Domino's Pizza in Moray

Absolutely abysmal. I would trust these dishonest cowboys to boil an egg never mind make a pizza. The whole experience with this branch and their “area manager” Amy was disgraceful. Apparently this franchise has three within Elgin and Inverness, what an embarrassment to the Dominos brand they are. Totally dishonest, rude and incompetent. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs.

It’s not often I write a negative review, especially about a service that we use fortnightly. I certainly didn’t think we would have such a poor experience with Domino’s Pizza. I’ll just get straight to the point. We had a five pound voucher as we didn’t receive our ‘Coca Cola’ on the previous order. My wife phoned up to reimburse this. The woman was very rude to her and made the situation awkward. Her customer service was unacceptable. Our order arrived (in good time and with a polite delivery driver, hence the rating of two instead of one). We opened our order. ‘Potato Wedges’ - cold. ‘Garlic Bread’ - literally just ‘Tomato’ base. Both ‘Pizzas’ - shrivelled up and lukewarm. This has pretty much never happened before. We haven’t used them since. They have lost a fairly regular customer now. Mistakes with orders happen but i’ll not accept the poor customer service, considering the credit we were given was because of an error by the company.

We continuously use Domino’s, at least once a month. I can’t think of any delivery, last or this year, that was wrong. The delivery staff are always polite and apart from the odd occasion where the delivery was delayed, we normally have our food within the hour. We will happily use the business again!

Had a Domino,s pizza deal and got to say it was very good Texas BBQ & Meateor pizza and great chicken strips and wings Good service friendly service and ordered through the app so very quick pick up time

So my wife and I decided to order a Dominos in a last minute decision this week. We opted for one of the Winter deals which included a 'Large Pizza', a 'Medium Pizza', 'Garlic Bread', 'Potato Wedges', 'Cookies' and a bottle of 'Diet Coke'. The online ordering service was simple to use. The turnaround from placing the order to receiving the food was no more than 40 minutes and our order was correct on arrival. The delivery man was very friendly as well. As for the food (and with both of us being vegetarian), we were very impressed with the quality and taste of the products without meat, specifically the 'Garlic Bread' which is always a highlight. The 'Potato Wedges' were edible but unfortunately very undercooked. Overall however, we had a pleasant experience and we were both satisfied with the value for money.
