Domino's Pizza - Brighton - Moulsecoomb in Brighton and Hove

Done £40 on two large pizzas - a garlic bread pizza and wedges - half and half pizza was ok - cheese and tomato pizza with pineapple and mushroom had hardly any cheese on it - wedges were soft and honestly felt like they not fresh and just luke warm - mini garlic pizza was tiny had hardly any thing on it - delivery guy was great no problems there at all but man - £40 not not not worth it and will never go back again

I love dominos. But it is unbelievable how inconsistent the pizza quality is at this location. My delivery orders have ranged from totally delicious to completely mediocre. Weird for a chain like this to be so unreliable but it really hasn’t stopped me from buying pizza here so they’re clearly doing something right. Great delivery drivers!!

Watch out, possible scam!! The food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. As someone who regularly orders food, I’ve never experienced such issues before. I pre-ordered a pizza hours in advance, and it would not have arrived if I hadn't called the restaurant. After the pizza was already significantly delayed, I called the restaurant manager, who told me that the driver was busy. After waiting even longer, I called again, and the manager then claimed they needed a number to process my order—something I was never informed of initially. They failed to contact me to request it, meaning I likely would never have received my order. The manager handled the situation in an uninterested and unprofessional manner. I don’t expect this kind of behavior from both Dominos and UberEats. Providing a number makes absolutely sense, but don’t let someone pay you money and then automatically not deliver the order. Trust the reviews before ordering here.

£4 lunch mean and a drink costed £6. when it said my food was ready i timed it and i had to wait another 3 minutes and 28 seconds. pizzas not even cooked properly

Delivery didn’t take too long which was good, unfortunately what arrived was simply not good enough. Far too much cheese and pretty much no tomato sauce, made for one of my worst domino’s experiences in years. Would not recommend

Worst pizza i ever had waste of money

disgusting service, ended the phone when we had a issue and acted like we ordered from the wrong place (we didn’t). asked for the manager and the worker impersonated as the manager, same voice and then when i asked for the ACTUAL manager he said he was outside? why is the manager outside instead of in the store. not 1, not 2 but 4 of us called and we all got the phone ended on us. if you can’t keep your attitude to yourself get out of a customer service job. Arjun, this man need to be fired.

Came to collect a pizza, said it was ready on the app and the tracker board inside. Waited 10 minutes before a member of staff even acknowledged us and spoke to us. No one said anything but kept looking and ignoring us when we tried to ask for our pizza. Then when they eventually acknowledged us, our pizza apparently wasn’t ready and we have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes even though it said it was ready. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable as the staff just stared at us and didn’t bother to ask if we needed something.

Had a takeaway good service usual dominos

This has got to be the worst Domino's, hardly any sauce, cheese or toppings.

It let me order food on the app at 10pm, it even says they close for carry out at 11 but they canceled my order and said they close at 10. It says 11 on their website and I’ve ordered carry out from the same location after 10 multiple times before. I’m being gaslight by the dominos workers

Very quick and courteous service

I've literally just ordered from here off just eat the order was accepted, when delivery time came it never showed, then got told it closed at 10pm, if that's the case update your times utterly disappointed

I am absolutely disgusted by the service i have received by this Domino’s. I ordered a pizza and wings on Wednesday the 1st of November and I received the WRONG items and the food itself was cold. If that wasn’t bad enough, when i reported what happened I was treated with disrespect and wasn’t taken seriously. Will never order from here again xxxxx

I ordered a thin crust basically got cheese on toast the pizza have no tomato sauce and hardly any cheese the garlic bread that I ordered only had cheese on one piece of it also the staff were also so rude

staff member openly, deliberately and repeatedly misgendered me and my friend. unexplained £2 price increase from as advertised. took like 15 minutes longer than they said it would

Got the wrong order, didn't get my drink and driver drove to the wrong location. Was made to stand out in the rain for 10 minutes. Asked for a refund not once but twice and still nothing. Will not be ordering dominos in the near future, at least the driver was nice which is the only redeeming factor keeping this from a 1-star review
