Domino's Pizza in Harlow

4 of us went for Breakfast at the 5th Avenue store Harlow on the 15th August. We were told no beans no tomato sauce , we ordered for 2 children by the way and that is important to them. The fried eggs were like rubber and the toast , had barely seen the toaster. There didn't seem anyone in charge to complaints to. It was appalling . In the past the food was always quite good. Such a shame, its not the right way to attract customers back. Will never visit again.

Dirtiest delivery driver, no food bag, just carrying the box which was falling apart and not sealed! He says ‘oh I sorry, I think sticky falling off, call store tell men’ ok… Rings store, stone cold! Could have had warmer ice cream… do store care? Not at all… says to send a letter by post. Order is not actually correct also. Ok mate. Well done team Harlow. Award for POOREST service goes to you.

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

Been waiting for a delivery for over an hour ..food ordered at 5.45 pm on Saturday evening, they claimed it would be 40 mins it's now currently at 1 hour and 10 mins ...their reason for this is that it's a weekend and they are busy ...at 5.45 ??? You've just opened?? Utter garbage service so far and I'm sure the food will be sub par and cold ...don't worry I'll let you all know ...as well as trading standards...jeez 🙄
