Domino's Pizza in Selby

Just had a delivery and we are disgusted to find a long black hair in our gluten free pizza,, without discount this order would Of been £48, it’s unacceptable and unhygienic and now got to source some other tea as I have been put off the hairy pizza! Tried to ring no answer! A refund and apology is the only acceptable outcome!

Until recently it’s been just ok but last week we ordered our usual when it arrived was soggy and undercooked , rang up to complain and manager said we would get an email confirming a free pizza next time , this evening I rang the shop again and told them that we hadn’t received an email he said I’m the new manager and I know nothing. We were hungry and ordered a pizza anyway which was no better than the week before. Sorry Domino you’ve blown it. We will never order again. Your competitors will be much better .

Sent the order back as it was missing two core bits. Rang the store for a refund and was told to 'ring head office as we can't do this locally.' Rang back as they're a franchise - not actually Dominos - so there is no 'head office'. Told me they'd do nothing. Lied to, and possibly cheated out of money if the bank doesn't send it back. Proper brand awareness there, lads... I'd stick with the locals, at least they own their screw ups.

Very nice pizza, 50% off deal made the price acceptable. Quick and easy ordering via the app, ready to collect when I arrived on time

Had tandoori chicken pizza. It was so nice. Person who served me was very nice and friendly (29/06/24). Same pizza bought in bexhill on sea. No they only had chicken strips no veg nothing. Very poor quality. I add a picture below. Left Selby dominos right bexhill dominos. Tandoori chicken pizza😀

Very poor pizzas cold and one was completely wrong had to go back to swap it dreadful service.

got home to a totally different pizza to what I ordered! staff have no idea what they are doing. had to travel back to selby for a replacement!

Sent a medium pizza instead of a large and still cut intl 10 pieces, sneaky buggers

Our favorite treat - same as any other dominos, quick service and good pizza & cookies. Love the sides too! Dont usually leave reviews but seen it only had 3 reviews and 2.5 stars so thought I’d leave my review :)

Very Rude staff spoke with a guy called George. No phone manners at all. Hung up the phone to me. Waited 1 hour later then scheduled delivery and wrong order arrived.

Just had order from a young lady who delivered our food on a push bike (we r a few mile away ). She was soaking but still absolutely lovely, very polite and the food was still hot. Great customer service didn't get her name but definitely a keeper

Ordered some tea from here put on the notes for no mushrooms as are other half is allergic to them food came with mushrooms on rang up was told to pick them off as there’s nothing they can do about it shocking really food in bin

Can't have dairy and wanted to charge £25 for dairy free pizza with meat. Crazy prize just for med pizza when it's 7.99 for normal pizza.

Me and my partner tried one pizza piece each we agreed that there is zero or tiny amount of tomato sauce under cheese it was first situation like that with dominos but when I called to complain they (staff) were really impolite asked me how many pieces I've ate etc. They send me another pizza and in revenge make it very soggy

Online orders are always poor. If you need a good experience, walk in.

Click and collect is easy but expensive. But your paying for the easy option.

Ordered online with dominos only to recieve a notification that there had been an error with my order yet the money had been taken out of my account. I called the shop to confirm that my order had been placed as payment had been taken, only to be told that it was an error and I should order again therefore paying twice. If a big chain like this has an app that doesnt work correctly and staff that cannot sufficiently resolve these matters then it should not operate.

Ordered a large pizza topped with pepperoni, onions, peppers and mushrooms online..cooked to perfection, on time and absolutely delicious

The best pizza in town, even though quite prices. However, with the amount of promotions they have on a daily basis, it is definitely value for money. Always made from fresh ingredients, to high standard. All staff very friendly and drivers comes on time.

Decent pizzas but crazy prices if you only want one.

Ordered flyby and they're meant to fetch it out the car. This helps as I have a disabled child. 20 minutes we waited after letting the app know we were outside. Eventually I went in to find thar my order was ready and just sat there. When I asked why it hadn't been fetched out I was just told they didn't know. Pretty poor experience.

