🚨 PLEASE AVOID THIS DOMINO'S 🚨 Disappointing Experience—Twice! I ordered from this Domino’s expecting a decent meal, but both times were a total disaster. The first pizza was a sad, soggy mess—the moment we opened the box, everyone in the room felt deflated. The dough was wet, the wedges tasted like cheap supermarket ones, and for the price, it felt like an absolute rip-off. After complaining, I was given a voucher in hopes of a better experience. Sadly, my second order was even worse. I tried a vegan pizza, and honestly, it could turn people back to eating meat. The cheese didn’t melt and looked like plastic, while the vegan meat was artificial and unappetizing. To make matters worse, Domino’s refused to refund my original order because it was over a year ago and they "couldn’t find it in their system." The complaint process was frustrating and deliberately difficult—they make it exhausting to even try. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again. 👎

Horrible service - I rang to ask to add drinks to my order, he hung up on me twice then proceeded to ignore the call when I rang back. Ignored my request for the drinks - didn’t send the link to pay for it, given the cost of the food - the service is appalling. In my opinion you should go elsewhere.

Shuwayb manager is useless. Do not order a tandoori chicken pizza from here (as you will only receive 3 small chicken strips on a large pizza or better yet do not order at all, as it is a waste of time and money. The customer service is also non existent. Assured we would receive a partial refund which did not happen.

They gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered on the app as normal went to pick up half and half cheese and onion pizza and pepperoni passion medium pizza and wedges there was 2 of us waiting staff gave my pizza to the the other customer I do hope Mason enjoyed this as we were given his rather hot Jalapeño pizza with gherkin and sweetcorn. I phoned and was told keep it and I can have a free pizza next time I asked for refund or replacement was told come back and pick it up so I requested again full refund as i was at home and was not getting taxi back to pick up, and was told they would remake and deliver to me which they did within 25 to 30 minutes this arrivedat at about 1.30am 2feb25. I was quite happy with that gave the driver back Masons pizza. The replacement pizza was ok so I was happy it's just unfortunate that I didn't check the name and that the staff don't check names either. I had ordered my taxi and that was waiting for me too. There is no atmosphere in a takeaway shop the staff seem like they don't want to be there either.

I recently ordered a medium Veggie Volcano pizza but received a small size instead. Additionally, there were no dips included with my order, which was disappointing. I havent paid £17 for the small pizza I’m quite dissatisfied with the service and would appreciate it if the store manager could contact me to address this issue

Ordered a gluten free pizza solid like a giant cookie half burnt paid £20 for a small gluten free pizza which was burnt and tasted like ritz cheddars not a great experience will not order again from here

Doesn’t deserve 1 star. They messed around with the food. Very unhygienic and should be closed down.

PLEASE WE AWARE! If you have allergies or are vegetarian please note the staff do not change gloves after applying ingredients. Went into store to pick up a margarita pizza and asked if the member of staff had used the same glove as making the meat pizza. He replied he had and couldn't keep changing gloves as he was the only one working. I was shocked. How can you state a vegetarian pizza is vegetarian when you have used the same gloves for a meat pizza. He was more than happy to point out there is cross contamination and if I had any issued contact customer service. I left the pizza and walked out. Not to mention there were other members of staff there, so the place wasn't understaffed. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

Deals are useless now. Giving less for more money

Ordered a large pizza and a garlic bread when opened the pizza had large bubbles and looked under sauced and cooked! The garlic bread had 1 out of 4 slices which had cheese an sauce on there the rest was a bubble when calling in to complain didn’t have the decency to even say sorry for having to wait for another delivery to come instead was worried if i had ate the pizza appalling customer service and the food delivered to me was even more appalling considering it was almost £25 New food came and still the pizza had small bubbles and the garlic bread was decent this time but was overloaded with garlic sauce making it disgusting the driver was worried about the old food an insisted to hand it over first like i was going to run away from my own house. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LAST TIME I GIVE THEM A PENNY!!!

We went in to order and we was told it was buy get one free but somehow the total was over 80 and the server was making out we was in the wrong when we questioned it

Delivery is always great apart from them arriving early when you've chosen a time. Food is always great. Collection, well the service could definitely be better when going in. You can be waiting around at times.

