Didn’t hear the bell and then it’s gone… Went to collect and there was nothing for me…

Ok so if you want a good pizza from dominoes Edenbridge what you do is go to the supermarket, buy a pizza and any extra toppings you want. Go home and cook the pizza and instantly it will be better than anything that is produced from the shop. You can also get a bottle of wine included in the price!! I have had wrong toppings, cold pizza, uncooked pizza and turned up to not having my order made. I’ve had enough and feel I have given enough opportunities so will not be returning.

The whole point of it being takeaway means not having to cook the almost raw pizza when you get home. Everything else was cooked but just the pizza was undercooked as the cheese hadn’t even melted.

Ordered takeaway. Pizza arrived in no time at all and hot. Nice one!!

Order didn’t arrive! No reply on store Phone. Sent email complaint, they asked for me to accept their apology. Well I won’t 🤷‍♂️ Waiting for my refund

This is the worst dominoes I’ve ordered from. Food is either cold, wrong order, minimal cheese, minimal toppings, burnt etc. I’ve only managed to get a good order once. Led me into a false sense of security that they would actually get it right!

Everytime I order there's a 50% chance they will make it incorrectly, clearly inept workers, don't get how hard it is to read the order on a screen; I shouldn't have to cross my fingers everytime, especially with the extortionate prices. The amount of times they can check it as well, its pathetic. So annoying its the only late takeaway around. Other than that normal Domino's standard.

Whoever is preparing the pizza has seriously upped their game! The toppings were literally symmetrical, real pride had been used which resulted in probably the best domino's pizza I've ever had. My order arrived hot and within reasonable time

Edenbridge town Domino's they keep messing up I know it's a busy day but this is not the first time it happened I don't want any compensation I just want what I order is that to much to ask now I have to wait another half an hour for my side it's just a waste of time

one of the biggest delivery areas to cover means longer waiting times; averaging between 45min to an hour and obviously longer on busier nights. Staff work themselves to death get pizzas out fresh and deserve more credit then they're getting!

My large pizza (for about £20 with the deal applied) was only 30cm - advertised as 34cm. It wasn’t packaged correctly (no bag) so the condensation from the drink dripped all over the box, making it very much “not warm” when it arrived. The main sauce of the ONE pizza I ordered was missing and (probably due to the temperature) the pizza tasted dry. Manager was condescending and abrupt, and I really wasn’t happy with a £5 voucher. If it were ‘cheap and cheerful prices’ you might get away with this sloppy service. But when you charge a premium (apparently a pizza is worth £40 without a voucher), the order should be right. Not barely acceptable. I deserved a refund, but will instead settle for NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

If i could give 0 I would. I ordered my food and on their tracker it said it was being quality checked for 30 minutes, I called and questioned this and was told it was the next delivery (8:18pm), then the tracker said it had been delivered (8:38pm) of which it hadn't. I called again and was told it had left the shop at 8:34pm (I live 2 minutes drive from the shop) and it would be with me in 2 minutes, It finally arrived at 8:46. and was stone cold. Not surprising as it had been sat since 7:48 in the shop... I called and asked for a refund, and they said I would get an email notifying me of the refund and they would come back and collect the food. I have not received the email and it is now 10pm and they have not turned up to collect the food. I am now going to bed. I did use them once a week my hours one day a week start at 7am and finish at 10pm, but last week when I ordered the order never arrived and I was so hungry at the end of working I had to go down and get it because they told me they had sent the driver home..... Never going back

I placed an order for 7 pizzas and 5 sides. It was delivered on time and the food was excellent. Couldn't ask for more!

Ordered several times, each time the food was over done. They need to bring in a manager who knows what they are doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered a pizza tonight to give Edenbridge domino's one last chance to get the order right. Ordered a texas bbq specifically because I don't like the tomato sauce and got a complete different pizza with our order printed on the side, tried to contact but no answer. This place must have complete id**ts working there as they can't seem to get anything right. Never ordering again..

