Domino's Pizza - Bicester in Cherwell

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with our order. My mother is visiting us, and we wanted to enjoy some quality family time, so we ordered two pizzas. While the pizzas initially looked good, our experience was completely ruined when my mother discovered a long hair embedded in the cheese of her pizza. This was not just off-putting, but truly revolting. We were all so disgusted and embarrassed that we had to throw everything away, and our family gathering was cut short as we resorted to eating toast instead. This situation is completely unacceptable, and we are incredibly upset. We expected a much higher standard of hygiene. For reference, the order was placed at the Bicester Buckingham Crescent location, OX26 4HB, with order number 593862429.

Been coming just warm and really greasy that was 2022 Update today 22/8/24 staff in store rude in store don’t take cash what a joke that is.

I’ve ordered pizza from them and they sent me the wrong one called them and they told me that they are gonna do a refund Been 4 week and still haven’t received my refund

And yeah I order really everyday because I know because imagine working there as well. I'll be so cool. If Domino's pizza can write me a note back that'd be good

Don’t eat here unless you enjoy getting uncooked pizza and food poisoning, tried contacting customer service and they basically told me they don’t care and there not going to do anything about it

I experienced a sad encounter with a staff who came across as the senior worker at the time of my visit around 2100hrs, 02/01/24 at Buckingham Crescent, Bicester. He was rude in his manners just because I asked for clarification on the pricing for a mighty meaty deal. Not only was he rude, he also tried to make a choice for unrequested. I was put of off by the experience that I had to leave to place my order somewhere else. Dominos please can you get a grip of this kind of behaviours.

pizzas were cold, also got given wrong chicken wings. Bbq chicken wings also are nothing what they look like, shocking, waste of money

Staff very useful and food always fresh. Never had a problem and they’re very quick. Also very clean place probably my favourite takeaway in Bicester.

Menu said buy one get one free but when I asked about it the guy just shrugged and said he cant do that deal. Also the place stinks of cigarettes. We wont be going back

Amazing how much people will pay for cheap disgusting pizza. It’s not even pizza. Just bread with cheap cheese and tomato

Probably one of, if not the best, Domino's pizza we have ever eaten. Possibly because we picked it up and ate it in the car. It was lovely and hot.

My two girls wanted a pizza and went to Domino's to be told that needed a card. They only had cash and was refused even though they could pay with cash! Still no cash accepted after all covid restrictions lifted. We will not be using Domino's again.

Fast service. Ordered on the app and was available 15 minutes later. Always get what I expect. Can't fault really.

I was passing through Bicester and thought I will order a Domino's. I was amazed from the excellent customer service from Manager Humza. The food tasted amazing. I will definitely be going to this store again.

The standard in which your pizzas is cooked is shocking.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, Manager Hamza was extremely rude using vulgar language and refused to give his name or me my Food after I paid!! Shocking service, 0 star!

JUST AVOID THIS STORE! seriously, save yourself the hassle and abuse you’ll get dealing with the store manager, Hamza. He was extremely rude and to be completely honest- I find it really hard to believe that he of all members of staff, is the manager??!! He had 0 customer service skills, was extremely arrogant & now reading other reviews it’s clear to see having a bad experience with Hamza is very normal here. I will never visit this store again (which was screamed out by hamza himself as I walked out of the store) & I hope this saves someone else from experiencing Hamzas shocking management skills.

Staff really helpful and also gave us a deal instead of paying nearly 30 quid to just under 20 happy days

Placed order and paid only to get a phone call 20 minutes later saying they don't deliver to my postcode and haven't for three years!! Which isn't true as they have delivered on many occasions in that time. They shouldn't accept the order online like other takeaway services if you they don't want to deliver.!!

Very poor online service, I did pay for the order online, money taken off my account but they didn't place the order and I haven't received any refund yet.

Over the years I have read terrible feedback from customers of dominos and as yet haven't experience many issues. Staff sometimes are not pleasant but I have always put that down to them been so busy. Tonight I have experienced appalling customer service from the Manager of the Bicester Branch, wouldn't give me his name as I said I was going to complaint for the first time. I normally collect my pizzas as I am 300 yards outside their nearest delivery area, which I have accepted as I have been able to pick up. While the COVID-19 lockdown has been in-place the team have been super nice, and delivered to me our pizzas as they knew my name and knew I was a very regular customer. Its been a treat for the kids and given them some normality. I have done this three times over the last five weeks. Tonight he refused to do it but not in a nice way, but a rude and some what condescending manner. which is totally uncalled for, why have they been able to provide the service before and if we can't pick up why wouldn't they support their loyal customers. I live 9 mins away from they're Bicester Shop. Why can I get a Chinese, Kabab, an Indian. Pizza Hut and Papa Jones deliver here, so why can't they deliver here? you have lost me as a customer but more importantly you shouldn't deliver your message is such a poor way. I was a good customer but not any longer, but from the attitude of the manager he would be to bothered. Every Cloud has a sliver lining, just tried Papa Johns for the first time and it was brilliant. Very happy delivery lady and piping hot. Well done Papa Johns, shame on you Domino's

