Domino's Pizza in Croydon

Ordered a large pizza and it was disgusting!! Very oily and the crust was very soggy undercooked.

Good service with a nice ambience, not too busy when visited, pizza tasted good🍕

Food wasn’t delivered to right address then they sent a replacement and was undercooked and all over the place and the man on the phone was very rude and impatient with me

Hit and miss with the food quality. Potato wedges never cooked properly and are always half cooked. This is like the fourth time it’s been like this, it’s like they rush the cooking process.

Pizza had a massive hair on it, complained to the driver he refused and was very aggressive over the phone

Greasy pizza in a flimsy box but at least you get one of those white spikey plastic circle things free, tasted better than the pizza that!

Poor customer service When to collect my pizza and was given cold pizza!!!!. Explain to the lady at the counter, that it's cold but she said its was my fault that it was cold. With no apology. I guest it's best to let them deliver.

Very lovely pizza and nice fast service, they could have played some nice calming music or something though while you wait.

Received a wrong pizza when call for replacement won't accept the fault instead of apologise I was told they will block me on the system so can not place order in future very rude manager and staff good luck

Ordered a vegetable pizza and found piece of chicken in it very disappointed as we don't eat meat. Lucky we are not allergic to it. Will not order again.

Always on time and the food is great.

I love the food here. They always give you a load of tomato puree on pizzas and personally that's my favourite part. Its a little expensive but worth it

Really polite and quick service, they missed a pizza and we didn't realise before we left, but on our return they corrected the mistake quickly and professionaly. I've also always liked the fact they offer a healthy 50% military discount! Will definitely return when I want quick pizza in new Addington.

Pricey... but 2 for Tuesday deals makes up for it

Best service and stuff are very kind and helpful. Especially the drivers have very fast delivery service, most notably haralambos!

Many of times I’ve tried to place an order online through the app and it tell me that the store does not deliver so I call them, they say they can deliver but I can’t have the online deals because they are online only and they can’t match the deals. When I ask about what they can do to help they say nothing. Even though they matched it once before. Very helpful