Twice we had really poor food. Put the first down to a bad day. Second we contacted customer support who was not interested. The food was inedible. The bread was tough and hard to eat. The toppings looked off. Dominos has gone really downhill whist putting up their prices.

Called 5 times didn’t answer called again and they answered jsut to hang up on me and not answer when I called back

Pizza that was for a vegetarian arrived with meat on it, then was told would have to wait a hour then after a hour and a half was told was also get a £10 off as was taking so long (never got that) so ended up eating super late and didn't feel like they cared at all

Just got my pizza delivered cold and toppings were barely visible. £17.89 for what could only be described as cold biscuit ! Your better off making toast at home. 1 out of 10 was generous

What a total disgrace! Ordered online and waited. After 90 minutes nothing had arrived so tried the store and told that delivery was 2.5 hours! She tried to put me on to the Manager who put the phone down.

Absolutely disgusting, chicken pizza was more like Margarita and burnt! Every time we’ve gone it’s awful 😢 waste of money will never go again ever.

Worst customer service, the food came and one pizza was missing. They said there was nothing they could do and to contact head office at 9pm on a Saturday night. Do not use this dominoes you pay for a service you do not receive.

Quick and friendly service, fast delivery

We order pizza and a few chicken sides, my girlfriend opened her box of chicken stripes to discover a long blonde hair. (It's not my girlfriends as she has red hair) we called dominos to tell them what we had found and to see if they could do anything and they told us that it could be a manufacturer issue. They then said they would send someone to pick up the chicken stripes and they would give us a coupon for a free side in the future, this never happened. Nobody showed up and no voucher was given. It felt like they said it just to silence us so I'm posting this review to make everyone aware.

Pizza missing toppings, unhelpful staff that give you incorrect info regarding a credit, sneakily over charge, extremely rude (store manager??) Abbey. Poor customer service. Absolutely awful, if I could I'd give them 0 stars

Waited over half an hour for one large pizza that we had ordered ahead on the app because they gave the pizza to someone else. No apology what so ever. Not my first bad encounter with Dominoes Edenbridge

Pizza arrived and wasn’t cooked on one half, completely raw dough, called to explain to be told it is because there is bbq sauce on the pizza and that will make it look uncooked..... pretty sure I know what raw dough looks and tastes like. Was offered an exchange if we hadn’t consumed a slice, again unsure how we could realise it wasn’t cooked until trying some but hey, no resolution , no refund and no pizza wouldn’t reccomend gone so down hill.

Hung up on us and refused to answer phone again as we couldn’t order online (new build so address didn’t come up).

Really good delivery radius and food always turns up piping hot.

Consistently disappointed with this domino's

Staff are extremely rude and un helpful, my pizza arrived cold and only half of the pizza had cheese on it! When I phoned up to ask for a refund I was told no and rudely hung up on. Very very disappointed this is not the kind of service you would expect from a large company such as dominions, save you money make cheese on toaste at least then you will have some chesee!

Was not up to their usual standard. Wont be using them again im afraid.

New management don’t have a clue

The quality of food is going down rapidly. Garlic pizza bread barely has any topping and tastes more like tomato sauce. (Used to be very good!) Some slices only make one bite. Vegetarian pizza had zero cheese and way too much sauce so pizza tasted only like tomato sauce. Topping is mainly in the middle and not spread evenly. If Mr Domino's found this he would be very disappointed. We used to love them and ordered about 4 times a month, now it's once once every two month and the experience is putting us off.

I WILL NEVER EAT DOMINOS AGAIN! just phoned for a delivery, time-16:30, only to be told they dont deliver to me, well that's funny, you did 3 weeks ago! And countless times prior to that. Only to be made worse by the monotone condescending voice on the end of the phone just repeating that they dont deliver to this area (BUT YOU HAVE AND YOU DOOOO!) Well dominos, you have just lost out on an easy £50 and a customer for life. Luckily Ozzies had much better people skills.

