Domino's Pizza - Cockermouth in Allerdale

I’ve eaten Domino’s in several countries and two continents and always found them reliable until yesterdays pizza. My large pizza was slightly smaller than normal, but worst of all, there was barely any topping, thinly spread over a smaller surface area than usual.

This place is an absolute joke, we have ordered food to be delivered twice once it was 2 hours late, the second it was 90 minutes late. The in store collection is no better, food ordered for a set time, app notified that the food was in the oven only to arrive and find that it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes. Staff look like they can’t cope, won’t be going back.

Half order made so had to wait for the whole order to be cooked again. A long wait with tired children didn't make up for the free chicken bites. Burnt cookies to top it off ... and expensive...

Due before 7pm. I am still waiting at 7:20pm. They said I got bumped back because of the number of orders! Showing I have another 10 minutes ... absolutely terrible service and will never order again from here.

Understaffed disgrace. Staff are great but completely overwhelmed with orders and delivery. If you don't have the staff don't open! Loads of people waiting and pizzas eventually made but lukewarm.

Average pizza. Nice but not much better than a premium supermarket pizza. Is expensive if they don't have offers on.
