Always a great meteor pizza. I always get extra cheese but I like more cheese and they always look after me.

It says on the window 'buy one pizza, get one free'. On the same window it says a pizza is 11 pounds. Then when you go inside to order, a pizza is suddenly 20 pounds. Cleary a case of false advertising. Went to the pizza place next door and had 2 delicious pizzas.

I used to think dominoes were great in all areas of service, but a few weeks ago they dropped sauce outside my front door and failed to clean the mess until I drove down there and demanded they do so in which wasn’t enough I had to call through to the manager before finally the delivery guy came back with blue tissue roll to clean the mess ( which isn’t ideal for a large pot of garlic and herb dip) this wasn’t the end of my trouble, a few days later then noticed that the delivery driver had thrown the garlic pot and the blue towel in the bush at the front of my estate, I’ve been back since and again asked for the area manager to contact me ( Suraj dominoes manager informed me this would happen) still haven’t received any contact and am now very displeased with the service, I will still be taking this further.

This review is for delivery for the 23rd in address. I gave Sawston Dominos a second chance after getting a 1 1/2 hour late delivery despite the address being less than 0.3 miles away 2 years ago. I was not disappointed. This time, they delivered within 15 minutes, everything accounted for. Cookies gooey out od the oven. All pizzas were hot. Will order again.

Went to pick up a order my wife had made on app to be told she had not ! Even though my wife had received notification it was being made & I see it was ready on a display in the shop , even pointed this out to the person serving me , really don't like being called a liar 🤬 eventually the same noddle head came through to say it was ready . No apology or anything . Felt treated like a inconvenience . No wonder the shop is never busy when I go past .

Ordered on-site and received my pizza after 10 min. Pizza was great and tasted really good. If you like Dominos, come here and give it a try. Nice and very friendly stuff.

A few months before, I parked my car in the parking area. It was dark and rainy so I left my lights on. My wife in the car. One of the staff hit our car. However he denied any involvement. Unfortunately there is no CCTV and our car doesn't have a dash cam. Really disappointing. I will never buy from them again. I have date, time, and the registration number of that car. Still trying to recover the cost of damage from the insurance.

Large business order put through late and the store managed to sort this for us in such a fast time. Staff were great on arrival and had everything ready waiting for us. No issues whatsoever. Thank you for your service.

We collected pizza's from this branch last night, and my wife and I had what felt like food poisoning and were very ill. Whilst no proof, we suspect that some of the toppings had been re-heated too many times in-store, or contaminated as they did not look or taste right. Given that this branch is part of a large, publicly listed organisation, I would insist that a health review is conducted soonest. In the meantime, be careful. Without prejudice.

Fast delivery and hot food, staff are very helpful over the phone when there are complications with the order.

I live in Sawston and have always collected so I’ve never had any problems at all! Just messed my order and rang to make changes and it was sorted quickly and politely! No complaints from me!

Ordered pizza for collection. 95% pizza base with toppings barely spread on top. Texture super gritty and had that tangy flavour of school dinner pizzas. Can (and will in future!) make better at home or will just get a supermarket one. Won't be returning.

Half an hour waiting for takeway. First time pizza is absolutely not tasty : Dissapointing

We waited 2 hours for delivery and called up to complain and was offered a free pizza for the next time we ordered. We ordered today called up as instructed only to be told our old orders are not showing on their system! What a shock! Then the guy I spoke to on the phone would not get the manager as I asked several times then hung the phone up on me! How rude! What great customer service they have here! Absolutely disgusted! This will be the last time we order from this branch!!!

Worst domino's chain in the world. Pizzas barely have any cheese or toppings on them and usually burnt.

Food usually cold and late on delivery, last time I visited staff were rude but ended up giving good tasted pizza so I can forgive. Never told about lateness and never given a refund or even credit.

Where to begin. Took 95 minutes for the food to be delivered. When it was delivered it was stone cold, not even a tiny bit warm. No courtesty call to let us know of a delay. No advertising on their app that there were delays. Unfortunately I cant give 0/5 stars however much I would like to. The driver was late, and reeked of Marijuana which could be smelled before I had even opened the door properly. No apolgies for the lateness or state of the food. Do yourselves a favour and order from Papa Johns

Few times Pizza ordered 1,75h before delivery. Cold,pizza and bad communication with costumer service. It was last chance for Domino's.

As someone who orders dominos on a regular basis, this is by far the worst dominos I’ve dealt with in the UK Slow with orders, cold every time I’ve ordered. Given it them the benefit of the doubt on three occasions and nothing has changed. Avoid!