Unfortunately very poor this time. Was not delivered after 45 minutes late. Arranged to pick it up instead and had to wait a further 20 minutes in store. Shocking service, tried to complain on line and was met by an automated 'lolz'

Pizzas always taste great, however the last 4 pizzas that we have had we have had needed to put straight into the oven to cook for longer as soon we got home. The cooks need to cook them for at least another 8-10mins so that the middle isn’t soggy. After the 2nd time this happened, we pre-empt it and have the oven ready!

Disappointed with pizza I ordered. Very few toppings, not as per photos on the website (I have provided picture of pizza from dominoes pizza vs what I have received). Shame..

Don't order on a Friday! Delivery longer than 1hr! Usually good throughout the week with delivery typically within 30 mins and pizza nice and hot.

If it were possible to give - stars I would. Delivery driver refused to enter the building. I am disabled and was not dressed so could not get to the door. Rang the selby branch and was told I should have read the small print on the website. I had no reason to as the last time the driver came to the door. £18.99 that they refuse to refund. They are nothing but thieves. If you want to help a disabled person then refuse to use them PLEASE! Do not use Dominos. Thank you.

Second pizza ever from this over priced outlet in twenty years. Pizza ok but not worth the £18.99 And the language from the delivery driver was very offensive to say the least. so its going to be the last time too.

Absolutely disgusting service this evening! I have a dairy allergy so need to have vegan cheese as allergic to normal cheese. Rang to ask about getting some meat put on the pizza as I’m not a vegan just allergic to dairy. The lady on the phone was very rude and inconsiderate giving different excuses as to why they cannot put vegan cheese on normal pizzas or meat on vegan pizza. first she said there isn’t an option on the app to which we replied we will put it on the comments, she then changed her mind saying it’s against company policy (I highly doubt that) seems like she just couldn’t be bothered with the effort of having to explain it to the chefs. Absolutely disgusting that they won’t make exceptions for people with allergies! Will be telling everyone not to go there as they don’t accommodate and she was so rude! think dominos needs to “change their policies” or change their staff! if I could give 0 stars I would have! Appalling!

By far the best pizza that i have tasted. Lots of choices and variations and cooked to order. Collect yourself for maximum temperature.

Had a wonderful time at dominos selby. Was served by a lass called Chloe. she was funny, quick and lovely to talk to. Great customer service.

Used dominoes loads this time all ended up with diahorrea and sickness. 2 orders 4 pizzas and a side bought . One pizza looked like topping dropped on it from a great height . Informed Selby Dominoes not interested at all won't use again ever!!!!!!!

I bought a gluten free pizza it was awfull there was no cheese on it and no toppings it was all pizza dough I took it back and am still waiting for a refund I won't go back until I get an apology and my money back.

Staff helpful and polite. Pizza ready in 10 mins and tasted great. Top usual standard.

Staff member named Paul was incredibly rude and verbally abused me and my younger sister. Incredibly disappointed and I won't be coming here again. Horrible horrible man

Usually a great takeaway but due to the recent 4.99 deal and the amount of people ordering you could not fulfil your promise of a 5.30 collection but instead was over an hour waiting inside for two pizzas.can think of a better way to spend my Saturday evening..in future make sure you can cope with the demand for your product as it will only cause unnecessary waiting time

I normally enjoy Dominos but I ordered a Double Decedance and the dough was not cooked - I had to throw away.

Absolutely fantastic, what a quality! People moan it's expensive but it isn't if you pop in or use one of the deals online. For example freshly made medium pizza 11.5 inches with sauce, cheese and 2 toppings of your choice is only 5.99 if you come to the store. Also - the other takeaways in selby are lovely but unfortunately they're open from 17 and I fancy pizza for lunch and that's the only place open from 11!

The food tasted great obviously as Domino's are a quality pizza, but the problem is the price, what a joke! It's like £20 a pizza, this is Selby not London, we have castle takeaway not London caste which is a cheaper alternative
