Ordered on a Saturday night for 16 people. The order was correct and service was really fast and the pizzas were roasting, fantastic service.

I have ordered tandoori chicken thin crust pizza and i got the damaged pizza, mostly the pizza got on the floor then i phoned the store to complain then the guy named roshan who was very rude to me , he spoke to me like i was trying to stealing the free pizzas. Again i sended the pics through email then he reordered the new pizza. And he sended the same delivery guy Morris to my door. He was very angry this time, he intentionally damaged again. I will uploaded the second picture which was the second pizza which was delivered second time, and he went away. Again i called them then the guy roshan not at all helpful to customer. Which was very painful. I used to order 4-5 times every week from the same store . I was their regular customer and this time the roshan try to teach me like this all they can do when we ordered thin crust pizza. How can the driver made the same mistake with same pizza also the same customer in the same time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Their customer service is unbelievable.

First Dominos pizza I've ever had.... And Roshan you done me proud. Tandoori chicken, spicy sausage and pepperoni....wow wow and wow again. Delicious!

Absolutely shocking how bad this place has become. Used to be really nice pizza but whoever runs it now needs to take note. We ordered 2x pizzas and a side Sunday evening. Delivery was good around 30 mins 👏 but the pizza was awful. Chicken/ham/pineapple thin base/crust. Yes it was thin but come on virtually non existent. Finding cheese at all was a challenge. Chicken bone dry. Edible just, enjoyable no. Extremely disappointed at how bad its become. I certainly won't be back.

Quick delivery however Pizzas very soggy ,no taste at all . Wouldn’t order from this store again. Very disappointed . what a waste.

Bad experience disqualified, i ordered delivery and i paid 2GBP extra for it and once, the ordered confirmed they said its ready for collection, when i called they couldn't help with anything they said not our business come and collect it, what a service is this ??

16/05/24 . I went to dominos today to have pizza at Edinburgh drylaw . Normally I ordered chicken and jalapenos. To collect there. But . I got plain jalapenos pizza. But I called them. They send me new pizza anyway thanks

I got food poisoning here. The night was spent on the toilet like it was a rollercoaster. I got food poisoning. Don't ever come.

I am really disappointed with food safety and hygiene. I had ordered Vegetarian Pizza and I have received pizza in which I found pepperoni piece in it. I had reached to store customer service. They said sorry, further added, It might be dropped mistakenly. How it can you make such mistake. I am pure vegetarian and How can I get such service and such a food quality. This incident spoiled my dinner and my religion sentiments as well. This would be my last order from this store, If I wont get another store nearby, then I will not going to order pizza from domino’s. Such a disappointment from the store and its team. Refund and Sorry doesn’t work always.

Always ordered here, sometimes it can be great and others not so, this time it was great very hot, dough was just right crispy and soft ar the same time , ordered half and half cheese burger, lasagna , carbonara, all were tasty but the cheeseburger one had a bit tooo much sauce and pickles it was very sour , had stuff crust which was nice too , quick delivery too, and easy to order on app as they also have deal on there as well

Delivery is always quick and drivers are polite, but hands down the worst dominos in Edinburgh they consistently scrimp on the toppings. When you ask for double cheese it arrives like a normal pizza should do it’s almost like they are on a bonus to cut back on cheese and toppings. Have ordered numerous times and compared to other domino’s in Edinburgh it’s the worst by a country mile

I’ve ordered from here several times. It’s hit and miss, generally very quick delivery and good service. Toppings incorrect sometimes and the cooking is inconsistent. Our latest order was very doughy (undercooked inside) and had the wrong sauce. Prices have skyrocketed in the last year or so.

Absolutely shocking got the wrong order phoned up the guy on the phone couldn't even understand a word shouldn't have people working there if can't understand the language

10/ 10 expierence Roshan explained the menu and the best deals we could get including my friends vegetarian requirements making it the most cost effective , tasty meal for us both Thank you so much will be back soon for the amazing customer service!!! Thanks Roshan! :D

Food is always fresh and tasty! There was a small overlook at one of my orders, which once reported was dealt with quickly, politely and professionally.