So... I call to order a takeaway to be told they dont deliver to my village in Cowden (4 miles away) but do deliver to Oxted and Hurst Green (8 miles away) ... the funny thing is they have delivered to me numerous times previously. Management feeling lazy tonight??

Waited OVER TWO HOURS for our pizza. Were repeatedly told it was on its way, no communication whatsoever or calls from the driver asking for directions. Appalling.

Delivered to my door hot and in no time at all. Good menus choice with sufficient options to satisfy anyone. Great for those days where you just can be bothered.

I've ordered from the edenbridge store in the past and have been left frustrated after a long wait and badly prepared food,last night however the food arrived on time and was cooked to perfection.. great job

Pizza nachos and cookies stone cold, burnt and dry. Bloody horrendous. Never again.

Order wasn't ready when I arrived to collect. Was told it had to be remade and was in oven. Manager was polite and apologetic, but was constantly chastising the group of what appeared to be school kids working the kitchen. All I heard from the kitchen was swearing, "innit mate" and laughter. Pizza's were correct, but badly made. Not impressed at all, it's the only pizza place for some distance, so I will visit again... hoping for a significantly better experience.

Ordered a large and medium pizza with a bunch of sides, arrived in 25 minutes still hot. Was a lunch time too, excellent service 👌

Have now been waiting over an hour and a half for two pizzas, I live literally two minutes away from the store. This is a regular occurrence and pizzas usually arrive cold or look as if they have been dropped. If dominos are unable to deliver their pizzas on time then perhaps they should reduce the size of the area they deliver to. NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM HERE

What an absolute disgrace. Ordered online for delivery at 17.55. According to the app letting you know how your food is going it said it was out for delivery at 18.25. I phoned the shop at 18.53 to see where it had got to and was told about how busy they were as it was a Friday night but the driver was 4 minutes away and if it hadn't arrived by then to call back. I called back at 19.10 and without getting a word in was placed on hold being told they were busy. I then got my wife to call why I was still on hold and they answered to take an order from her, while I was still on hold! They soon realised that it was us but it was at this point our food arrived and we hung up as I needed to leave for work. It was cold and had to be reheated so it was edible. I shall be going down tomorrow to see the manager as I've no time before work or I'd be doing it now. For over £33 that was the worst eating experience I have ever endured. Plus the guy on the phone kept referring to me as "mate". I'm fairly sure we have never met so how he felt comfortable calling a stranger that I'm not sure.

Don't ask for delivery. The website shows how long it sits in 'quality control'. The order before only had partial delivery. Not the first time. This time ended up picking it up for myself and it was as expected - cold. Offered 50% off - again. The first time I was offered that, it mysteriously never showed up on the system. Offered it again this time. Doubt it will be on there by the time we order again either. Save yourself the time and just pick it up.

Cannot believe the lies you listen to when they are answering the phones . Useless staff seem to have no idea what they are doing. Only thing they do well is take the money then leave you waiting forever .

Ordered pizza 3hrs later still not arrived. Not the 1st time this has happened. Disgusting service.

Terrible delivery service. Ordered 3 pizzas on a Friday early evening. After more than 1h 30' the pizzas were out for delivery but the 1st delivery guy failed to deliver, got lost, and by all accounts eventually gave up without returning our call. 5 calls to Dominoes Edenbridge and the customer service was poor, the information misleading. Eventually Pizzas were sent out with a 2nd delivery guy (who was competent) and we received them 3 hours after ordering - when all the children were asleep anyway (hungry). Delivery - appalling. Edenbridge office - poor. Avoid.

Just awful service! It’s been an hour and 20 minutes so far .... called in and was told it was leaving in 5 minutes .... 15 minutes ago! My local Dominos are amazing- Edenbridge? Would never use again

Worst pizza shop on the planet by far. Run entirely by miserably trained teenagers with no idea about customer services or processes. If you are thinking about ordering from here then plan well in advance and drive somewhere else. Avoid like the plague.

