Domino's Pizza in Derby

I ordered the deal a large pizza ham and pepperoni for £9.99 collection only and they accidentally made two and they still let me have it and gave sauce with it. It was the best takeaway pizza I have eaten in a while! It beats Pizza Hut and Pappa Johns. Very happy I nearly a whole pizza to myself! Thankyou to the guys at dominoes tonight. Great job!

Greeted with a smile when I walked in. Ordered by the app, and it was ready in 12 mins, just a large pizza and a large bottle of coke. The coke was nice and cold. The pizza was nice and hot and very tasty, the meter of staff who served me was friendly. Thank you.

They asked my son who suffers from autism and dyslexia to show ID at the age of 11 because he wanted something because it was his birthday and they where so rude and asked for evidence of age my son came running back crying he couldn't stop crying all night because the man AND woman shouted at him

Individual personal pizza was small slightly burnt dough a little chewy and the topping was burnt it was inevitable one of the worst of had in 10 years Save your money use your oven and buy any decent pizza that frozen

Absolute unprofessional I wrang the first time and they answered and they said they will put me on hold, I waited for minutes they never came too the phone, I wrang second time and they said they will put me on hold still never came back too the phone and wrang a further 3 times then they never answered my call. All I wanted too was too put a simple order through but maybe it was too hard work!! The workers are really unprofessional wouldn't order from hear!.

Please please please can you sort your tracking app out so we can monitor the progress of delivery. The last few times DOM says preparing then gets delivered without any update. Why create an app to track orders if it can't be bothered to use it? Food is so good, service is so good, deliveries so good! But you're absolutely failing by offering a tracking app that doesn't help anyone!

Service was good but when you order 2 pizzas you expect 2 pizzas it was bad enough I had to go to work that night. But when I went to collect my pizzas they had only made one so we had to wait 30 minutes for another which is very disappointing. Food was overly greesy.

Food excellent but very dodgy pricing methods. App says "Half price" pizzas e.g. large 23.99 down to 11.99 Two issues with this...firstly 24 pound for a 13.5" pizza is ludicrous, secondly a poster inside their shop shows the standard price for a 4-topping pizza of that size is 11.99 anyway. Overall the food is great but I always feel as though I'm being taken for a mug when I shop at Domino's

I would like to say how the customer care at dominos on shardlow road is amazing. As they made a mistake on my order and sorted it out for me by giving me my same order again FOC👏🏾

The food is great, as usual for dominoes But when we called up due to being given the wrong order, the man who answered the phone was immediately fired up and arguing, shouting at us that we were wrong about our own order... Until he actually finally checked our address and realised the mistake was his. No apology, of course. But good pizza!

Great selection of pizza and an easy to use app- Tuesday is a good day to buy! Delivered on time. A very happy audience for the event organised. Thank you. Also, brilliant staff response to a query by phone.

We was staying at the Travel Lodge on Pride Park, and as a family fancied Dominos. Having downloaded the app we was told this store was best for collection, and only 6 mins away. We found some fantastic deals on the app, and used the 50% off Pizza. We brough a large,medium and personal pizza for £24. We got to the store within 15mins of ordering, and the pizza were just being boxed up. We took them back to the hotel and was very happy with the order. Very hot, taste fresh and enjoyed by us all, everything was eaten. We would use the app again (we was first time users as don't have Dominos where we live) I would highly recommend to download the app to benefit from the voucher codes

Ordered a pizza in advance to be collected at quarter past… arrived at quarter past and was told very rudely that it would be 10 minutes…

Advertising buy one get one free, yet when you buy two it’s twice the price.

We used to use dominoes on a regular. This store on the last 2 occasions sent some very bad pizzas out emailed them was told some one ring me from the franchise. No one did was told the emailed not received one. Were using papa John's now 5* every time we will try here again some time. It's expensive pizza to go in the bin though.

Well located, good quality of foods and not bad customers service. I order once or twice from domino’s every week. This time I tried this branch as I normally order from others. The communication wasn’t very easy for some reasons, I had to repeat myself over and over but I got what I asked for at the end. The foods was okay, however I order same things from other branches and I normally 26.99 but this time I paid 28.99!🤷‍♂️

Absolutely ridiculous refused to take cash and made out I was weird for trying to pay that way

absolutely a horrible place, i think they ruin the reputation of dominoes, the pizzas are bad,I found hair on top of the pizza. the manager itself is an arrogant person, he did not want to listen, and continues to swear.

Looking at all the poor reviews I find myself not surprised now at the poor service from this store. It doesn't deserve the one star. The order was COMPLETELY wrong. The wrong food was sent and then had to wait another half hour for the right delivery.

Just ordered 2 pizzas, both with double decadence, and a bottle of fanta. Piizas arrived, both pizzas were wrong, also wrong drink. Rang to complain and they said they were sending out the correct order, waited 45mins more, when it arrived, it was the wrong drink again, only 1 pizza, which was also wrong again but at least it was double decadence, BUT it has no cheese..... basically two dry crusty Naan breads with bbq sauce and ham

Why are you excluding people who are using cash. Can't believe you as a big franchise are still doing this it is illegal and from this store the lady was quite disrespectful. The pizza was average but if you are going to collect, go to Pappas London road for a 5 star rating.

