Domino's Pizza in Wirral

Ordered a garlic bread and when we received it, it was just dough with a small blob of tomato sauce and little sprinkle of cheese in the middle of it😂 I suggest next time it’s easier to just not add any tomato sauce or cheese

We go out of our way to come to this Domino’s location only! The quality of their food is excellent, and they take care of our order, which has special dietary needs as well. Thanks so much to everyone for such stellar service and a special thank you to Matt for always being the very friendliest! We’ll be back soon for sure! :)

This was my first time picking up from the Upton location, and I felt welcomed immediately. My food came out quickly, and it was perfectly cooked and attended to (appreciated the help with caring for gluten-free needs). The manager was beyond friendly, and I will choose this Dominos over any others around because of my experience today. Thank you so much! (Much love from NC!)

Ordered two pizza at 5.16pm on line (time confirmed by return email), 6.50pm still no pizza delivered. Rang shop and was told that the order was still there! No idea when it will be delivered as all drivers are out. Pizza delivered 7.10pm and were cold, had to warm them up in the oven. Dreadful service and cold pizzas mediocre at best. Complained to Dominos using online comments service....still no responce. Will not be using them again.

They have used ‘covid’ as an excuse to not put cheese on only half of the pizza (my mum doesn’t like it so we request half with cheese and half without)..... Clearly their one shared GCSE wasn’t enough to see how that makes NO SENSE. They have done it for us several times now but apparently today they didn’t fancy it, so my mum can’t eat it anymore. They also hung up on us TWICE when we rang to explain to them how they had done it in the past. Absolutely disgraceful

Totally disgusting, I ordered some wings with redhot sauce and they sent me the wings and sauce smeared in cardboard without the usual cover paper. And the girl Sandra from the Birkenhead store tells me that they never occupy that and I always ordered that disgusting, now I have cardboard in my wings

Website order crashed. Restaurant not interested. Told to phone customer service to ‘push order through’ customer service tells me order will be cancelled? Ordered from Pizza Hut 😀
