Domino's Pizza in West Dorset

Very poor, the only customer/order and my pizza got left on the oven for over 5 minutes, meaning it was cold. Got a sorry but not good enough when it's that dead quiet. Won't be stopping again. A very poor domino's!!

Pretty much what you would expect from dominos pizza, good service, good pizza. Would buy from here if ever in the area

I'm very disappointed, the service I have received. Person who served me wasn't up to his job. It's looks like he's in rush or he didn't want to served. My pizza was ready and I was waiting in the table. But they don't bother let know or bring my pizza. Very poor service.

Bridport Domino's is awful, the pizzas are never upto the same standard as other dominos, the delivery driver had his music and bass blaring at 2100 and accelerated away like he was fleeing a crime scene. The customer service I received was awful, wanted me to provide photos of a pizza weeks after I had fed most of it to the dog. Please save your money and find prohibition pizza on Facebook - Edit same poor pizzas, but now more expensive + a delivery charge

Very short on toppings. Had £11.99 large take out with 4 toppings. Not every piece had more than 2 toppings on. Charged £12. Not a problem.

Part of our order didn't show up, so we contacted them and were told they'd send it out in 20 mins. Never turned up.

Best Domino's pizza I've ever had. Took two people to take my order of ONE CHEESE PIZZA, but hey we all have different skill sets.

I have found that the pizzas are better ordered early afternoon rather than evening time. They seem to be cooked better.

Following a delivery for a family meal this week I can honestly say that it was the worst take away we have ever had. Greasy and Luke warm pizza, cold and half a box of chips and wedges that were under cooked.

Understaffed but these guys kept it going and with a joke or two amongst them. Only downside is having to pay for the parking, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Even the harbour and beach parks stop at 1800 hrs.

If I could leave zero, I would. Absolutely appalling. I’m not one to leave reviews. Albeit on this occasion I think necessary. We were told the food would be no more than an hour, we rang 1.30 hours. After every other takeaway service has finished. Only to have an extremely rude man insult my wife claiming it “was a prank call” and we were ringing uk for free food?! I intervened to speak to the manager of the store I was told another 20 minutes. To be called to be back twenty minutes later, to say I don't have a driver ?! BIT what we can do is refund you in three days ?! Avoid this franchise at all cost especially if you have children. They may go hungry.

This place has indoor tables and open plan. Great for eating in as it’s usually a take out. Only downside is they don’t have cups or cutlery so you have to drink from bottles and eat the ice cream with your hands which was fine for my son! Lol Clean and tidy and a quick service. Parking opposite is only 50p and loads of spaces with generous spaced bays.

Genuinely the quickest pizza I've had from dominos delivered! Genuinely didn't have time to finish my shower 🤣👏👍 Got a coupon as well so who doesn't love a cheap pizza! Overall very well played dominos Bridport! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars from me!

This place was a lifesaver after staying in the nearby parkdean where the food was awful. Ordered and collected within 15 minutes and it was tasty.

Ordered online to get collection deal, gave an hour notice prior to collection. Rather disapointed despite store being empty, on arrival part of the order had not been cooked which meant we had to wait and the rest of the order on arrival home (in the local area 3mins drive) was cold and over cooked. My son was also disapointed by the actual menu he lives in kent and most of his favourites where not available to order.

Best dominoes we've ever had, we live in totton southampton and this beat it hands down

Had a domino’s tonight and was really disappointed the crust on the pizza was over cooked and crunchy and the dippers were also very dry and overcooked

Didn't get a refund or any form of compensation after they made an error and refused to fix it. Didn't even get my food in the end because they couldn't be bothered to fix it

I visited domino’s on Monday and I got a lovely welcome by a young woman named Tegan, she walked me through the ordering process and said it would be 10 minutes and by golly gosh it was exactly 10 minutes which was amazing. The food was piping hot and tasting amazing! I 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Really great service. There was a (very understandable) mix-up with delivery and they were very helpful in sorting it out, especially given that everyone involved was confused about what had happened! Pizzas are always great and arrive very quickly. Highly recommended!

A nice clean and well presented establishment that has always served me well with delicious piping hot pizza. Very friendly staff with ample parking adjacent to the restaurant. And the online ordering is a real bonus as it really cuts down on any potential delay in receiving your order

Order pizza. Turns up 45mins later stone cold. I live 4 mins away by car. Never going to use again. You order a delivery for convenince and it turns in to a waiting game. Total rubbish.

An hour to get a pizza ,apart from that everything u expected from domino's, the lad on the till was really good found me a good deal and very customer focused.

Would not accept cash and staff not bothered

Ordered food at 8.26pm, dominos then rang at 9pm to say they had no beef, so changed it for chicken. The finally delivered at 9.52pm. Hour and half waiting time is terrible. Then when it did finally arrive the food wasnt hot. The pizza update said it was being quality checked for about 20 minutes. Wouldn't use this dominos store again.