I don't really do reviews but unbelievably poor experience here, ordered for delivery, told 20 mins later no drivers and I must collect and I'd get 2 bottles of coke, I drove 20 mins round trip to collect then was given 1 bottle but missing 2 big dips I had paid for?? I asked to be refunded the difference so I was only paying the 9.99 collection price which is paid by people that order actually intending to collect their food!! Staff promised they would but no sign of it 7 days later... this service in 2022?? In future I'll be going to Sawston pizza as other reviewers have recommended!

Food is always good , I just love dominos pizza . They always take a bit to long to get it delivered , understand they are always busy , but they consistently take 45 min to over an hour at times to deliver ( website says around 30 min ) . But all good , love them ;)

Ordered online for delivery to a village 15 mins away. 40 minutes after booking we receive a call to say we must collect as they have no drivers, a 30 minute round trip for some cold pizza and no refund after we asked for it. Will never use them again. I recommend Sawston pizza next door.

was told my order would be delayed because they had a “shortage of drivers” but i was collecting ? not sure how that adds up when they had 5 people standing round not doing anything

Domino's Sawston has vastly improved and I'm very happy with the delivery I received last night. This local brand has received much criticism in the past 6 months for awful service in store, rude management and sub-standard pizzas. I'm pleased to say that the pizza last night arrived on time (15 mins after ordering), the driver followed the instructions (leave at the door and ring the bell), the pizza and sides were both hot and tasted great. I will be ordering again - this has changed my mind about Domino's, obviously changes have been made following all this negative feedback. Credit where it's due, and hopefully this level of service continues, as well as the quality of products.

Edit: 1st April 2022 This isn’t an April Fool. I have amended my review. Today I ordered from this branch of Dominos after noticing they had added a delivery cost to their website. I tentatively hoped this would fix their delivery issues. I couldn’t be happier, my order arrived in 45 minutes, piping hot and delicious. Original review - November 2021: Recently I've ordered pizza MULTIPLE times and been told 20 minutes later they don't have any drivers. Here's an 'absolute banger' of an idea, how about don't accept delivery orders if you don't have any drivers.

I called my local Domino's branch yesterday (30th Nov @ approx 8.30pm) in Sawston to make a large order for myself and some friends. I like my pizza a bit more well-done so that it's not so doughy and the cheese is a bit more grilled. I have had this request granted by other Domino's stores in the past, however, my local Sawston store simply REFUSED to cook mine for a couple more minutes!! We therefore didn't order at all, and went elsewhere. Sawston Pizza and Kebak (Recommended!) cooked my pizza well-done, and were as shocked as me when I advised them what happened at the Domino's down the road! As well as the complaint above, the staff in the Sawston branch as so miserable!

I live within two minutes' walking distance of the Sawston Domino's, so I have no issues with delivery. When I collect, the pizzas are always really good - hot fresh and tasty. Can't ask for more.

4.30pm Sunday ordered. 5.15pm they emailed me to ask if I wanted to tip the driver. 6pm delivered. Lukewarm. I'm 15 minutes drive away.

I don't usually order from Domino's, but I ordered the pizza yesterday and it took over 2 hours to get it. If there really aren't enough drivers, pay them more they truly deserve it. If your able to charge so much for pizza, let some of that money go to the delivery people!

Total lack of care of customer service. The attitude of staff is consistently immature and lacking in basic training. Such a shame as one of the few places who should be capable of delivering in this area.

Fine if you collect. Cookies are often overcooked, ordered a few times and each time there’s been an issue with something.

Not happy with the customer service from this dominos as I order pizza over an hour ago and phoned up and said short of drivers and it was gonna be 15-20 mintues when I put no time I wanted delivery asap but still not arrived and not happy with this I will not be returning customer I order pizza at 17:39pm this evening and ask for it to be delivered asap and phoned up at 18:41pm for then to say that it was out for delivery but it’s gonna take a while as where they delivering to is out the way .. also got told they was short of drivers. I should of read reviews first and phoned up again at 19:06pm and said it was gonna be another 5 mintues and kept saying it was short of driver and only just arrived 19:14pm disappointed and rude to me not helpful rude customer service

Took 2 hours to deliver, even though they marked it as delivered on the app tracking. Every time I called they said it wouldn’t be long/ was out for delivery/would be there within 20min. When finally arrived so cold had to cook again in oven

Very poor service I ordered online and waited over a hour called them and they said it’s out for delivery 30 mins later still nothing called again and they said he would b here in a min then I asked the driver when did he collect the pizza he said just now so dominos have lied about being out on delivery I will never go back to them