Delivery review only. Really inconsistent, had orders where the food has been spot on, and others where it was just rushed processed cardboard. Eventually gave up on them after a series of botched deliveries that took multiple calls to fix after corrected replacements arrived stone cold. A real pity

Easy parking in front of the shop. Straight forward order online and collect. Ready on time and nice food. No issues

Always really tasty pizza and sides! Only one time I had even been given a wrong order I let them know via phone and they kindly delivered the correct order immediately, completely for free and let me keep the incorrect one ( so good customer service ). My only critique would be the prices. It’s only worth buying if there’s deals available as the regular prices are quite expensive

To expensive for a personal pizza and wedges which is the smallest pizza they’re margarita and a coke £16 quid

These people are like robots. There's hardly any expressions on their faces and they move really slow like they dont care. Standing at the till waiting for somebody to come and serve me was very frustrating as they would just walk past the till area and not even look at me, not even a "hi, somebody will be with you soon". Customer service was really bad there but apart from that their foods ok. It dont take a chef to make a pizza though, a bunch of kids could do their job even better than them.

I ordered 2 personal pizzas and a portion of wedges for collection. Firstly..when I went in to this store to collect, I noticed someone making pizzas at the back and they were adding toppings on to a pizza base with no gloves on. Secondly.. the person that was serving the customer in front of me.. took their money and asked someone else to sort out their change.. but he went straight on to kneading the dough (from typing on the till and then holding the money) without washing his hands first or putting gloves on.. before touching the dough. Very unhygienic and off putting! Thirdly.. I brought my food home (I was in my car) and I only live down the road.. I expected piping hot food which it wasn’t.. it was just warm… and the wedges were soft instead of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Not impressed.. and for the cost that you pay.. I would expect a lot more!

Ordered two cheese burger pizzas for collection, got home and they were basic cheese and tomato. Last time I'll use this poor excuse of a pizzeria

Expensive for what it is. I wish the guy making the pizza would wear gloves. Don't fancy his skin etc in my dough.

Order online for collection. The app told me the pizza was ready for collection i went into the shop and still had to wait over 5 minutes for it to cook.

My order took over an hour from ordering to getting it. I live 5/6 minutes drive from the shop. The driver did a u turn half way through his orders and when I got my food it was Luke warm (due to the heat sealing bag they bring your food in).

Spent £30.00 on inedible food. Mexicana wedges just a mound of tasteless gungy mess, firey veg pizza, undercooked, anaemic and delivered squashed to the lid of the box. Wish I had checked it first before the miserable driver left. What a waste of money. This is the last order I will be placing . Glad these people can afford to lose business.

Really poor experiance, i ordered on the app. When I arrived there two other people waiting. Both had their orders done incorrectly. One said that he ordered but they told him his order had not gone through. The other said he ordered but had a pizza missing. Mine was ready when I got there but when I got home the order was wrong and they had put the pizzas in the wrong box. Not only that they but a meat pizza in the vegetable pizza box. They then told me I had to wait 30 minutes for a delivery. I decided to go and collect as my daughter didn't have anything to eat and the rest of the family were not going to eat while she had nothing. . When I got back, the offered me wedges for my inconvenience. Simply not good enough.

I ordered a half and half thin crust crispy base. One half cheeseburger the other being barbecue. The pizza was really nice except for the fact it was not hot on delivery. I called to let them know as I thought this was important. I was offered a free pizza and was told it would be logged on the system under my details. I did call back and take them up on their offer. The man I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful, nothing like the person speaking to me on the Saturday night. I was told I couldn’t have the pizza and to call back when the guy that had promised the pizza was working. I was meant to feel like I was trying to get free pizza! I wouldn’t use this location again. Plenty of other nicer people to take my call and hard earned cash that don’t deliver Luke warm pizza. If you like piping hot food AVOID

Not the first time they have done this, but again, they have said my pizza has been delivered then make me wait half an hour on top. Assumingly because they want their delivery score within Dominos to stay high. Ill just order Pizza Hut next time.