Order placed at 5.30pm for 6.45pm collection finally got out the shop at 7.15 very poor customer service didn't seem to be anyone in charge no rush just chaos. Friends then were given american hot instead of new yorker. Very very poor DOMINOS store. Rang to complain phone not being answered for over 2 hours so we gave up.

Alright, slow service but I think it was because it was busy

The reviews didn't look good but I was desperate because my son will only eat domino's. I did order. My son said it's better than our normal domino's.

Ordered online for pick up while we were camping close by. Ordering quick and easy, collection was great with in store adhering to covid regulations with good employee/customer barriers. Parking available next to store. Pizza was delicious and hot.

Pizza very nice driver absolutely brilliant. Had a problem with my delivery as they couldn't find my address and called my phone 3 times but I must of been in a dead spot as it didnt ring just went straight to voicemail. I called the shop and a very rude man just shouted at me. I wasnt rude to him but he carried on shouting at me. The driver then took over the call and was brilliant.

Hard working staff, pizza was delicious. Quite a long wait but understandable with how many online orders they had. They have us a free drink for the inconvenience!

food isn't exactly great, pizza's aren't cut or not cut very well and cookies turn up burnt and also the garlic pizza was burnt. Also queried if they took the bluelight card as domino's comes up on the app but they said they don't although it's on the bluelight card app.

It's OK, it's a standard big pizza chain. Food is palatable and it's quite clean inside. Not specific to this establishment but Dominos will not stop harassing me with promotions via SMS.

Literally like speaking to a wall, more chance of getting info outta putin,refused to deliver unless I was hanging out the front window, website states delivery, kerb side collection, clearly someone didn't let the thumb behind the counter know.

Quick delivery but the food wasn’t hot

Delivered late, very average food but Bridport dominoes is worse than other chains. Only thing is that they have an app to order from your phone which is convenient

Pizza is thin and has barely any toppings, and the wait is way too long for the price

Ordered pizza on Thursday, order went straight through with no problems, to then be called 5 minutes after and told that there was no delivery driver. This was not stated anywhere. We had to cancel the order and get a refund, taking 3-5 days. Same happened again on Sunday night, this time we had to collect our food. Disappointed. This matter should have been stated before ordering not left to be called after putting the whole order through. #ruinedmysleepover

Looks good when you walk in and my first time at Domino's. Then had to wait at counter before someone came over and reluctantly took my order. He said would be ready in 10mins. Waited and then noticed other people got their orders before me. Then someone said what are waiting for and I answered Pizza. He then found my pizza. So not good first impression.

Placed a big order- 100 pounds worth of food! It was ready in around 30 mins and tasted great!

One thing I detest is standing at a counter for five minutes being ignored by all the staff members! Admittedly they where working at making, what I can only assume were takeaway orders, cos the place was empty. One staff member actually came to the till, tapped the screen a couple of times and then walked away without even acknowledging me! No, "alright mate, someone will be with you soon", nothing. I was just about to leave, when a bedraggled looking team member finally took my order. I would like to say that from then on I got better but sadly, no. Pizza was ready soon enough but to be fair, it was mediocre at best 😕. Used to really like domino's, lived on it for a year but not any more. Shoddy.

It's Domino's...decent pizza at reasonable prices. Kids love it as the food is consistent from visit to visit and they know what to expect, which is very handy for autistic children. Not the healthiest of dinner choices, but criticising a pizza joint for serving unhealthy food is akin to criticising a dog for chasing cats!

El sitio es agradable y la amabilidad de sus trabajadores igual. El problema es, que es más de lo mismo, la carta de este lugar es más reducida de lo normal, en más detalles sólo tienen una opción vegetariana y no tienen una famosa pizza 4 quesos. En definitiva Domino's pizza sin más.

My first experience of Domino's very exceptable don't normally eat this kind of food.

This dominos used to be spot on lately the pizza is not good and they can't even deliver I thought they were going out of business apparantly not they said today when I phoned in there will be online delivery again soon but just not a good service really

Wrong pizza delivered, tried to contact the store called over 20 times no one answered, I tried to call the driver again no answer so I text him twice still nothing! No one called me back, never had such a disgusting pizza from domino's anywhere else! Poor customer service and bad pizza! Over priced slop! Would not recommend and will not be using them again! Due to the lack of communication from the store I've had to contact the main customer service department to get request a full refund as the food was inedible and not what was ordered! Had to put a frozen pizza in the oven in the end as the kids were starving! Joke!

BE WARNED. This Pizza delivery company may not deliver to your door. Had to walk five minutes to collect from the driver because we are staying at a holiday park and even though the location was numbered and postcoded refused to deliver to door, when I complained to the manager Adam he didn't say sorry he really couldn't careless, if the kids weren't waiting would have turned it away, he put the phone down on me in the end, Terrible service, will never use again, not that Adam seemed to care........appalling attitude from someone that is meant to be in charge