False advertising and will not give you any offers unless you buy large pizza’s.terrible customer service and I would seriously avoid

i cant believe how this guy called SAEED working here, i usually always order lunch time collection pizza which is £5.99 which i told him but he keep saying what pizza. for that price only medium pizza available but he keep asking one thing over and over and when i explain to him that i always get this and literally start shouting and arguing which is so shocking for me and i get quite upset and told him bug off as cant take this stupid behaviour and he start abusing me by using F words....AMAZING....I END UP HANGING CALL.....THIS GUY DONT DESERVE THIS JOB.....

Looked online to see what we wanted to order and noted the price. As we were going to collect anyway I thought I'd save time and order in-store. The man who took the order got it wrong and then tried to convince me to change my order twice. After I'd repeated what I actually wanted he then tried to overcharge me. I ended up having to say 'Don't bother. I'll order online.' The food was prepared quite quickly and was tasty but don't think I'll go again due to man on till and being overpriced for what it is.

I wouldn’t recommend using this dominos. The staff seem to get our order wrong all the time. Without a fail when we order they never seem to deliver fresh pizza. They do give a free pizza in return 3 hours later but never get the order correct. I wouldn’t recommend using this dominos.

Ordered online, 20 mins later got told it was ready. 15 mins later got a text saying it would be 10 mins. When I got there 10 mins later they told me 5 mins. 5 mins later found out they gave my pizzas to someone else. Compensated with a tiny garlic bread while the guy who took my pizzas got his own and mine free. Never using dominos ever again

5 stars based on my experience with their delivery people! Delivery has always been fast with no messing, if for some reason they can’t find the house they ring quickly so they aren’t driving round with the pizza in their car for ages.

Terrible experience with Domino’s Alvaston! Delivery time 1 hour (have to been chase my order) All food arrived cold and pizza has been smashed! Guys I get that you are busier on 14th Feb but yours customers shouldn’t be affected that much!

Great pizzas at a great price especially with the offers on line. Cannot fault the service. Never had a bad meal from Dominos. Highly recommended.

We have asked for a cheese crust and BBQ base for our pizza, and was given plain crust and tomato base after we stressed what we wanted on the phone. Rang up to complain and they didn't even give an apology, just blamed the girl who took the order/ wrote it down. Disgusting attitude from the person who answered the complaint and rushed to put the phone back down. Will NOT be returning with such little effort/ customer service given.

Huge order all ready on time, and all correct too! Staff were friendly, helpful and polite! Would definitely recommend coming here, we were only visiting nearby at Donnington racetrack but if we are ever in the area again for similar we will use them again! Thanks again guys you made the team very happy! Also I feel this meal definitely helped Luke Herbert win the championship!

A little bit of staff training would.go a long way I'm at a Major National BMX event this weekend with over 1000 people Dominos Derby seem unable to cope with 3 orders let's all be grateful they are not Exeter Sidwell street or there would be thousands of hungry students slowly starving to death

Depending on the day of the week will depend on your level of service. Sometimes it is great, othertimes its poor. But the pizza are almost top quality

Great pizza but very slow delivery

Phoned nearly an hour in advance for a pickup order on a Saturday evening, still nearly a 15 minute wait when we arrived. Pizza's ok though, standard Domino's.

Maps still shows old shop, would have thought a big franchise like this would update google asap. Offers to collect on line do not reflect in store collection prices ??? Need to standardise their system and get the prices sorted and consistently correct. Good pizza though ;-)

Sat and waited over 30mins for 2 pizza's even tho it was ordered before on the app. Nobody showed any interest that I was made to wait when there were only one other order before mine.

Since the move the service can be good or bad. The way the phone is answered is appaling and I have put the phone down after giving my address 5 times. When an order is done correctly its perfect. When it s bad its alful. If you get the young female blonde on the phone or in shop your more likely thats things will go well. The men seem oblivious to customers and will let wheelchairs users struggle to get in. Needs better manageme.t

Ate a pizza there and enjoyed it throughly. However, the staff appear to make up prices as they go along. Ordered a small pizza and got a price; when I came to collect pay for the pizza the price increased significantly. I was collecting from store. I Complained and the manager came out and charged me less - which was nice. And he claimed he could not see the price on the system that I’d been quoted.

Ordered a pizza a hour ago. Turned up NOT how I ordered AGAIN!!!!! and might I add for the last time. Not only that the cheeky swine of a manager is making me pay for the wedges which are part of the £15.99 pizza that is being returned.

Made a mistake ordering online, the manager was kind enough to correct the issue even through the pizza already went into the oven - they would have had to put another pizza in especially for me - good service

The pizzas are fine, but if you ever have a problem and need to call the staff just hang up and then accuse you of lying when you call back.

Very poor. Asked for doner meat pizza was delivered spicy mince meat pizza! Food was also burnt and not cut up into slices properly. Have used before and food was good but after this probably wont use again.

No difference in pizza taste from any other Domino's. Pizza is sometimes a little over done and do get your order wrong, but happy to compensate too

Gone down hill recently, overcooked, bashed around pizza. Not really worth it. One of pizzas ordered previously that I really liked was the Roma, ordered again and pretty much nothing but huge chunks of feta on it. Disappointing.

Decent pizza, only worth it when using a discount. Normal price of £18.99 for a large pizza is outrageous, £9.99 just about accecptable

Used to be better but they appear to have changed the cooking method as Pizza often now comes without the cheese fully melted, have stopped using this store unless it's a better deal than anywhere else.
