the worst service we got on the phone ,,,,, at least have the proper staff to answer the call,,,,,,, I would never recommend this

Delivery driver was rude and had forgotten one of the sides I had ordered. When I called up to complain I had the phone put down on me. Side eventually turned up and driver was rude again. Never had a problem before today.

The staff and service here is not good, their pizza is average and served cold.

One this can be sure... If you are looking for food at 3 am you can be sure they will serve you 😉 average tase pizza but you get what is in all dominos

Ordered chicken n mix box and garlic bread for collection. First I got completely wrong order they have given me kickers 14pieces which is incorrect, I went back to the restaurant and told them by returning the box. Again they gave me chicken n mix box In mix box the portion should get four of each pieces but I got only three strippers. The staff was arrogant and they are trying to give incorrect items with no comonsense and they gave me kickers from left over previous one

The pizza is dry in most part but its ok being a big franchise

The pizzas are really good, better than Domino’s France. I would also like to thank the staff, in particular Khaled (sorry if I misspelt your name) for his kindness.

Dominos has really gone down hill and was disappointed by the poor service and quality of the food, and the staff were rude and unhelpful, very disappointed with how the Hatfield Domino's is these days , I only gave 1 stars as would not accept half stars

Used to be good but last pizza was really disappointing. Dried out dough and unevenly cooked. Won't use again in case we receive something as bad as that again.

Just comes cold every time, very frustrating, don’t understand why a pizza place can’t cook pizza right, always calling and complaining. Might as well go to the shops and put a pizza in the oven probably come out the same quality.

This Dominos participates in the Dominos national cheese shortage, this means reduced cheese on cheesy wedges and virtually none in cheese Doughballs, however they are one of the few that sells chocolate pizza so this has saved them a bit

Ordered a take away pizza through domino’s App and it took 1hr 30 minutes to reach our house . We phoned several times for an update but we just got told wait 5 more minutes. 5 minutes passed and no pizza. We then phoned again and it was the same response. Pizza eventually arrived and it was freezing cold. It was off putting. Wouldn’t recommend ordering through their.

The lady on the till was extremely rude.I assume She is the manager , It was the first time i went to the hatfield Dominos, Very bad attitude from the lady and was extremely rude. Don’t even have the patience to explain the deals.

I would give 0 stars if I could, manager was rude, called me a liar, hung up on me several times, delivery driver comes sits outside drives off then calls me 2 minutes later comes back 20 mins later with cold food not even edible manager didn’t care they even brought the wrong ice cream when I paid for the more expensive one driver just basically said tough. Honestly domino’s has gone down hill and the service is shocking! I’ll be making an official complaint and going to head office tomorrow. The manager refused to provide me with his name and kept talking over me and said he wouldn’t give me a refund when I requested one due to food being inedible and order being wrong won’t order from domino’s ever again

Very disappointed with this branch. Staff were unprofessional & arguing in front of customers. Also noticed staff using their phones & making pizzas with the same hand without washing. Would not recommend

Manager on shift this morning is extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment and sacked. If your reading this then sort your attitude out you rude women. Only called to see what the delay was and got sarcasm and rudeness. Dominos - Hire staff that have customer service skills. If you have two drivers, turn off delivery orders. Nearly 2 hour wait for delivery

Not excepting card payments for the 3rd time. Its just fishy

The worst experience for something so simple. How hard can it be to add three toppings to a pizza. Ordered in store for collection and got home to find pizza with no toppings. Call to ask for correct pizza to be delivered and end up waiting over an hour. I called again and they claimed driver called me 3 times, but didn’t think of knocking on the door. Person says what do you expect we are Domino's! Was then waiting for a new pizza and then get called asking for my full address. Sort of tells me they didnt send a pizza in the first place. Never saw the pizza and now waiting for a refund. Will not be ordering again from Doninos and will have to be Papa Johns next time!

After seeing all the negative reviews for this place I thought I’d leave my experience which was nothing but positive. I was stopping in the Travelodge just around the corner and ordered from the domino’s app. Pizza was ready at the selected time and hot and tasty. They were out of stock of one of the sauces that I ordered but the guy behind the counter was apologetic when I collected and doubled down on my alternative choice. I can only assume a lot of the negative reviews come from the delays associated with multiple home deliveries. I would have no problem eating from here again.