SHOCKING!!! Absolutely SHOCKING!!! Will never use again! Waited over an 1h 45min tried calling 5 times never answer so had to order dinner elsewhere! Drove all the way down there for a refund and not an ounce of an apology!! AVOID!

Shockingly poor service. After over an hour waiting, phoned in and they had no clue what order I was talking about. Had to ask around the shop, and then came to the phone saying it was still waiting for them to finish another order before sending out... Called again 15 minutes later (that's how far away the drive is) and it still hadn't left.

Sauce was a bit different than other dominos and also prices seemed a couple of pound more than essex stores

Poor delivery service, order showed as delivered on the app for 30 minutes prior to the order actually arriving. Called them 6 times and the call rang off each time. Not good at all. Refused the order when it eventually arrived an hour and 30 minutes later.

Last time I’ll order from this branch. Every time without fail, deliver has taken between an hour 15 to an hour 45 minutes and arrived cold. Tonight it arrived cold, one pizza was different to the order online and even on the box. Good luck to anyone looking for a quick delivery and warm food...

Edenbridge dominos is absolutely terrible and should not be used. Every time I have ordered from there I have had to wait nearly 2 hours for deliveries.

Ordered here twice - Waited over an hour. WASTE OF TIME! GOOD NIGHT! This is another edit: Its been over 2 hours and still no food. Written a formal complaint to head office.

I very recently moved to Edenbridge from West Wickham (BR4 9EH). I used to be a regular customer at the West Wickham branch so thought I would try the one in Edenbridge. I tried to ignore all the negative comments and just hoped for the best. I ordered a Veg-a-Roma as I always do. I was very clear on the phone and they didn't query it. When it arrived and I opened the box, it was a totally different pizza with goats cheese and really hot chillis. Disgusting basically. I rang them up and asked them what had happened and, it turns out, there's now a pizza called simply 'Roma' ( which is this one) and the Edenbridge branch have never heard of a Veg-a-Roma and it does not appear on their online menu. They didn't even seem very concerned on the phone and I just gave up in the end they didn't even seem very concerned on the phone and I just gave up in the end. They said they could make me a Veg-a-Roma but then they proceeded to ask me what the ingredients were?? Apparently, the managers' name is Ashley. Well I suggest Ashley starts to get his act together and checks out the horrendous reviews online as they've now also lost a NEW customer. All these people can't be wrong and I wish I'd listen to them when I read the reviews initially and didn't waste my time!

Shocking service and waiting times for food. We never trust the delivery service even though we are 5 mins down the road. Totally incapable management running this place. Make sure you collect from this store and even if you do, be prepared to wait much longer than the average dominoes.

Terrible delivery service. Two and a half hours waiting for the pizza to arrive. We only live a few minutes drive from the high street so appalled by the time it took. If you live close, order by phone then pick up yourselves, but if you want it delivered..... Good luck !

Ordered from this branch twice now. First time had no ingredients on the pizza. Second time the order was not fully fulfilled, when I rang the branch, I was in the wrong!! Thanks for your "great customer service" Nick ( no second name) and Manager Ryan (no second name). I have sent a complaint off to head office.

No answer on the phone and I've been calling for 40 minutes. The tracker says enjoy your pizza... which I don't have and ordered an hour and a half ago! Absolute JOKE. You should lose the franchise. Tossers!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth risking ordering from here. I'm still wAiting for our delivery and it's been 1.5 hours so far. It's been out for delivery for over 40 minutes already so I'm not sure what it will be like when/if it finally arrives! My children are hungry so might go and make them something else for dinner.

Absolutely appalled with the service i received from this store. My pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and I never once received even a single appology during the many phone calls i had to make whilst waiting. Would highly suggest people avoid using this store as this isn't the first time i have had troubles (which is why i decided to write this review)
