Lovely cafe. Amazing service. Very reasonably priced. Would 10/10 recommend.

I wouldn’t pay 14 for this and the coffee. It doesn’t make sense because the Food is tasteless, the vegetable is not fresh I can make it much better myself, the price does not match with the food quality and service. 2.9 is reasonable price for a quick nornal coffee though

Has gone downhill in the recent days and found the staff to be too rude and not welcoming at all Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from and food quality is not aligned with the price chart as well Would give it a miss

Cafe bonanne has come a long way from the first time it opened. Food is fresh, service is swift and the staff are consistent. They have a menu for every budget, if you don’t have much they have introduced a small breakfast for £5 which is sausage chips and beans. I love their hot chocolate and their ciabatta tuna salad sandwiches! (Chefs kiss)

Nice cafe near to docklands light railway station. A short stop, goats cheese salad and double espresso. Nice food, good deli selection, some outside seating In a fairly quiet area of newish development.

Variety of choice, good quality ingredients and friendly staff. I have to recommend chicken and bacon toastie and the Full English Breakfast

I just got inside as l had headphones l literally had one step and then this rude guy started to talk and said you come inside and bla bla it’s closed okay but how could l know ? If it’s close then close the damn door right omg it was so strange. I didn’t even understand the reason to be rude as l entered a place that’s supposed to be closed. Then simply say it’s closed sorry. I will report this place.

What an amazing restaurant to find near the Excel Center. Almost don't want to review it as it may get too popular. What this small cafe lacks in tables, it over delivers in personality and amazing food. Over a 6 day period - we had 3 meals there! The staff was accommodating, delightful and just fun. The pizza oven pizzas were thin and flavorful, the pasta was fresh and made perfectly and the appetizers were beautifully cooked (tried the calamari, bruschetta, Caprese salad and caesar salad).

It's a really nice place. Good value for the money. If you like to have some good options for brunch then definitely visit this place.

As italian is not easy to find the perfect espresso EVEN in Italy. I found it in London. One of the best espresso of my life. Really.

oh my god, never more in my life i’ll not visit this cafe because of the freaking stuff. firstly i paid 4,20 for the fentimans rose lemonade, when i asked about to show me the price on that the employee answered that they don’t have it after that i was just looked at the kitchen and one angry stuff guy asked me why i’m staring on him, so what’s the problem, after that the whole kitchen was laughed about that and maybe even about me several days ago i went there and it was around 15;30, the same angry guy said to me in rough manner that i can sit there until they’ll open on the next day, i just asked why no one not came to me and don’t said that they’re closed and he said something which i don’t understood everything is fine except attitude of employees towards customers in that cafe, urgently asking to fix that problem because you already lost one customer i mean me and no one knows how much you’ll lost later thanks

Decent food. A little bit pricey

As a wheelchair user I was greeted and helped with moving a table for my ease, The food was a wide range of cooked breakfast choices, sandwiches, baguettes, jacket potatoes and lasagne on offer, The food was hot, cooked to order and very well made with quality ingredients, Staff super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend

They made me an egg white omelette and a fantastic coffee with oat milk. Comparable to what I could get it brunch on the upper West side in Manhattan. I was extremely impressed

I have visited Cafe Bonnane several times and it's always been a good experience. I always prefer their English breakfast and coffee and this time I have tried hot chocolate too which was nice to have in this rainy weather. I usually dine in and their services are wonderful. I recommend their vegetarian English breakfast and full English breakfast. This usually costs around £20-30 for two people including drinks. Hope you enjoy your breakfast here!

One of the finest little cafes I have had the pleasure to find, a little gem in the heart of London, my partner and I stopped in for breakfast on the way in to town. We were greeted warmly by a lovely young lady and all the staff were lovely friendly and helpful, excellent service throughout. Traditional family run cafe, a little oasis in the heart of our capital, very popular but our superb full English breakfast took only ten minutes to arrive and I was the best I have had in a long time, excellent quality tea and the home made caramel cheesecake was the the icing on the cake Nothing tasted artificial all the ingredients were locally sourced and the eggs were free range and everything was cooked to perfection a high spot of our break and somewhere we will definitely visit again, final comment they could not improve Sanda the proprietor who runs the business has been in business 8 years, Sanda is Latvian and a charming lady, all in all excellent Julie

An easy-going restaurant, but the service was outstanding! I only stopped for a quick lunch, and yet the manager went above and beyond to deliver a great service. Many high-profile London restaurants would have something to learn from the professionalism I experienced here.