Had a delivery driver called Cristi. Ordered to the Uni and gave instructions on where to go (which every other food delivery place seems to understand) only to be given a rude phone call and told we’re in the wrong place. Then had to walk 5 minutes up the road in the freezing cold. To which we received a phone call from someone there telling us he has been waiting 20 minutes. Not only do they have poor delivery drivers with bad customer service, they also hire liars. By the time we got back to our accommodation, the food was cold and I was in the worst mood ever. Then opening it, the box was incredibly flimsy and there was food stuck to the top of the box because there wasn’t a stopper

Pizza was cold as ice and hard as wood.. Domino's is just like giving wrost pizza at University of Hertfordshire stall on 25-1-2021...seen wrost pizza in life and just extracting hard earned money from the innocent students...its disgusting man

This Domino's is ELITE pizza. Ordered to my house once when I was on my way home in the taxi, told the driver to leave the pizza by the garage, got home half an hour later it was cold and raining and the pizza was still piping hot and delicious

Total scam and worst customer service. I ordered but never got my food. When i called them they first blamed me than told me they brought the stuff to another campus and when i told them that they should not bring the order to a random bus stop 10min walk away hung up on me. Never got food nor a refund.

Terrible customer service from the lady working the 6th of November at approximately 17pm. I purchased 3 sauces and due disgusting customer service I had to leave with 2 sources to avoid further argument.

Wanted to buy pizza but as I was waiting for my daughter to text me her order,was surprised to see all the staff had masks under their nose only covering mouth. Is this the right way to use masks? Please correct me if I am wrong. Time was 18:15 on the 26/10/20.

Recently I purchased a pizza from domino's in Hatfield, it was so good that I wanted to have more but back there in India the pizza smells and tastes like trash because people are so careless while preparing it because there will be competition all the time that who will make the pizza faster and when they do that the pizza taste and shape is destroyed

Not happy, pizza turned up with no cheese? Called up and woman didnt even want to help and said I ordered it with no cheese, i definitely didnt. But as that's what's on their system they wont do anything. Great customer service, not. Foods also cold so wont be wasting my money again

First time heard can’t take 50 cash, how ridiculous it is, I was waiting the dinner, the driver come and I told him I only have 50cash and my card money is not enough then after communicate to their store manager, they just said sorry they can’t accept it, so my dinner just gone. No more words to here.

Please don’t leave your pizza dough trays back of the shop , many Rats and mice going to trays , Iv seen so many times that rats are in the trays and you give the same pizza dough to customers , such a disgusting place

1st time decided to try the hype about dominos. Not good experience at all. The guy who answered was so rude and no patience wanted me off the phone after 5seconds. Was not all helpful. The pizza itself you can buy from weather spoons for £5 large and tastes much better. £20 for a pizza you can buy from Asda. Look elsewhere.

Keeps getting our order wrong. Staff are rude. They do not accept complaints. Have served me entire pizzas that were wrong (I am vegetarian and was given a pizza with meat on). A few days ago they gave my pizzas to the wrong person (at least thats what they said) and had to remake them. Do not go here, as even though Pizza Palace has ruined pizza for me possibly forever, its still better than here.

Overpriced, only popular because of brand recognition. Far better and cheaper places around. Only useful if youre wasted at 3am As a former employee, dont go here if you are gluten free or vegetarian. It is not safe. Staff also ruder than other stores

Had already given driver 22.50 as I knew order total. He Looked at box said the incorrect total when I asked my husband he said £22.50, driver started leaving property after he heard this, Is it common practice for your drivers to give incorrect prices to get tips out of customers?

Im not usually one to leave reviews of bad experiences but i must say this has got to be the WORST experience I've had with Domino's Hatfield. After waiting over an HOUR for our delivery when all we ordered was one pizza & chicken strips & then to have our food cold on top of it is UNACCEPTABLE! Oh & hey what do you know - Pizza comes burnt as well .. GREAT! Especially considering the prices they charge! Disappointed is an understatement! Up your game Dominos Hatfield because this is shocking!!

Forgot some of my order, including a garlic dip, instead I was given sweet icing dip for my pizza and said they would not be long bringing the missing items took over an hour to come by that time the pizza was cold.

My pepperoni passion was absolutely not up to scratch. It should have 4 slices of pepperoni per slice, in reality some slices had only a half. The cheese beneath the meat was lacking, there was a large area where it was simply sauce then crust. This made the pizza very dry and bland, completely unenjoyable. The double cheese on top was also very small, completely burnt and each individual piece of cheese visible. When I contacted the branch to inform them of this, they told me that I was mistaken, and that is how that pizza should be. If this is how it should be, I definitely wouldn’t order here again. Especially since I know for a fact it shouldn’t be this was as I used to work for a dominos branch. I was told next time I ordered I would be given free garlic bread, excellent, not only is my meal ruined, but if I actually want my compensation I will have to spend more money here, something I certainly do not want to do. Delivery driver was friendly enough, only reason I would say it’s a one star place, that guy deserves a raise. Very dissatisfied, not at all the quality the brand has shown me at my previous outlet. Do not recommend one bit.

