Domino's Pizza in Sedgemoor

Terrible dominoes, avoid at all costs, either very late delivery, wrong order and the latest very earlier delivery after requesting a time and was told it didn’t matter what time I requested it it would be made and sent half an hour before that time. Unbelievable!!

Well I live 5 min walk from the branch in the high street. Ordered a delivery, to be fair most of my usual takeaways were shut (it was 11pm just got in from pub) about 45 min later had a phone call from driver asking where I was. Explained we’re in front of two massive caravan parks. Down a dead end road so if you go too far you enter in the caravan park. We are a bungalow the last one. I explained this. But 10 min later got a second phone call he asked me to come outside and wave. I saw him at the top of the road. Perhaps Stevie Wonder could get a driving job for them. I did explain you have google maps, what three words, I maps, Tom Tom and a plethora of other navigation aids nower days. He said it’s the app if you want to tell them. No it’s not it’s you. I have been driving for years in my job having to find places. It’s easy as chips nower days and trust me I found places in the middle of nowhere, not on a housing estate 3 minutes from the branch. I said I bet everything is cold now. The answer was if it’s cold send it back. Bearing in mind they close in about 10min. My first and last time using dominoes. The last experience with this company was when my card got scammed £20 from their Milton Keynes branch. Good job I saw the transaction come up and blocked my card asap as they tried a second scam 20min later. God knows how that happened. But a real secure system. Milton Keynes is about 200 miles away from me.

Truly useless, I had phone call from driver after 1,5 hours asking where I am, which I explained, that was last I heard from him, he ignored calls there after, it then came up as delivered after 2 hours, I rang restaurant , lady there said “ oh it’ll be 10 minutes, roads flooded” 30 mins later I rang again as still not with me, she said” we’ve had no just eat orders tonight ( as that’s who I ordered through) this was same woman that said 10 mins, also I had all the order accepted on my just eat!! (And imagine a domino’s with no orders through just eat!!) So she’s obviously a liar.. so now hassle of getting money back from just eat… I’d not trust these liars for your order.

Had pizza for 4 last night. Arrived as ordered on line in very good time. All happy! Pizza was fine. Delivery quick. Driver pleasant.

Delivery truck comes once a week, leaving the engine running while the driver unloads the cages onto the pavement. The food is uncovered. I ordered from there once before witnessing this. The order was wrong and took an hour to be ready. There is a lot better takeaway pizza in the town than this