AVOID. If I could give 0 star I would. The owner/manager of this place is the most unpleasant and rude person you could ever meet, especially first thing in the morning! I bought a drink and I used my own reusable cup (someone else from the staff served me). This guy came to me without saying a good morning or anything, and he aggressively started saying - in front of all the other customers - that I can’t sit at the table without buying anything (which is fair enough!). However, when he understood that I did buy a drink he did NOT apologies or saying anything to excuse himself from the bad behavior he had. He just turned his back and left. I read some bad reviews, but I gave it a go as the first members of the staff I talked to seemed nice. Now I know that it is that man that ruin this place.

What can I say, this place is amazing, I’ve been coming hear for the last couple of months and has now become my regular place to have coffee, fantastic friendly staff, amazing sandwiches and cakes, try the cappuccino it’s definitely the best around !!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. When asking for coffee with milk alternative it seemed that man serving us didn't understand what I was asking for, despite all milk alternatives were displayed. I got my coffee I wanted, but felt guilty even to ask, it was such a bother for the man behind the counter to make one. Shame as it seems like a lovely place to step by. I felt blamed for even coming in and ordering something as He gave the impression not wanting serve us at all. Leaving us in unpleasant experience over all. Toilets broken also. Appalling. Won't go there again for sure.

The tea was nice and hot, however our breakfast was ghastly, overpriced and absolutely tasteless. My poached egg wasn't cooked inside (see picture) the toast was stone cold, the mushrooms were soggy and horrible and 2 spoons of beans given, the uncooked egg could of gave me semonella. I told the waitress and she had apologised offering me a free drink which was a joke. The chef walked past my table and I had pulled him up and spoke to him about my egg and he said would you like me to cook another one after smoking his cigarette outside. I said no. I would not come here again even if someone paid me. Disgusting overpriced cafe and not worth the money nor visit. Would have given 0 stars as that's what it is worth!

Extremely Rude !! With my wife and 4 month old tried to start off with a Sunday breakfast the guy couldn’t care less, will not recommend this place to anyone and will also mention in all group forums on social as i live in the next building.

Small cafe newly refurbished ( after covid temporary closure ) Not the cheapest English Breakfast. The quality as well as the quantity is less than average. Staff rotation is very high ( aside of the manager/owner ). Over the years, I have never seen twice the same waitress. Peculiarly, these waitresses are always very young, very inexperienced, shy but always cute...often blonde. I guess that s the owner's preference during recruiting process lol. Likewise as costumer, you ll get you " hello's, thank you's, how are you's ect " the welcome is very warm...as long as you are white. Then if you are female, young and pretty, than it s the red carpet! Anyway, it looks like it s high time to find a new place lol

Super good illy cafe, no good options for breakfast (only British breakfast) . The close too early all the year around 3 to 4 pm

Great little cafe. I mainly come here for lunch as it is very close to where I work. Usually getting a bagel and it has been amazing every time. Iced lattes were very nice too over summer.

Not cheap cafe, unfortunately food isn't matching the prices. Place is clean and well maintained. Coffee is nice, but I would say food is overpriced. Toast bread is cheap and nasty. Mushrooms are from tin. You get french fries instead of chips. Quantity is insufficient. Apart from that it is not bad.

Paid for two take-away paninis, got a panini and a much much smaller bagel, only realized when I got home. First time I use this cafe and definitely the last.

Prices are a bit high for the area and no chips included in the full english breakfast???? You should change the name to Almost full English breakfast. coffe is awesome but also small and you get smelly clothes after eating in there ... Overall very clean and intimate place! Ooo I almost forgot, they have WiFi :))

We ate here at 9am on a Sunday morning- and it got really quite busy. Seating is mostly outside overlooking the Thames. I ate a vegetarian breakfast which was delicious and everyone else I was with enjoyed their brekkies too - Bonnane breakfast, full English. Service was brilliant- very friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Prices are incredibly reasonable. £6.95 for a vegetarian breakfast and £1.60 for a herbal tea. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
