This place has really gone down hill. The vegetarian pizza I ordered was meant to be extra spicy. There was no spice and barely any toppings. The delivery took longer than expected and the pizza was stone cold despite the fact that we are less than 10 minutes away from the shop. Not impressed.

2nd pizza from here and again it arrives cold. Used other dominos before and food always arrives hot and fresh! Would use another store going forward and won’t bother ordering from here again!

Avoid this store. The customer service is disgusting. They do not honour deals on the app even after you pay for your order. See other reviews and you can tell its a badly managed store.

They advertise a 50% off deal through the app but can't select delivery or collection. Waste of time. Even when you can place an order, the consistency is getting very bad. Cheese uncooked sometimes, topping incorrect. Long delivery times in some cases. Definitely not what I used be.

Me and my partner had sickness all night after ordering a pizza and sharing it, we had both eaten separately during the day.

This is only the second time I have ordered Dominos from this specific store, and this is the worst experience I have ever had with Dominos: 1. The pizza arrived ice cold both the first time I ordered from here and the second time. 2. The driver informed me that he could not come to my door (I've recently had surgery) because I live in an apartment and that it is policy that I collect the pizza from him outside of my apartment. Is this true because I have googled it as much as possible and I can't find this policy. I also asked the manager of the store and he said that it is policy but I need another opinion because I do not trust this manager for the following reason: 3. My order today is a Veggie Supreme, I bit into and proceeded to find chunks of chicken in my pizza, I called the store and the manager said "we experience cross contamination" as though it is to be expected and not a health hazard. I have been vegetarian since 2014. I'm going to be honest I have been ordering Dominos for years and this specific order as well and I have never experienced anything like this until I moved to solihull and started ordering from this store. Update: I did receive compensation for my next order, I now need to order all the way from Shirley if I bother to use this compensation.

Cold and dry pizza... Customer service is awful. Dominos asked for a feedback which I gave. That was it for me. They emailed me back with this: For me to investigate your concern please can you provide me with the following information: Your order number. If was delivery then Full delivery address including the contact number provided, Did you call the store directly, if so, they would have resolved your concern. Photographic evidence of the pizzas for training and monitoring purposes. Brilliant!!

I went to get pizza from here. Food is OK and some staff,, but a couple of staff are very rude and unprofessional. Two girls busy on their phones instead of doing their job and manager ( chubby white guy don't know his name) very rude and unprofessional with customers and staff. He seriously lacks people skills.

Pizza's are very nice and the delivery was also within the specified time. On one occasion the base of the pizza was not sliced all the way to the ends and not cut properly so had to tear the base apart but ordered a few times and they are usually very nice.

Poorly run branch, they never honour any of the dominos promotions. Get orders wrong all the time. Rude customer service with Brocken English. Avoid this branch at all costs and use any other dominos franchise.The manager told me to go F myself. Avoid this place at all costs.

Delivery driver got lost, spent over 20 minutes trying to give step by step instructions. Finally delivered a cold pizza. Was told they would contact to help reimburse and have been ignored ever since.

My order was incorrect and the cookies were raw, asked them to contact but no one did it. Very poor service not recommending

Ordered a click and collect pizza and arrived on time to collect tenfold I had to wait 15 or so minutes as it wasn't ready, even though the collection screen was showing my order should have been ready

I ordered a pizza from here, which tasted ok, but a few hours afterwards I started suffering from vomiting, diahorrea and severe stomach cramps. This food poisoning lasted for 2 weeks and was stomach pain and cramps every half hour with other even more undesirable effects 24/7. It was such a distressing time I have permanently been put off ever oredering Dominos again. I hope this acts as a warning that this branch DO NOT respect food hygiene standards at all.

progressively getting worse with taste, pizza baking. specially they don't seem to understand the difference between classic & Italian crust. I literally had classic crust delivered this time for an Italian crust.

One of the best domino's we have had in a while. Base cooked to perfection and topics not burned or overcooked like you might find at other chains. Our delivery guy Abbas was polite and prompt. We recommend the thin and crispy base.

Absolutely disgusted Ordered a take away for delivery, they ‘forgot’ half the order & the rest was cold stale and inedible. Spent the next hour on the phone trying to call them, they didn’t pick up, called another store who answered straight away but couldn’t help, finally got through after 15 un-answered calls to complain asked for the problem to be rectified, was put on hold & then they put the phone down. Judging by the other reviews this is a reoccurring problem! Filed a corporate complaint to take it further as due to self isolation cannot go to out to get a replacement meal and clearly someone needs to be re trained or removed.

Cold, not what we ordered and no one picks up the phone!

Not just bad service but received abusive service, ordered a vegetarian pizza which arrived with bits of ham in, which weren’t noticeable. Called up to complain and was told we didn’t complain in time. He then hung on us and didn’t answer the phone again, u till he got a member of staff to answer and pretend the manager wasn’t their. Avoid at all cost, especially if you don’t eat meat or have allergies as cross contamination is not an issue to them.

Good pizza. Indian blokes were friendly and cracking jokes. They cost an extra £2 as they are a franchise. Pizza tasted nice and didn't have an upset stomach after. Free Dr pepper given along with garlic herb sauce. Parking outside allowing you to collect easily.

Decent pizza and customer services

I ordered pizza to collect brought it home and it had wrong toppings. They offered free pizza next order. Placed ordered again told me delivery will be 40 mins didnt arrive until hour later. When I phoned to chase order they told me they are really busy and the manager told me "what do you want me to do about it?" Disgusted with their attitude especially as my kids were waiting for their pizza!

Generally a quick service if you walk in and order like I do & pizza's are always hot!

Its all about their dip if no dip i wouldnt love it anywhere near as much

Convenient but car park can be tricky at times

Driver went and delivered my paid pizza to the wrong address but I guess his only human mistake are to be made. After waiting for an hour the pizza was noting but bland which is frustrating when this branch used to make such good pizza when opened.

Good food. Friendly staff. They also have some money value offers too.

Could be better, too much dough

The code for a deal/ discount wasn't working so I called up the store to see if there was an issue with the code.... The man on the telephone hung up on me. I am now Papa John's for life, much tastier! I only wanted Domino's because they open earlier but I'll never bother again, I can wait the extra 30mins for some actual decent service. Also, once when Papa John's sent the wrong ice cream, they let us keep the wrong one and delivered another tub of the correct ice cream free of charge :)

What a waste of time, they turned up with the wrong order an no drinks that we ordered to then for me to try speak to them on the phone to no one who speaks English or could understand me even the delivery guy couldn't speak a word of English An just stood there waiting for me to pay for an order I didn't get!!!! Never again terrible service!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Made the mistake of picking this Dominos over the Hobs Moat Road one by accident and I wish I hadn't! I was stood at the front tills for about 10 minutes before even being served and I was the only one in there and then when someone finally served me they got our order wrong and left out one of our pizzas. God knows how they managed to mess up my order as I only ordered 2 pizzas. Can see straight through to the kitchen so you'd expect it to be clean and tidy but it was disgusting with food all over the floor. The manager was having a go at everyone left right and centre and seemed like a vile man with whom no one looked like they wanted to be there. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
