Called to enquire about the price of an order for 3 pizza for me and my parents and a dip as the leaflet we got in was a bit confusing and the app wouldn’t let us order a certain size. Got cut off by the person on the phone and said to call back later. I asked why as they didn’t explain why or apologise. Said they were too busy and gave a half arse apology. I said no and put the phone down. I’ve worked in hospitality specifically in a pizza place and I know to never do that to a customer as it means losing a sale! Also, the app offer was shady as the ‘50% off pizza’ didn’t apply to smaller sizes. No where did it say that on the app. Train your staff to be nicer and more professional and make your deals on your app cheaper! Will no longer be going to that dominos.

If you want to order a pizza tasting of cardboard, with virtually no real tomato sauce on it then buy from here. Slightly burnt, and tasteless. Chicken feast you must be joking. Just moved into the area and gave them a chance. Worst pizza I have ever eaten, chicken wings where the smallest ever seen. Avoid this establishment if you want food that tastes like food. Zero stars for rubbish food.

Friendly, efficient, usual Dominos quality. Would have been 5 stars if it had more Halal, Vegetarian options.

If I could score 0, I would. Delivery driver refused to bring pizza to door ( I live at flat ). When rang the office the manager gave an attitude that they not “allowed” come to flats. They get PAID for their job, so better do your job! Really disappointed with Dominos Heywood

We ordered the Home Alone Deal, but the driver forgot the coke that was coming with it. He was back within 10 min with our drink and free cookies! Lovely service! We order regularly and will order again.

Not had a dominos for a while due to better deals at PayPal John's But thought we give it a try. Ordered two pizzas one classed as a medium which was very small and burnt and the other a large which is far smaller than papa John's. This was literally a grease sponge, not enjoyable at all. Left half and felt horrible after.

No cheese on my pizza that I ordered online. Nobody would answer the phone whilst the store was still open to get it sorted

Nice staff and overall good service but was disappointed yesterday when I got a burned pizza, was edible but burned. Had to peel some of the burnt bits off ☹️

Lovely staff, had a bit of a mixup with the food, sorted and delivered the right thing within 10 mins, lovely and polite!

Pizza Bella serves a treat “red Donna” on sexy garlic nan with sprinkle of cheese that smashes this kebab 🎅😍 .. real tasty especially when you’re working at Heywood distribution centre around night time 🌻🇬🇧 .. thanks Jamal & hikmat !!

Amazing dominos and great delivery time, big love

Pizza service is quick delivery is good just a shame about the actual food. Chicken strips 9/10 times look like they could do with longer in the oven pizza is always ok to be honest but the sides just let them down. Expensive compared to more independent places and not as nice as some other local to the area pizza takeaways. Only gets a 3 star as dominoes comes with a mobile app to make ordering and tracking deliver easier.

I’ve been a regular customer of Swinton Dominoes for years, recently moved to heywood, and The Dominoes is poor, 4 weeks in a row the pizzas have been poor, the only week it was very nice was when I went in and complained, I specifically ask for the manager over the phone so he can delegate properly, nope, the order still ends up wrong, it’s like there’s a shortage of cheese, it’s almost non existent, and this week I got no base sauce, they just don’t listen, Must cost a fortune in replacement pizzas, after a 45 minute wait, a replacement doesn’t always cut it. Never again !

So to say it was fast and efficient, I was very annoyed picking blonde hairs off my pizza 🤔, I'm sure I didnt click hair as a topping, but ayy its alright theres only a deadly virus going around. Clearly you need to give your staff better protection to wear in the work place.

I love dominos why don't heywood do coldslaw when rochdale do. I've rang both outlets and it's TRUE. Could somebody explain.

I treat myself to a Dominos more then I care to admit, but I've always had great service from them. Quick delivery, friendly drivers and always piping hot.

Fast service, staff polite, food prep all in view, clean environment & well priced.

Order from here through the app, they deliver it quickly, and it's fresh, we personalise each pizza and they never get it wrong.

Manager has no idea of the products and offers that are available at Dominos, very poor communication with the customer aswell.

Previously ordered at Dominos and had no problem, but this time a new person picked up the phone which seemed to be the manager, he was awfully rude and failed to provide me with the offer that I always ordered at Dominos.

The manager at Dominos was very rude and badly spoken, fails to listen to the customer and provide the customer service Dominos says it does.

Cannot deliver a pizza in a reasonable time and customer service is utterly woeful. Avoid!