Ordered half chicken feast half sizzler. Completely messed up my order giving me ham and pepperoni on my pizza. Despite living further out they asked for me to come drop off the last pizza and collect a new one and when I explained my situation of not being able to leave the house they simply said we will provide a pizza on the house next time you order. I asked from a receipt of some sort of evidence. Refused to provide this then upon further contact refused this interaction ever took place.

AVOID!!! Unprofessional and totally a waste of money and time quality of pizza was very poor. Staff just chatting between themselves and serving customers after finishing their convo which i waited 3/4 minutes for them to finish whilst they had their backs towards me. Gave wrong pizza (MEAT! when i ordered vegi)and would not deliver correct pizza told me they are too busy and i have to collect myself, for which i had to wait another 15 minutes. The amount of negative reviews for this store dominoes need to take action!

Very poor quality of food and service. This was my Dominos of choice but the quality lately has dropped massively. Burned/crispy pizzas on two separate occasions now. The first time we were offered a refund but 2 months on, several emails and telephone calls and no refund as promised. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and low and behold another burnt pizza today! I haven’t even bothered to contact them this time because it’s not worth my time and energy.

Ordered £81 of food (2 large pizzas and some sides) on the website for a scheduled delivery time. Shop called me to say driver was outside, went out and he was not there. Called shop to be told they would sort it. Called 5 minutes later to find out what’s happening and told he left but would come back. Food arrived 25 minutes after scheduled delivery time and was barely warm. Driver said he was sat down the road in his car, not entirely sure how I was supposed to know that and he wouldn’t have seen my door either to know I was stood there. Also makes no sense as I have an open car park right outside my door which he parked on when he returned. He said he called me which he did not and the shop had no issue getting through to me. One the the large dips I ordered was wrong and the 2 garlic pizza breads had not been sliced for some reason. I know dominos is expensive before I order but for 81 quid for a take away I expect everything to be perfect, late, not prepared correctly, items incorrect and cold does not live up to the cost.

Seems to be 1 for 1 and another for another without being racist the managers point of view was his didn't care what was said by a white person... feel sorry for staff there he as no respect..... Also only one response to remarks a good manager would respond to every comment...

Chicken Kickers & Wedges 2 Frank's Hot Sauce Dips Orange Fanta. 06/01/22 First time ordering from this Domino's, it was a great experience, couldn't of asked for better. The pizza complied to all order notes, was fresh, warm and a lovely dough as the base. The wedges were all fully cooked, Fluffy and a crisp exterior, BUT those kickers! They are tasty, perfect textures and spice with the sauces. My delivery driver was also so lovely and polite and it made for just a 10/10 experience. Thank You All! Happy New Year! Update: 04/03/2022 Honestly, every time I order from here, being almost weekly now since my first ordering, it's always 10/10. Always take my calls about food requirements and are just really fast, reliable, tasty, fresh and friendly. Really like it, can't fault it at all. Definetly worth indulging in always. ❤️

Always order from here but today the pizzas which we received were burnt , overloaded with sauce . Wasn’t expecting this kind of service from Domino’s.

Absolutely delicious food but being vegetarian would not go here again as I have become aware that there is no segregation between the meat and non meat ingredients and prep areas. The vegetarian ingredients are cross contaminated in the making and comprises the food choice. Bad practice of food prep.

*Worst customer service and vile pizza I have ever had* First of all, I don’t write reviews at all but the experience I had recently has forced me to write one. I’m a huge dominos fan, but I was left extremely disappointed with the customer service and the food I received. So, I placed an order through website and rang the restaurant to cook my pizza 3 mins extra than usual time, the guy on the phone rudely said: No I won’t do that!!!! All I asked him was I like my pizza a bit extra cooked but he was so rude and couldn’t even speak English properly and he put the phone down on me! When the food arrived the driver couldn’t locate my address either, received a stone cold pizza which went straight into the trash bin. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as you’ll regret after losing your money and time.

Took over an hour to arrive during lunchtime period. No call to say delayed. Pizza was kept barely luke warm didn't bother to remake after driver had an accident and had to change car. Only offered extra sauce as compensation.