I have used dominos pizza before and I never had any issues but I’m disgusted with Sawston dominos. It all started about a month ago when I had ordered two pizzas as a delivery order, I only live about 10 mins away from said shop, two hours and a half pass from the time of my order and I called the shop and asked where my pizzas where, he said to me the driver is only 5 minutes away from you, so I said okay that’s fine, another 30 mins pass so I call again and I said that I was very dissatisfied with the service and that I would like a refund of some sort for the delay. They gave me the refund and the pizzas which I believe is only fair. Today, I made an order for a delivery, 20 minutes later I receive a phone call from one of the team members which I didn’t catch his name saying I will have to cancel your order and give you a refund, I of course said why? The audacity and the cheek, he told me you can’t order on this address or name anymore as you have previously complained. I’m sorry what? Is this how you treat your customers? I then demand to speak to the manager whose name is Amir which I will name and shame all over the internet , who disgustingly said that he is banning me from the shop because I previously complained. I think the teams behaviour tonight was absolutely disgusting and you should shut the shop if you can’t meet your customers expectations and you should also retain this manager Amir who clearly has no idea what retail or customer service is. I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted. I will also be writing to head office and describing this horrifying experience, and of course naming this supposedly called manager Amir.

I placed an order for delivery at 13:30 pm via the App and received confirmation at 11:30 am that the order had been processed. I guess I should have checked the other reviews. I received a call at 13:05 to be told that the order would be 15 mins late. At 14:05 I rang and was told that the order was out for delivery but that they couldn't tell me when I would receive it. I cancelled the order and requested a refund - which thus far has not been confirmed. To say that the service from this branch of Dominos is abominable would be an understatement. I would strongly advise against using this Dominos based on my experience and that of others who have also expereienced a substandard delivery service.

Every time I order I get a call saying that I'm going to have to come in to collect or otherwise they'll have to cancel the order. Apparently they "just don't have the drivers and are exceptionally busy". It has been like this for months and it's really ridiculous. They advertise themselves as a takeout place - yet they can't deliver! I'm giving them 2 stars rather than 1 star because, on the occasions I have had pizza from them, it's actually been decent.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, got a call half hour later saying I had to come and get it due to minimal drivers available. Not the end of the world and probably not their fault but the whole point of ordering a takeaway was so I didn't have to leave the house. If I had been told this earlier I'd not have bothered

The staff were not only very skilled but also very polite. They also served with a smile. My customised pizza ordered on the app was simply spot on and made to perfection. Updates on the app of every step of the process were very timely and so when I collected the pizza it was oven hot and the smell of it made everyone hungry. So a thank you all at Domino’s Swaston.

Absolutely worst delivery ever. They say they don't have enough drivers, well then maybe stop accepting delivery orders. Waiting 2 hours for pizza isn't worth it, not even if it were Chef Ramsay cooking it.

I was amazed at the quality of Dominos pizza from the Sawston branch . I can't say enough about the staff at dominos Sawston they are all so kind and generous . Also the taste was out of this world the flavours of the toppings just Speechless Thank You! so much Rayan

Unfortunately really poor experience this time. Ordered pizzas for home delivery at 4:55pm. No sign of the pizzas still at 18:20. Rang shop to be told pizzas had left shop wouldn't be very long. 40 minutes later they finally arrived stone cold 🥶. Tried to call shop 5x to discuss this. They didn't answer any of my calls. Won't be using them again.

Good experience. Shared a pizza with my daughter after a game at Sawston girls football using the £5.99 deal on Saturday. Pizza was good and very hot. Ready in about 15 minutes. No issues.

first of all the Pizza was AMAZING some people might complain their orders weren't cooked properly or had long waiting times but that wasn't the case for me it only took about 15 minutes to make and the pizza was hot and delicious I HIGHLY recommend Dominos Sawston Great customer service as well such kind staff members

Honestly, what an absolute joke. Over 2 hours we’ve waited for a delivery. Spoke to the guy on the phone who said it would be there in 20 minutes, here we are another hour later. By far the worst fast food delivery experience I’ve ever had. Asked for a full refund and the staff member said this is not possible. Day light robbery. Shocking service - don’t bother ordering

Raw chicken strips delivered, soaked in fat- nightmare. Added extra ingredients for pizza - extra charge - received normal amount of sliced - nothing extra. Its not a good place to eat or order take away - 3 times ordered 3 times failure

extra ingredients (pizza) I paid for - not received, one part of pizza - zero tuna chunks. Chicken strips raw undercooked white wet (i send instruction onlne to fry chicken ''well done'') , no chicken breast inside the strips - picture attached. Horible experiance, 20GBP for waste!!