The wors pizzeria i have ever seen. I made the order, paid, got an email with confirmation, but it turned out that I live too far and don't deliver. I found out about this after almost 2 hours when i went to them because they didn't answer the phone for more than 20 minute. It should be 0 Star not 1

Probably last order. Getting worse and worse... Sometimes potate wedges half rare.. Today haven't got my chicken top up on pizza plus green paper was cutted by massive pieces, same with red onions - 4 tinny slices and one massive

Will be interesting to see if they can up their game when the Papa opens in town. With only having the awful Pizza Hut open opposite then alternatives have been limited and they've been the only real option.

Rubbish one member of staff was cheeky, is a large pizza really £20. I think theres a scam going on there.

We messed up an online order after calling the branch they offered a replacement pizza at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for more as it was our mistake.

phoned ahead bicester branch for large pepperoni passion with jalapenos, as I was driving by in 10 minutes ,on a 5 hour run to Cornwall. on arrival just put in, still 7 minutes to cook. after it came out , turned put they made a mistake and put on pineapple instead of jalapeno! I couldn't wait another 15 minutes for a new one so had to cancel order, and be hungry .sheer.incompetence, wish I could give them 0 stars

I like their service, however today they were not late, actually quite early, but forgot to add the dips for the pizza and the chocolate pizza was not cut, which created a massive inconvenience for me. For the price that I pay I really expect quality service..

Two hours to deliver, food was missing

Orderd a pizza for collection after 25 minutes turned up to find they hadn't even started making it even though the website said 9 to 14 minutes will not go back. Absolutely shocking service.

Love Dominos but this place (Bicester) undercooked the pizza although toppings were generous I finished it off in my home oven so it wasn't dough in middle and sausage was cooked

Domino's has got to be one of the worst tasting pizzas I have ever had the misfortune of eating. Tried one from my local take away and thought it was a one off poor quality pizza, but alas no, I had one while I was away from home and it too was foul. Will never eat a domino's pizza again. One star is one too many, but sadly I can't give it zero.

Fairly Average Domino's, Poor Staff. I have used this Domino's Pizza many times and find them to be very hit and miss. They seem to have a very high turnover of staff especially management which leaves the service to be desired at times. Generally the quality of the food is good and I have only had to complain a few times. Unfortunately the Management do not deal with complaints well and will very quickly disagree that there is anything wrong with the food. I have previously escalated complaint to Domino's head office who promised a refund which never arrived, despite chasing 3 times. Good Pizza but don't expect a positive outcome if anything isn't quite right.

Horrible. Keeps on putting meat and mixing my orders. There’s something like being vegetarian, you should google that. Also calling them is impossible, been trying to for 15min now

The food that was delivered was raw. They literally just throw the ingredients on pizza without baking it properly. I am sorry to say but it is really disgusting. You pay so much you expect some quality pizza and honestly I can do much better one at home myself. I didn't even order at rush hours. Will not order again. Overtly expensive as well for the quality. You will be much better off buying pizza at Sainsbury or even frozen one in a box.

Always quick and friendly, the quality of dominos pizzas can change from branch to branch but this one is always a steady bet for a decent pizza.

Food is nice but the staff are missing a couple of brain cells. They always miss something from the order or get the order wrong.

From Italy I know what a pizza is .. And even if far from the real pizza is much better than Pizza Hut and other sh..... in town

Honestly I always thought they were overly expensive but used them because they were convenient and had a good website. Well tonight that has gone wrong as they didn't get my order for some reason. After it had been a while I tried to ring before 11pm. No answer. Wait some more. Eventually get through at 11:15. Although the guy was apologetic apparently he hasn't received the order that I put on my credit card. It's now too late to order anywhere else and they were unwilling to help. Usually got pizza at least once a week. Not anymore I guess

1st attempt. 1 hour late. 2nd attempt. 2 and a half hours late. 3rd attempt. There won't be a Third attempt after a stone cold pizza ordered at 7:30 and arriving at 10pm.

Tried to make an order today. Was kept on hold for 10 mins, so I called on my mobile they picked up. I asked them why he had not got back to me and he said that he was on another call. I asked to speak to the manager. The guy on the phone said that he was the manager and that he was the only person in the store…. Really? Any way I just thought I should let you know your Bicester store is going down the pan. I have written this to you while waiting for my Pizza Hut to arrive and it only cost £12.77 for a large pizza with side and drink! Never going bake to Domino’s….