Food cold drive left food on slab driveway .Complaint and have said he would give a refund and collect the food I rang and informed them I have a ring doorbell so can prove she left it on the floor. She told her manager she handed it to my wife. I told him she was lying and would send the footage

Had a leaflet teling me they we open u til 12am today and could walk on an hour before, apparantly not as i coud not even open the door at just before 11. To which I assume the manager of the place started giving me the evil eyes, even though I was just folowing the leafet. Lying advertisements and disgusting staff and thats before even trying any of the food, pathetic.

This Yardley Dominos Pizza is going from good to zero. They think its acceptable to give pizza without the coleslaw without calling to say they haven't any more in stock and at delivery the driver leaving pizza and running back to car social distancing YES but completely lack of customer service appalling. Then telling me to ask for refund online. Well you had my number you could of called me . Then the pizza was 90% sauce are you rationing the cheese also pls see pics . Ever since I have been getting takeaways from Domino's I have never had any problems with them!! The food is great and the delivery service is very good also and the only thing that I can think of that's not too good is just the prices of the food but in another sense it is definitely worth the money when you're eating it lol!! I love the chocolate chip cookies which are too die for 🥰🤤 & the choca lotta pizza 👌🤪 nom,nom lol and the chicken pick & mix box selection and the meat feast pizzas are just scrumptiously delicious and so yummy!! 5 stars is an understatement for Domino's lol xx

Ordered pizza. Took almost an hour to be delivered arrived freezing cold sent back. Pizza was delivered again dry and half the pizza was missing cheese. Pretty sure they put the cold pizza I sent back back in the oven. Terrible service terrible pizza

Domino's Pizza think it's acceptable to take my post off there page and think it's acceptable to ignore my messages. So I'll shame them publicly quite happily. We ordered a pizza from Domino's Pizza Yardley driver turned up and we gave him two twenty pound notes. He didn't have enough change on him so he left us short changed. I called the manager at the branch who reassured me they would come back with the correct change, which we trusted. We waited hours for them to come back and they didn't. Terrible customer service. Last time I'll ever give my money over to a company that think it's acceptable to rob you blind. So don't bother wasting your money guys the company is a joke.

this is the worst domino i have eaten from. pizzas are never evenly cut (and i am talking massively out 1 slice could 1/4 of the pizza) there is cheese in the middle and no where else food is cold it’s an absolute joke. 3 times in a row this has happened never again never order from here

If you’re thinking of ordering online and picking up at a certain time forget it. I ordered an hour and a half before i was due to pick it up as i had a real busy evening working. When i went to pick it up i was told two minutes 4 times before them saying they had actually misssed my order and offered me someone else’s pizza instead. Got a refund in the end and walked out, rude staff and badly organised really disapointed

Their pizza dough is something else. What is the secret to making such a unique dough? Although very expensive for what probably costs them a fraction of the price to make, Dominos is consistent in its quality of pizzas. Consistency is the key.

Absolute joke. Called up for a delivery. Was actually really hubgry. He asked for my phone number and it took me a minute to get it up on the screen. By the time I gave my number guy on the phone was sharp and snappy with me. I wasn't at home and said I couldn't remember the post code and give me a moment to find it, got rudely hung up on and wouldn't pick up when I called back. Didn't even get to order the pizza. This was a joke.

Cancelled my delivery due to snow so had to collect. Went out to collect and got home to find they had put cheese on my cheeseless pizza. Manager was rude on the phone and tried telling me I had asked for cheese - I had the confirmation email on my screen at the time confirming no cheese, surely he can see that too. After a month of emails I have still not had my money back. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Always efficiently dispensing vast quantities of dough and cheese. I particularly like the stuffed crust when I don't feel I can get quite enough calories from a normal pizza. Staff are friendly and it's almost fun leaning on the counter watching the display as it tells me at what stage of preparation my pizza has reached.

If you love a cheesy pizza this is not your dominos, even when you add extra cheese they are still so so stingy. Worst dominos I've ordered from, thank goodness I'm moving soon so will be in the area to try a different dominos cause I used to love it!
