Ordered several pizzas for a works lunch. Ordering on the app was easy. Using the order tracker, once it said the rider had left, he arrived within 5 minutes (although the app showed him as not having left the store!). The pizzas arrived hot and as I ordered them (a mix of normal and thin crust pizzas) - no mistakes.

For a third time in a row, late delivery, cold pizza when delivered and rude staff hanging up if you call to ask where the food is. Never again.

Ordered online, and tracked with the online app, When it was ready entered the shop and my name was the first on the list. Greeted by, well nothing. One member of staff staring at the POS screen, one stating at a phone with the other hand in the pocket, one actually making a pizza base but desperately trying not to make eye contact. One minute later I get a rough “name”. I give it and point to mine, they go over to the stack of fresh pizza, accompanied by mr phone. They doth come back with nothing. 30 seconds later “name” . I give it again with me pointing out that they already had it and they had both returned empty handed. They both stare at each other! What did you order… I give my order! They fumble around, then I get the familiar “NAME”. Getting pissed by now, Mr till has returned to his position, and Mr phone continues to look for my order, Mr Till is serving another customer, then goes over to the stack of pizza, and asked again. What was your order. Mr Phone already has his hand back in his pocket, and phone returning to face. I LEAVE.. Not that happy. In fairness the pizza, was good and great value, and had the delivery option been available this would be a good review. But unfortunately I had to go into the shop, that time forgotten.

My partner and I have ordered regularly from this Dominos with no issues in the past, however, this evening I was spoken to in a manner that has left me completely shaken, upset and angry. I rang as our order had not been delivered despite the online tracker saying it had. We waited an extra half an hour in case it was extra busy for the bank holiday but as we live 5 minutes away it soon became clear it was not coming. I rang and explained politely that our order hadn’t arrived. I have never before been spoken to in the way I was then treated. I was shouted at, spoken down to, asked “well where’s the pizza then” (I said ‘I can’t answer that, that’s why I'm ringing’) and was refused a refund. The manager point blank refused to believe my order had not arrived and kept repeating that his tracker showed it had - absolutely 0 f**** given and I have no idea how anyone can run a business like that or speak to a paying customer, hell, even another human being, the way I was spoken to. The manager then put me on the phone with the driver, telling him ‘describe the front door’ - immediately the driver described an address that was definitely not ours, down to the name of the house - an entirely different address. Fuming is an understatement after the way I was treated. In fairness, the manager did then return to the phone and apologise - and granted me a refund. But I am so shaken and upset at being spoken to in the rude, belittling, aggressive and defensive manner that I was. If you can avoid ordering from this branch, please do.

My son ordered a pizza and it was delivered to the wrong house, they made him wait two hours to tell him this a rude woman manning the phones continuously lied to him until a manager named Nathan came to reinforce the lie by saying my son ordered a pizza to the wrong house considering our address is stored on the app and we take delivery every week. Not only was he refused a refund he was treated like dirt on their shoes. Appalling behaviour.

Timing was excellent. All was good except that 2 pizzas were paid for as 'Wheat Free Stone Baked' but delivered on Small/normal bases. They immediately responded to my phone call and sent out replacements without charge - just left a few kids waiting

“Fish” is mainly batter. The fish that is provided has seen better days although I have had worse. The carbonated drinks are coloured water, although they did rectify this when asked.