The store is quite good and the employees are so polite they maintain a good atmosphere.

worst dominoes ever tried, side arrived cold and soft not crunchy awful. the cheeseburgher pizza was missing a topping... the burgher sauce!

Staff don't have a clear understanding of their own deals So know what offers are available before hand

Not like it used to be the pizza is poorly made. It is never consistent as ut is never the same. Uneven spreading of the sauce on the base of the pizza. Sometimes too much sauce makes it over powering and ruins the base.Toppings aren't spread out its as if they are thrown on. Why have the staff who do not care and sometimes can be challenging, who need customer training. Staff who don't know how to put the toppings or sauce. Lack of customer service 😒 unfortunately, and it times are rude.

Pizza was very tasty, and was made exactly when it said it would. Collection was easy and quick. Everything was prepared exactly how it was meant to, and that was with a Create Your Own pizza. I will never give Domino's a 5* until they bring back Half and Half. There's no Covid excuse that excludes this being done. It's just ridiculous it was ever taken away. Parking is sometimes a bit hairy, but that's not Domino's problem, that's just the bad drivers in the area.

No mushrooms.. such a simple order. Today order pizza, paid extra for burger sauce and like can be seen on the picture no sauce.. why do you pretend to have quality check when every single time something is wrong with the order??

This one's a bit hit or miss. Seems to really depend on who's making the pizza. We've had to make quite a few complaints because food has been abysmal, broken, upside down, just rotten, or in the case of the Garlic pizza bread, most often looks like it's been made by a 5 year old. That said when it's good, it's good!

used to be my go to but changed to papa johns cuz they give muchh more for the same price and have points system

Really fast delivery usually within 20 mins even during lockdown. Pizza quality is nice so a good option to have something different for a change if sick of cooking.

Always piping hot and super quick delivery. Excellent food and never miss a beat with the order. Have never dealt with the store direct but use their online order process and it's perfect.

Easily the best Dominos, always deliver on time or early and it's always hot and delicious. Drivers are polite as well, doesn't even compare to the shambles of Pizza Hut. Keep up the good work guys!

Abrupt and unhelpful manner of person who "served" me plus the cost was £2. 50 more expensive and a smaller pizza than Samsun sell a few doors down. Has put me off ever getting a pizza from here again. Lesson learned.

So I placed an order with a friend and decided to sit in the car and wait. We are parked facing the shop at the front, looking onto the counter. It took us a minute but we realised that the guy decided to start picking his nose and ate it, at this point we are disgusted, until he decided to instantly start kneeding our dough WITHOUT washing his hands. Pizza was good will not be back.

Total rip off. A real joke shop of amateurs. What a waste of money I ordered 2 large pizzas online Chicken and sweetcorn and a pulled pork and chipolte. When they turned up they looked nothing like the picture like they had about 6 grams of chicken on one and about 6 grams of pulled pork on the other. After phoning up to complain. I was told by the immigrant i spoke to that the best he could do is make a note of it the next time I ordered which obviously would be never again. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were too busy making pizzas. I said I would hold as it was important and they left me hanging for 10 minutes before dropping the call. I tried for a while to get through and they would not answer. What a bunch of rip off merchants.

Ordered a Caesar salad. They sent me a pack of rocket and some coleslaw. Told me they didn't know what I expected them to do. Then told me I got free juice. The juice came with the meal deal. Put me on hold and never answered the phone again. Shocking service.

Wonderful place to order pizza.

I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza with red onion. I was asked how I was going to pay, I said cash. I then got a knock at the door the guy was standing with the pizza. I only had a £50 pound note the delivery driver said I only have £10 change. I told him you better phone the shop then. He came back up after getting more change and tried to short change me by £9 pounds. I had to then drive to the store give them the money i had been given to get the change i should have been given in the first place shocking service. Will not be using them again pizza hut will now be getting my business after this.