Professional service. Very nice staff. Just young and smiling people. The only place you can order fresh food at any time. While you make your request from the phone and they're already knocking you at the door. Always offer you good drinks or a dessert if I call on the phone. Greetings for the built service label

I order a family meal and when it arrived there was 3 wedges in the box and i rang to ask why she said i was lying so i spoke to manager and she hung up with 5 seconds

Delivery driver couldn't even be bothered to get out of the car to knock on the door.

Delivery driver ignored my driver instructions. What's the point in having that if it's going to be ignored anyway? Not only that, but the driver who delivered it was stereotypically foreign and rude. They will illegally use your phone number for marketing and spam you with text messages, even when opting out. This of course won't be a problem if your phone supports call and message blocking. However, they will try to get past this by using different numbers to send texts. It takes a few numbers to block, but once you've blocked them all then you're sorted.

My experience BAD ,apart that what they calling pizza has more to do cheap ingredients ,electric oven and poor customer service!!! Don’t bother to contact head office they are same sophisticated for money making !!! Don’t worry dominos you have lost another customer, with pleasure I will go to my local italian pizza :)

Called up to order - was rushed through my order. Told them I didn't want tomato sauce on the garlic pizza bread and pizza - had to state this twice as the person on the phone was trying to rush my order. They agreed no tomato sauce on them. Garlic Pizza bread arrived with tomato sauce, called the office and they called me a liar! Stated that I never asked for it without tomato sauce and if I wanted a replacement I would have to wait almost another hour. Asked to speak to the manager and the man on the phone got angry and said that I lied when the call was taken - I told him if it was recorded to re-listen to it and he refused, just said I was wrong. I asked for the food quicker so we can all eat together - he said no. I asked if there would be a apologetic gesture of a free drink or something for the fact it would be almost two hours before I had my full meal. He stated no as it was my fault and I would just have to wait. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and argumentative - avoid at all costs. Customer service from Pizza Hut and Papa Johns are much better, they have faster delivery and none of them have messed up my order or shouted at me down the phone!

Well, there was fair where you could buy your 1pound coupon for a small pizza so i bought , after finding out that there was a deadline on the collection of the pizza i showed up 15 minutes later and they told me i couldn't get inside. I understand that deadline is a deadline but i don't think 15 minutes are too much.

Ordered pizza for 40 children 24 hours before the event, turned up 25 minutes late, died out, burnt and cool would not recommend this outlet! When this was discussed with the area manager for the franchise (Sharhid) he wasn't bothered or supportive in anyway just happy to take your money!

My friend ordered a hawaiin pizza. And got a mighty meaty. For 1 she's allergic to mushrooms so made sure she said no mushroom on the hawaiin. Not only was the pizza late after being delivered to the wrong address the first time. When we phoned to tell the person about the mix up we spent 10 minutes on hold for a manager to speak to the same person as before we went on hold. Then had no apologies offered. No offer for a new pizza as the pizza was late and wrong. So I ended up telling them in should at least receive a good will gesture to which I got told nothing could be offered. So my friend is now left hungry and waiting for a refund.... Haven't ordered from domins.be for this evening and certainly won't be ordering again. Very Rude unapologetic staff. And a big lack of customer service. What happen to customer alway ls right????

What a adventure of a night ! Thanks to the domino team !! Specially to a gentleman called Leo he saved me my child and mrs and our night ! He definitely deserves employee of the month !! Ordered Pizza and Caesar Salad. Driver arrived without any Caesar Salad. Only after asking about it did he say he was going to go back and bring the missing Caesar Salad. I receive a call later apparently to find out that the store is out of Caesar Salad, so I ask for a refund instead. He said they will refund it tonight and then it would take a few days for the refund to be processed by the bank. After a week, I had to make 4 different calls to the store to find out where my refund was. Each time they said they would call me back later, each time they did not. Only after contacting the Domino's franchise HQ did the store refund me. If something goes wrong with your order, expect horrible customer service.

Fast Freindly service A few times tho the topping has just slid of the base as i picked it up But i been back several times since I order online and its always ready within 2 minutes After collection time

Always choose for asap delivery. Aware that it takes time for the food to cook but when it says the food is out for delivery I don't expect to be waiting up to an hour for it to arrive and then have lukewarm pizza and stone cold garlic bread. I don't order constantly but at least once a month and this is a recurrent issue.
