It let me order food on the app at 10pm, it even says they close for carry out at 11 but they canceled my order and said they close at 10. It says 11 on their website and I’ve ordered carry out from the same location after 10 multiple times before. I’m being gaslight by the dominos workers

I've literally just ordered from here off just eat the order was accepted, when delivery time came it never showed, then got told it closed at 10pm, if that's the case update your times utterly disappointed

I am absolutely disgusted by the service i have received by this Domino’s. I ordered a pizza and wings on Wednesday the 1st of November and I received the WRONG items and the food itself was cold. If that wasn’t bad enough, when i reported what happened I was treated with disrespect and wasn’t taken seriously. Will never order from here again xxxxx

Got the wrong order, didn't get my drink and driver drove to the wrong location. Was made to stand out in the rain for 10 minutes. Asked for a refund not once but twice and still nothing. Will not be ordering dominos in the near future, at least the driver was nice which is the only redeeming factor keeping this from a 1-star review

So where do we begin, we waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the front door. Then once losing our patiecence of not being acknowledged along with the rest of the queue…. At least 5 separate parties… to be told we have to wait for an other hour for any service at all, even though everyone in the queue had a reservation… we all had bookings… this is mad…. Why is hove pizza express so troubled that they can’t serve the customers who are actually booked…. We were told understaffed however the UBer and deliveroo queue was clearly being served. So obviously we walked out… the people in front walked out and the people behind walked out, the whole queue had to walk out. What a massive Joke this place is!

Bar staff, particularly the manager, were rude and condescending. Focused on making a profit from the tourist trade rather than offering good service, manners and decency to customers. Better and more welcoming pubs nearby.

Leaving a review for the first time because I usually order a footlong once a week and for the past month every single sandwich I’ve received has been basically empty. In the past my sandwiches have always been full to the brim with whatever meat I’ve chosen, now I feel like I’m just eating bread. I don’t know who has been making these sandwiches but they’re awful, selfish, stingy and shouldn't even be working there. I’ve had enough, it’s disgusting and the staff are USELESS I’ve called a million times on different occasions and not once have they picked up. The staff should be ashamed.

We went for a bottomless lunch and it was fun. I wasn’t expecting the food quality to be the best, nor the customer service. The waiting staff were nice although one of them seemed a bit clueless and not that friendly. Tbh the main reason I've given 2 stars is because the guy making the food by the conveyer belt and was so rude. I asked for a dish that I hadn’t seen on the belt but was suppose to be included. So the waitress went to ask him and then he came over and chucked a random dish at us, muttered something then walked off. When he realised it was the wrong dish he said it’ll take 5 mins but proceeded to give us the wrong one again. The miscommunication isn’t the issue for me because it happens and as long as your nice it’s no problem for me. But he was not nice at all. I don’t know why you work in customer service if you seem so bothered for having to interact with customers. We came out to yo sushi having only one day off to receive that attitude towards us for no reason other than asking for a dish. Really strange and uncalled for. There was a lovely girl that chatted to us at the end though so we tipped her personally.
