Possibly the worst food ever. Ordered a delivery I took best part of 2 hours when I eventually got the delivery I got a cold burnt pizza that I wouldn’t even let my dog eat. Rude and unprofessional staff that thinks it’s alright to call me bro. And then decline me a refund. Absolutely disgusting service from a big brand.

Don’t think I’ve ever known such amazing customer service - Kasia greets everyone with the biggest smile and a lovely morning chat. The amount of regulars who barely need to open their mouth before she asks if they want their usual blew me away! How she remembers everything and brightens everyone’s day is so wonderful x
