Domino's Pizza - Dursley in Stroud

Ordered a large chicken pizza and it was barely even cooked, the base was soggy and actually wet in places. The cheese hadn't even completely melted. Probably won't ever order from this Dominos again because it's been bad every time. Chucked most of it in the bin, what a waste of money.

Is this acceptable paying a £40+ takeaway and your pizza coming like this , plus the fact I asked for stuffed crust and sweetcorn , yes it’s stuffed but on a thin crust? And I can’t seem to see 1 single piece of sweetcorn on the pizza. Not always a bad delivery from dominoes in Dursley but this time not impressed.

we ordered three of the same pizzas and only 2 came after an hour the hat to wait another hour and a half on a thursday night for the third pizza to come. it was because the manager wasnt in apparently.

this is the second time my order has been messed up, the first time id ordered for collection they’d given my food to another customer ( i knew this because i overheard the phone call) the staff did not tell me this personally, as it said it was ready to collect then they just told me to wait as it ‘wasn’t ready yet’ the second time (today) id ordered food for delivery and instead of giving me the food id ordered they’d replaced it with garlic bread without telling me, i tried to ring the shop multiple times but no answer, so went down to the shop for them to tell me they had no wedges or fries and that i should’ve been told it had been swapped, and only offered me a refund, considering the price of the food i wouldn’t recommend. also the portion sizes vary from day to day, sometimes there’s more cheese on the wedges, and sometimes there is barely any, very hit or miss.

Look at this utter trash. Do not use this store. terrible service and terrible pizza. Disgusting

Where do I start... We waited the estimated time for it to not be delivered and on the app it said it had been delivered. Rang them up and said there was a issue was going to be another 15 minutes (not the end of the world) But then the pizzas arrive and what can I say you can see the cheeseless pizza below granted it was half eaten as I was hungry and couldn't be bothered to ring them up again. Not only did it not have much cheese it was also cold. Next we move onto the loaded chips which were a small handful for £6!!! And they were pretty much raw. To top it off the cookies were slightly burnt which is sad because they are normally banging. They person I was speaking to on the phone was nice and I will admit my partners pizza was decent just cold👌🏼

Ordered from here a few times now. Every time has been good except for one where they got a pizza wrong but this was quickly replaced and they offered an additional side as compensation which was a nice gesture. Certainly has better Pizza than the local takeaway, but thats to be expected considering that Dominos is an international business. Though the prices are quite high, only really worth it if they've got good offers on through the app.

The only takeaway in Dursley I can use because they do gluten free vegan and vegetarian I need all 3 to eat safely this place is fantastic the food is beautiful I love it

Cold pizza, because this branch is literally incompetent chaos in slow motion... for the second time in a row. Food was supposed to be ready in 9-14mins, took 34 because they're not capable of doing orders that have sides. I watched our order go to status 'ready', and the back kitchen only then shouting for someone to put the side order in to cook (specifically mentioned my name/order). Three other people with single pizzas came and went ahead of ours. They're also gaming their internal SLAs by taking orders off the board before the food is delivered. Me and two other guys all were stood around waiting with our names taken off the screen wondering what was going on (faking faster average times for head office no doubt). The motorbike delivery guy is also a piece of work, screaming in front of me whilst I was parallel parking and blocking me in so i couldn't straighten up. It took three moves to get out because of this prize 'A' move (I have 360 cameras/sensors, someone without wouldn't have gotten out) Top job all round. Head office needs to get back on site.

Busy at collection time on a Friday night but very well organised staff kept everything running smoothly. Order was perfect. Prices have definitely crept up, but such is life after Truss

Really poor. Ordered online to collect was told 22mins. Got to the shop, waited over a hour and had to cancel. Manager never really seemed to care. Can't understand why they take orders and money and can't fulfil them. Dominos sent me a code for a free pizza as a sorry and it never worked. Not great. Have given them a second go and now delivered the wrong pizza.

Terrible asked for plant based and was given a pizza with actual cheese on.🤬🤬

I had to wait a very long time an the food was midrange but it is a takeaway so as to be expected

We ordered via the Domino's App which gave a handy update on the progress of order. Order was ready to collect within 15 minutes. Staff polite on collection. Order was for 2 large "thin & crispy" pizzas. Excellent product. Our only gripe - no extra discount for Blue Light Card holders . . . although it is given in other Domino's branches. I questioned this via Domino's Customer Services team whose reply was that . . . "extra discount for Blue Light Card holders is given at the discretion on the branch franchisee." Come on guys, you have a fire station almost opposite you, a police station just up the road and lots of NHS staff from Stroud, Gloucester and Cheltenham hospitals who live locally. An extra 20% would be great, but 10% is better than nothing.

Couldn't wait to order a Domino's in Dursley, it's been a long time coming. Order came within an hour, delivered by a friendly driver. And being a bit of a pizza connoisseur the pizza was pretty good, I think there is room for improvement, but hey it was the first day. Looking forward to ordering again.

Really disappointed, have been looking forward to Domino's opening in my local town for a while. Ordered via app at 17.38, called to chase almost 2 hours in and told another 20 - 30 minutes. Phoned again almost 4 hours in and cancelled. I appreciate it was the first day but no apologies, no explanations both times I called. Apparently my money should be back in bank in three days. It will be a long time before I order a delivery again.

Took around 1 hour and 30 minutes to prep can't complain though as it is the opening day. Food was smashing even though the prices were slightly on the expensive side. Extremely worth the wait and would 100% go again.
